乙肝病毒母婴垂直传播阻断的研究

目的:研究乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)携带者孕妇及其新生儿应用乙肝免疫球蛋白(HBIG)对阻断乙肝母婴传播的效果。方法:A组66例,于孕28、32、36周分别注射HBIG200U,B组68例仅常规产前检查及监护。新生儿分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组新生儿注射乙肝疫苗(HBVac)10μg和HBIG100U,Ⅲ组新生儿只注射HBVac10μg。结果:A组较B组新生儿出生时外周血HBsAg阳性率显著降低,P<0.05。Ⅰ、Ⅲ组婴儿6月龄HBsAb阳性率差异有显著性,P<0.05。结论:对HBsAg携带者孕晚期应用HBIG可以显著降低新生儿外周血HBsAg阳性率;对HBsAg携带者孕晚期应用HBIG,新生儿出生时应用HBIG和HBVac联合免疫,可以显著提高婴儿6月龄HBsAb的阳性率。

本项研究用五种野生灵芝提取物混合液（口服液），用９ｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ的剂量，给接种人鼻咽低分化鳞状上皮癌细胞株（每只棵鼠接种２×１０￣６细胞数）３天后的裸鼠灌胃给药，对照组用生理盐水２０ｍｌ／ｋｇ／ｄ，两组均按上述剂量分别... 详细信息

本项研究用五种野生灵芝提取物混合液（口服液），用９ｇ／ｋｇ／ｄ的剂量，给接种人鼻咽低分化鳞状上皮癌细胞株（每只棵鼠接种２×１０￣６细胞数）３天后的裸鼠灌胃给药，对照组用生理盐水２０ｍｌ／ｋｇ／ｄ，两组均按上述剂量分别灌胃２０天，裸鼠饲养于温度２５℃。相对温度为５０％～７０％的无菌室内。定期观察各组裸鼠的生长及成瘤情况，实验结果时将动物处死，称瘤重、鼠重；并计算其抑瘤率，取瘤组织肺、肝做组织切片。结果表明五色灵芝口服液对人鼻咽癌细胞株在裸鼠成瘤有明显的抑制作用，经三次试验证实肿瘤的抑制率在３８．５～４４．２％之间，均Ｐ＜０．００１，各组裸鼠用药后体重均有较明显增加，其增长幅度与对照组相比基本无差异，各组小鼠在实验中一般状态良好，在本实验的条件下未见本药有毒副作用。

Objective The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether maternally administered intravenous immunoglobulins(IV-IG)and intrauterine platelet transfusions(IUPT)for fetal /neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia(FNAIT)affect the development of the fetal immune *** design The lymphocyte subset distribution of m ononuclear cells of cord blood of 20FNAIT newborns was analyzed by flowcytometry and compared with a control group of healthy newborns and a reference group treated with intra uterine erythrocyte transfusions(IUET)for hemolytic *** The percentage of monocytes,natural ki ller(NK)cells,ratiosof mature and immature T cells and B ce lls,and resting or activated cells were not significan tly different compared to the control *** addition,the B -cell and Tcell populations showed a normal in vitro antibody production and T -cell proliferation when compared with the control *** Antenatal treatm ent for FNAIT with maternal IVIG with or without IUPT is not associated with lymphocyte activation or premature maturation of the neonatal immune system.
