Genetic transformation has been an effective technology for improving the agronomic traits of ***,it is highly reliant on the use of embryonic callus(EC)and shows a serious genotype *** this study,we performed genomic sequencing for 80 core maize germplasms and constructed a high-density genomic variation map using our newly developed pipeline(MQ2Gpipe).Based on the induction rate of EC(REC),these inbred lines were categorized into three *** low-REC germplasms displayed more abundant genetic diversity than the high-REC *** integrating a genome-wide selective signature screen and region-based association analysis,we revealed 95.23 Mb of selective regions and 43 REC-associated *** variants had phenotypic variance explained values ranging between 21.46 and 49.46%.In total,103 candidate genes were identified within the linkage disequilibrium regions of these REC-associated *** genes mainly participate in regulation of the cell cycle,regulation of cytokinesis,and other functions,among which MYB15 and EMB2745 were located within the previously reported QTL for EC *** leaf area-associated variants with large effects were closely linked to several REC-related loci,implying a potential synergistic selection of REC and leaf size during modern maize breeding.

Tip leakage flow affects the flow stability of high-loading compressors ***,a novel approach via induced shock wave near suction-side edge of blade tip was proposed to suppress the strength and influence range of leakage flow in a transonic *** new schemes with different circumferentially diverging degrees of clearance were designed to reveal the mechanism of the new *** the action of the circumferentially diverging clearance(from the pressure side to the suction side over blade tip),a much more dramatic acceleration of the supersonic leakage jet flow appeared over blade tip of the new *** induced shock wave was produced near the suction side edge of blade tip due to the pressure difference between the discharging leakage flow and the surrounding high-pressure mainflow in tip *** a result,both the mass flow rate and the outlet velocity of leakage flow were reduced significantly via the induced shock ***,the suppressing effect of the new approach on the tip leakage jet flow was closely related to the strength and circumferential location of the induced shock *** the aids of the induced shock wave,the largest improvement of tip flow characteristics with an over 5% increase in stall margin was realized in new transonic rotor when the circumferential divergence angle equals 8°,accompanied with no more than a 0.4%decrease in isentropic efficiency.

The ATP-binding cassette(ABC)transporter is a gene superfamily in ***-binding cassette subfamily C(ABCC)protein is a multidrug resistance-associated(MRP)*** play various roles in plant growth,development,and secondary metabolite ***,there are few studies on ABCC transporters in tea *** this study,genome-wide association study(GWAS)analysis of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)content in 108 strains of Kingbird revealed that CsABCCs may be involved in EGCG *** identified 25 CsABCC genes at the genomic level of the tea plant,their phylogenetic tree,gene structure,targeted miRNA and other bioinformatics were *** expression patterns of CsABCCs in eight different tissues and abiotic stress indicate that they have potential roles in regulating the growth,development,and defense of tea *** correlation analysis revealed that the expression of the CsABCC11 gene was closely related to the EGCG content in tea buds of 108 strains of the Kingbird,and the subcellular localization experiments in tobacco showed that CsABCC11 protein was localized on the plasma *** virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS)strategy in tea plants further verified that CsABCC11 was involved in EGCG *** study laid a foundation for studying the biological function of CsABCC and provided a new candidate molecular marker gene for further EGCG-related variety breeding,which will be of great interest to breeders.

Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1L))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(100−n)LLZTO(10≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1)to 1.10×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1).Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1149 mAh·g^(−1) with a capacity retention of 91%after 100 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.

试验机专用改装系统成为开展民机适航、审定试飞的重要手段之一。为进一步提升系统性能,满足高精度高可靠性要求,该文提出一种基于轴向应变放大结构的谐振式温度传感器。基于应变放大结构建立频率-温度模型,推导频率温度系数作为衡量灵敏度的物理量。为降低理论模型与仿真模型的相对误差,该文进行仿真分析与误差修正,将二者误差降低至0.5%。测试结果表明,当外界温度在273~293 K范围内变化时,器件的频率温度系数为13104×10^(−6)K^(-1),仿真结果为12935×10^(−6)K^(-1),二者相比,相对误差为1.3%。与以往谐振式温度传感器比较,相对灵敏度最大提高了83倍。该结构可用于高灵敏度谐振式温度传感器的优化设计,满足试验机改装系统的应用需求。

The diamond-wire sawing silicon waste（DWSSW） from the photovoltaic industry has been widely considered as a low-cost raw material for lithium-ion battery silicon-based electrode,but the effect mechanism of impurities presents in DWSSW on lithium storage performance is still not well understood;meanwhile,it is urgent to develop a strategy for changing DWSSW particles into high-performance electrode *** this work,the occurrence state of impurities presents in DWSSW was carefully analyzed using in situ Ar ion etching technology Then,the novel Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC composite was designed through in situ encapsulation *** obtained Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC electrode shows a high first capacity of 2343.4 mAh·g-1with an initial Coulombic efficiency （ICE） of 84.4%under current density of 1.0 A·g-1,and can deliver an impressive capacity of 984.9 mAh·g-1after 200 *** numerical simulation modeling calculations,the increase in proportion of Si4+/Si0and Si3+/Si0valence states in SiOxlayer leads to a decrease in von Mises stress,which ultimately improves the cycling structural ***,the porous 2D-3D aluminum/nitrogen （Al/N） co-doped carbon layer and nanowires on SiOxlayer can provide abundant active sites for lithium storage due to its developed hierarchical pores structure,which facilitates ion transport What is more,the performance of Si@C@SiOx@PAl-NDC//LiFePO4full cell shows its great potential in practical application.
