怀远县糯米加工甜酒酿适用性研究

本论文旨在筛选适合酿造甜酒酿的糯米品种。以怀远县25种常见糯米品种为对象,分析制得甜酒酿的原料组成和理化性质,利用电子鼻、电子舌和感官评定等测定其感官品质,并通过相关性分析阐明原料组成、酒酿理化性质和感官品质的关系。结果表明,25种糯米的总淀粉含量59.0~81.0 g/100 g,直链淀粉含量1.0~3.5 g/100 g,蛋白质含量6.6~8.5 g/100 g。25种甜酒酿的酒精度0.8%vol~2.8%vol、还原糖含量15.5~31.8 g/100 g、总酸含量0.29~0.66 g/100 g,均达到米酒农业标准规定的清汁型米酒的要求。所有酒酿均具有一定的抗氧化能力;其中‘富糯628’品种制得酒酿的体外抗氧化活性最好,DPPH自由基清除率和铁离子还原能力分别达71.3%和15.7μg VC/mL。25种酒酿的感官存在明显差异;13种甜酒酿的感官品质显著优于市售孝感佬米酒,其余12种甜酒酿则与其相似。还原糖和总酸含量是影响产品感官评分的最关键因素(P<0.05);‘富糯628’制得的酒酿兼备感官品质高和抗氧化效果好的优点,具有开发新型特色风味和功能型甜酒酿的潜力。

利用CiteSpace研究工具,运用文献计量法,对2016—2021年CNKI总库中文核心期刊和CSSCI期刊收录的476篇乡村教育振兴研究文献进行可视化分析。研究发现,国内乡村教育振兴研究热度上升较快且与乡村振兴战略研究高度相关,但整体研究合作网络较为松散。研究热点主要聚焦于乡村教育振兴的内涵本质、价值定位及路径抓手等方面,呈现出研究主题结构化、内容精细化、领域多样化等特点。从时间序列来看,国内乡村教育振兴研究经历了发展和深化两个阶段,研究系统化和体系化程度有所提升。未来,国内学界应进一步澄清概念术语,倡导实证研究,拓展研究视角,同时加强科研合作。

利用职业教育与培训提升农民技术能力、思想素质以及学历水平对推动乡村振兴发展具有重要意义。研究从教育服务质量的角度出发,结合卡诺模型,基于实地研究数据对乡村振兴背景下新型职业农民培训的满意与不满意情况以及持续学习的意愿进行实证分析。结果表明:响应性、可靠性是兴奋需求,能够显著影响农民对培训的满意度;移情性、有形性、实践性是期望需求,既能显著影响农民对培训的满意度,又能显著影响农民对培训的不满意度;保证性没有对农民的满意度、不满意度产生影响;满意度与不满意度均能对农民参与培训的持续意愿产生影响。政府应加大资源在响应性、可靠性等因素上的投放,以农民需求为导向,完善多元主体协同机制,提高教育培训内容的合理性,充分发挥新型职业农民教育与培训对乡村振兴的重要作用。

An efficient parallel algorithm of variational nodal method for heterogeneous neutron transport problems

The heterogeneous variational nodal method(HVNM)has emerged as a potential approach for solving high-fidelity neutron transport ***,achieving accurate results with HVNM in large-scale problems using high-fidelity models has been challenging due to the prohibitive computational *** paper presents an efficient parallel algorithm tailored for HVNM based on the Message Passing Interface *** algorithm evenly distributes the response matrix sets among processors during the matrix formation process,thus enabling independent construction without *** the formation tasks are completed,a collective operation merges and shares the matrix sets among the *** the solution process,the problem domain is decomposed into subdomains assigned to specific processors,and the red-black Gauss-Seidel iteration is employed within each subdomain to solve the response matrix ***-to-point communication is conducted between adjacent subdomains to exchange data along the *** accuracy and efficiency of the parallel algorithm are verified using the KAIST and JRR-3 test *** results obtained with multiple processors agree well with those obtained from Monte Carlo *** parallelization of HVNM results in eigenvalue errors of 31 pcm/-90 pcm and fission rate RMS errors of 1.22%/0.66%,respectively,for the 3D KAIST problem and the 3D JRR-3 *** addition,the parallel algorithm significantly reduces computation time,with an efficiency of 68.51% using 36 processors in the KAIST problem and 77.14% using 144 processors in the JRR-3 problem.

The hydrogen fuel cell vehicle is rapidly developing in China for carbon reduction and *** paper evaluated the life-cycle cost and carbon emission of hydrogen energy via lots of field surveys,including hydrogen production and packing in chlor-alkali plants,transport by tube trailers,storage and refueling in hydrogen refueling stations(HRSs),and application for use in two different *** also conducted a comparative study for battery electric vehicles(BEVs)and internal combustion engine vehicles(ICEVs).The result indicates that hydrogen fuel cell vehicle(FCV)has the best environmental performance but the highest energy ***,a sufficient hydrogen supply can significantly reduce the carbon intensity and FCV energy cost of the current *** carbon emission for FCV application has the potential to decrease by 73.1%in City A and 43.8%in City *** only takes 11.0%–20.1%of the BEV emission and 8.2%–9.8%of the ICEV *** cost of FCV driving can be reduced by 39.1%in City *** improvement can be obtained with an economical and“greener”hydrogen production pathway.

Building an effective sequential recommendation system is still a challenging task due to limited interactions among users and *** work has shown the effectiveness of incorporating textual or visual information into sequential recommendation to alleviate the data sparse *** data sparse problem now is attracting a lot of attention in both industry and academic ***,considering interactions among modalities on a sequential scenario is an interesting yet challenging task because of multimodal *** this paper,we introduce a novel recommendation approach of considering both textual and visual information,namely Multimodal Interactive Network(MIN).The advantage of MIN lies in designing a learning framework to leverage the interactions among modalities from both the item level and the sequence level for building an efficient ***,an item-wise interactive layer based on the encoder-decoder mechanism is utilized to model the item-level interactions among modalities to select the informative ***,a sequence interactive layer based on the attention strategy is designed to capture the sequence-level preference of each *** seamlessly incorporates interactions among modalities from both the item level and the sequence level for sequential *** is the first time that interactions in each modality have been explicitly discussed and utilized in sequential *** results on four real-world datasets show that our approach can significantly outperform all the baselines in sequential recommendation task.

Magnetosonic waves are an important medium for energy transfer in collisionless space *** waves have been widely investigated in the upstream of the bow shock at *** waves are believed to originate from pickup ions or reflected *** utilizing MAVEN spacecraft data,we have observed the occurrence of quasi-perpendicularly propagating magnetosonic emissions near the proton gyrofrequency in the Martian magnetotail *** plasma waves are associated with a significant enhancement of proton and oxygen *** excited magnetosonic waves could possibly heat the protons through resonance and facilitate the ionospheric plasma *** results could be helpful to better understand the Mars’magnetospheric dynamics and offer insights into possible energy redistribution between waves and plasma in the Martian nightside magnetosphere.

Quadruped animals in the nature realize high energy efficiency locomotion by automatically changing their gait at different *** by this character,an efficient adaptive diagonal gait locomotion controller is designed for quadruped robot.A unique gait planning method is proposed in this *** the speed of robot varies,the gait cycle time and the proportion of stance and swing phase of each leg are adjusted to form a variety of *** optimal joint torque is calculated by the controller combined with Virtual Model Control(VMC)and Whole-Body Control(WBC)to realize the desired *** gait and step frequency of the robot can automatically adapt to the change of *** experiments are done with a quadruped robot made by our laboratory to verify that the gait can change automatically from slow-trotting to flying-trot during the period when speed is from 0 to 4 m/*** ratio of swing phase is from less than 0.5 to more than 0.5 to realize the running motion with four feet off the *** have shown that the controller can indeed consume less energy when robot runs at a wide range of speeds comparing to the basic controller.
