Nevertheless, numerous pre-clinica. a.proa.hes ha.e been studied for spina. cord inj.ry recovery, including using bioma.eria.s, cells, drugs, or technologica.-ba.ed stra.egies. Cora.-like structures of the Y_(3-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12),(0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.04, 0.00 ≤ y ≤ 0.02) compound were synthesized using the sol-gel method. Structura. investiga.ion certified the YIG cubic crysta. structure forma.ion, without a.y seconda.y pha.e. It is shown tha., the rela.ively la.ge ionic ra.ius of the dopa.t ca.ions results in a. expa.sion of the la.tice pa.a.eter, va.ia.ions in the Iona.O-Ionda.gle, Iona.O,Iond-O a.d Ionc-O bond dista.ces a.d decrea.e in the a.era.e crysta.lite size. Fourier tra.sform infra.ed(FTIR) a.d Ra.a. mea.urements a.e essentia. to testify the single-pha.e forma.ion of YIG crysta. structure a.d a.e observed cha.ges in the stretching a.d vibra.iona. modes, respectively. The morphologica. study, energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) spectra.a.d textura. properties show cora.like structures, pea.s a.socia.ed with Pr^(3+) a.d Yb^(3+) a.oms a.d the effect of dopa.ts on surfa.e a.ea.dia.eter, a.d pore volume, respectively. The optica. a.a.ysis from diffuse reflecta.ce spectra.witnessed a. increa.e in the optica. ga. ba.d, a.decrea.e in Urba.h energy a.d blue shift in the cha.ge tra.sfer,correla.ed with the expa.sion of the unit cell due to the dopa.t's insertion in the YIG structure. a.typica. ferrima.netic beha.ior is exhibited by the Y_(3-x)Pr_(x)Fe_(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12)compound. The sa.ura.ion ma.netiza.ion(M_(s)), cubic a.isotropy consta.t(K_(1)) a.d coercive field(H_(c)) increa.e with the Pr^(3+)ca.ions content, a. consequence of their ma.netic na.ure a.d distribution a.ound of Fe^(3+)ions due to the coexistence with the Yb^(3+). Fina.ly, for the first time, a.tiba.teria. tests by mea. of the direct conta.t method were performed for YIG co-doped with Pr^(3+)a.d Yb^(3+)a.d it is shown tha., rela.ively high dosa.es of Pr^(3+) ca.ions fa.ored the a.tivity a.a.nst S. a.reus, therefore, a.new biologica. property for YIG doped with ra.e ea.ths is presented.
