日前。发表在Scientific Reports杂志上的一篇研究报告中，来自加利福尼亚大学等机构的研究人员通过利用一种由石墨烯组成的新型传感器深入解析了线粒体的程序性细胞死亡过程，该研究或为驱动癌细胞自我毁灭提供了新的线索。研究者通过研究开发了一种监测线粒体改变的电子学方法，该方法能够指示出细胞进行自我毁灭的开始阶段，我们机体每个细胞中都有数百个、甚至数千个线粒体。每个线粒体都有着内膜和外膜结构；作为细胞的能量工厂，线粒体会对细胞中的碳水化合物和脂肪进行代谢产能以便细胞利用并且储存。但同时线粒体还有第二个角色，那就是调节细胞的生死通路。

Cancer is one of the most d.ngerous d.seaseswith *** of the principal treatments is rad.otherapy by using rad.ation beams to d.stroy cancer cells and.this workflow requires a lot of experience and.skill from d.ctors and.*** our stud.,we focused.on the 3d.d.se pred.ction problem in rad.otherapy by applying the d.eplearning approach to computed tomography(CT)images of cancer *** image d.ta has more complex characteristics than normal image d.ta,and.this research aims to explore the effectiveness of d.ta preprocessing and.augmentation in the context of the 3d.d.se pred.ction *** proposed.four strategies to clarify our hypothesis in d.fferent aspects of applying d.ta preprocessing and.*** strategies,we trained.our custom convolutional neural network mod.l which has a structure inspired.by the U-net,and.resid.al blocks were also applied.to the *** output of the network is ad.ed.with a rectified.linear unit(Re-Lu)function for each pixel to ensure there are no negative values,which are absurd.with rad.ation *** experiments were cond.cted on the d.taset of the Open Knowled.e-Based.Planning Challenge which was collected from head.and.neck cancer patients treatedwith rad.ation *** results of four strategies showthat our hypothesis is rational by evaluating metrics in terms of the d.se-score and.the d.se-volume histogram score(d.H-score).In the best training cases,the d.se-score is 3.08 and.the d.H-score is *** ad.ition,we also cond.cted a comparison with the results of another stud. in the same context of using the loss function.

本研究为一项随机、开放标签研究,研究对象为18~45岁的排卵期女性,受试者按照1:1:1的比例被随机分为自然周期组、改良自然周期组或人工周期组。由于研究干预措施的性质特殊,故本试验不设盲。自然周期组不使用雌激素、孕酮或人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG);改良自然周期组使用hCG来触发排卵;人工周期组使用口服戊酸雌二醇(从月经第2~4天开始,每天8mg)和阴道孕酮(从子宫内膜厚度≥7mm开始,每天800mg)。

This stud. aims to assess and.rank the service quality of the healthcare system utilizing a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process(Fuzzy AHP)and.reyRelationalAnalysis(Fuzzy GRA)*** this stud.,the six primary characteristics of healthcare service quality,comprising Tangibles(A),Healthcare Staff(B),Responsiveness(C),Relationships(d.,Support Service(E),and.Accessibility(F),are examined.through a case stud. of 20 private and.public hospitals in Hanoi,*** weighting results of Fuzzy AHP technique ind.cated that Responsiveness(C)has the highest ranking,followed.by Relationships(d.and.Healthcare Staff(B).Meanwhile,Tangibility has finally comprised.the next priority for increasing satisfaction with the service quality in the healthcare ***,the highest service quality rankings are top 5 private hospitals via the Fuzzy GRA ***,this proposed.approach may be applied.to a complex d.cision-making process,which often makes sense with subjective d.ta or imprecise information.

This stud. aims to investigate the influence of CO_(2)-mixing d.se(mass fractions of 0.3%,0.6%,and.0.9%)and.prolonged.mixing time on the fresh and.hard.ned.properties of cement *** CO_(2)-mixing can act as coagulant in fresh cement mixtures,resulting in a significant red.ction in workability associated with the formation of a rich calcium carbonate network on the surface of cement *** CO_(2)-mixing cement pastes were found.to be much stiffer and.more d.fficult to hand.e,place,and.compact than the control mixture,which had.a negative effect on the mechanical strength performance of the hard.ned.***,prolonging the mixing time for 1 min(immed.ately after CO_(2)-mixing)can effectively improve the workability(by~53%–85%)by breaking up the flocculation network of d.posited calcium *** a result,the presence of d.tached.calcium carbonate accelerated early cement hyd.ation and.d.nsified.the microstructure;this improved.early-age compressive strength by~6%–32%,d.pend.ng on the CO_(2)-mixing d.se ***,it seems that the CO_(2)-mixing d.se should.be controlled.at≤0.6%with the mixing time prolonged.in ord.r to attain satisfactory workability and.mechanical strength.

This paper for first time proposes an isogeometric analysis (IGA) for free vibration response of bi-d.rectional functionally grad.d.(Bd.G) rectangular plates in the fluid.med.um. Material properties of the Bd.G plate change in both the thickness and.length d.rections via power-law d.stributions and.Mori-Tanaka mod.l. The governing equation of motion of Bd.G plate in the fluid.plate system is formulated basing on Hamilton's principle and.the refined.quasi three-d.mensional (3d. plate theory with improved.function f(z). The fluid.velocity potential is d.rived.from the bound.ry cond.tions of the fluid.plate system and.is used.to d.termine the ad.ed.mass. The d.screte system of equations is d.rived.from the Galerkin weak form and.numerically analyzed.by IGA. The accuracy and.reliability of the proposed.solutions are verified.by comparing the obtained.results with those published.in the literature. Moreover, the effects of the various parameters such as the interaction bound.ry cond.tion, geometric parameter, submerged.d.pth of plate, fluid.d.nsity, fluid.level, and.the material volume control coefficients on the free vibration behavior of Bd.G plate in the fluid.med.um are investigated in d.tail. Some major find.ngs regard.ng the numerical results are withd.awn in conclusions.
