Thanks to the strong representation capability of pre-trained language models,supervised machine translation models have achieved outstanding ***,the performances of these models drop sharply when the scale of the parallel training corpus is *** the pre-trained language model has a strong ability for monolingual representation,it is the key challenge for machine translation to construct the in-depth relationship between the source and target language by injecting the lexical and syntactic information into pre-trained language *** alleviate the dependence on the parallel corpus,we propose a Linguistics Knowledge-Driven MultiTask(LKMT)approach to inject part-of-speech and syntactic knowledge into pre-trained models,thus enhancing the machine translation *** the one hand,we integrate part-of-speech and dependency labels into the embedding layer and exploit large-scale monolingual corpus to update all parameters of pre-trained language models,thus ensuring the updated language model contains potential lexical and syntactic *** the other hand,we leverage an extra self-attention layer to explicitly inject linguistic knowledge into the pre-trained language model-enhanced machine translation *** on the benchmark dataset show that our proposed LKMT approach improves the Urdu-English translation accuracy by 1.97 points and the English-Urdu translation accuracy by 2.42 points,highlighting the effectiveness of our LKMT *** ablation experiments confirm the positive impact of part-of-speech and dependency parsing on machine translation.

Use of Wild-Growing Mushrooms for Therapeutic Purposes in the Perm Territory, Russia

On the Penn Territory （Prikamie）, Russia, a systematic study of agarics and aphyllophoroid mushrooms has been conducted since 1975. The territory belongs to taiga. At present about 900 species of agarics and about 300 species ofaphyllophoroid mushrooms have been discovered. 139 species of Phylum Basidiomycota （131 species） and Phylum Ascomycota （eight species） can be used for therapeutic purposes. The most common are mushrooms from families Russulaceae （15 species）, Agaricaceae （11 species）, Polyporaceae, Strophariaceae （10 species each）. A considerable part of mushrooms （31 species） has bactericidal properties and 26 species can be used for treating malignant tumors.

An evaluation of Emergency Management of Severe Burn (EMSB) course in Bangladesh: a strategic direction

Background: Burn is one of the major public health problems in Bangladesh. Specialized personnel and technologies are required, however, in many cases they are not readily available. Taking the situation into account,Interplast Australia and New Zealand, Australia & New Zealand Burn Association (ANZBA), and Centre for Injury Prevention and Research, Bangladesh (CIPRB) initiated Emergency Management of Severe Burn (EMSB) training programme for Bangladeshi physicians in 2008 to help improving their burn management skill. The study was designed to evaluate the effect of EMSB programme in ***: Both qualitative and quantitative methods were adopted. A cross-sectional survey was conducted to obtain quantitative information from 38 randomly selected EMSB-trained doctors among 380 trained physicians based on a five year database of EMSB (2008-2012). In-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus group discussion (FGD) were used as data collection techniques to get ***: A total of 32 participants completed the interview. It was found that 87.5% (n=28) doctors were using their skill in burn management that they learnt from the EMSB course. About 43.8% (n=14) doctors felt that the course largely helped improve their confidence. Majority (56.2%, n=18) of doctors stated EMSB is essential for the Bangladeshi doctors to learn better management of burns. Qualitative findings show that the courses were organized successfully with an excellent coordination, maintaining same quality and standard as running anywhere in the world. For its effectiveness, the course has been recommended to train graduate nurses and junior doctors from the periphery of the ***: EMSB has already created a large doctor community who are able to effectively manage burn patients. It also has proven its indispensability for learning burn management skill. The EMSB established a platform to serve the burn victims and reduce the burden of injuries in Bangladesh.

Rhizosphere bacteria that colonize plant roots and confer beneficial effects are referred as plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR).Among all PGPR,some rhizobacteria have an ability to produce ACC deaminase *** enzyme catalyzes stress ACC into a-ketobutyrate and ammonia instead of letting it to be converted to *** level rises in plants under stress conditions i.e.,drought,salinity,poor soil fertility *** poor soil fertility is a big hurdle to achieve the optimum yield of crops,inoculation of ACC deaminase PGPR can overcome this problem to some *** aim of the current study was to examine the influence of multi-strain and single-strain inoculation of different ACC deaminase producing PGPR on wheat growth and *** were three PGPR strains,Enterobacter cloacae,Serratia ficaria and Burkholderia phytofirmans which were used as consortia and single-strain *** results showed that inoculation of ***+***+*** significantly increased plant height(63%),spike length(61%),number of spikelets spike-1(61%),number of grains spike-1(131%),1000 grains weight(33%),grains yield(71%),straw yield(71%)and biological yield(68%)of wheat as compared to control.A significant improvement in N(37 and 200%),P(46 and 166%)and K(39 and 61%)of seeds and shoot respectively,validated the efficacious and more effective role of multi-strain(***+***+***)inoculation over *** is obviously concluded that multi-strain ACC deaminase producing PGPR inoculation is a better approach as compared to single-strain inoculation for the improvement in growth and yield of wheat.

The electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction(eCO_(2)RR)into high-value-added chemicals and fuels is a promising strategy to mitigate global ***,it remains a significant stumbling block to the rationally tuning lattice plane of the catalyst with high activity to produce the target product in the eCO_(2)RR *** attempt to solve this problem,the Culn bimetallic alloy nanocatalyst with specifically exposed lattice planes is modulated and electrodeposited on the nitrogen-doped porous carbon cloth by a simple two-step electrodeposition method,which induces high Faraday efficiency of 80%towards HCOO-(FEHCOO-)with a partial current density of 13.84 mA cm-2at-1.05 V(***).Systematic characterizations and theoretical modeling reveal that the specific coexposed Culn(200)and In(101)lattice facets selectively adsorbed the key intermediate of OCHO*,reducing the overpotential of HCOOH and boosting the FEHCOO-in a wide potential window(-0.65--1.25 V).Moreover,a homogeneous distribution of Culn nanoparticles with an average diameter of merely~3.19 nm affords exposure to abundant active sites,meanwhile prohibiting detachment and agglomeration of nanoparticles during eCO_(2)RR for enhanced stability attributing to the self-assembly electrode *** study highlights the synergistic effect between catalytic activity and facet effect,which opens a new route in surface engineering to tune their electrocatalytic performance.

Cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)and silicone rubber(SiR)samples were subjected to a high-voltage AC stress plane-plane configuration and inclined plane test,*** voltage was applied such that discharge was observed across the surface of the XLPE test sample for several hours and for visible damage to occur on SiR samples also after several *** stressed samples together with virgin samples from the same manufactured batch were tested using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)***,^(1)H NMR spin-lattice(T_(1))and spin-spin(T_(2))relaxation time measurements were employed to examine potential changes in the chemical bonding of undamaged and damaged XLPE and SiR *** results show that there may be a moderate increase in the T_(1)and T_(2)values of the damaged samples in comparison with the undamaged *** raises the possibility that NMR can be a useful additional experimental tool in characterising material degradation.

Anatomical studies on water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms) under the influence of textile wastewater

Water hyacinth (Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms) is a prolific free floating aquatic macrohpyte found in tropical and subtropical parts of the earth. The effects of pollutants from textile wastewater on the anatomy of the plant were studied. Water hyacinth exhibits hydrophytic adaptations which include reduced epidermis cells lacking cuticle in most cases, presence of large air spaces (7～50 μm), reduced vascular tissue and absorbing structures. Textile waste significantly affected the size of root *** presence of raphide crystals was noted in parenchyma cells of various organs in treated plants.

TrFAST: A Tool to Predict Signaling Pathway-specific Transcription Factor Binding Sites

Recent advances in the development of high-throughput tools have significantly revolutionized our understanding of molecular mech- anisms underlying normal and dysfunctional biological processes. Here we present a novel computational tool, transcription factor search and analysis tool （TrFAST）, which was developed for the in silico analysis of transcription factor binding sites （TFBSs） of sig- naling pathway-specific TFs. TrFAST facilitates searching as well as comparative analysis of regulatory motifs through an exact pattern matching algorithm followed by the graphical representation of matched binding sites in multiple sequences up to 50 kb in length. TrFAST is proficient in reducing the number of comparisons by the exact pattern matching strategy. In contrast to the pre-existing tools that find TFBS in a single sequence, TrFAST seeks out the desired pattern in multiple sequences simultaneously. It counts the GC con- tent within the given multiple sequence data set and assembles the combinational details of consensus sequence（s） located at these regions, thereby generating a visual display based on the abundance of unique pattern. Comparative regulatory region analysis of multi- ple orthologous sequences simultaneously enhances the features of TrFAST and provides a significant insight into study of conservation of non-coding cis-regulatory elements. Eco-friendly biodegradable polyurethane based coating for antibacterial and antifouling performance

Biofouling, which comprises the absorption of proteins and the adhesion of bacteria to the surface of living entities, is a severe concern for the maritime sector since it ultimately leads to hydrodynamic drag,resulting in a higher increase in fuel consumption. As a result, polymer resins are crucial in the marine sector for anti-biofouling coatings. In this work, the poly(caprolactone-ethylene glycol-caprolactone)-p olyurethane(PECL-PU) are prepared through ε-caprolactone(CL), poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG), 4,4'-methylene bis(cyclohexyl isocyanate) and 1,4 butanediol. Our study demonstrate that the PECL-PU copolymer degraded in artificial seawater(5.21%), enzymatic solution(12.63%), and seawater(13.75%)due to the presence of PEG segments in the laboratory-based test under static condition. Because the addition of PEG segments are increased the polymer's amorphous area and decreased the crystallization of the polycaprolactone(PCL) in the copolymer, as demonstrated by differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, and water contact angle studies. Therefore, the hydrolysis rates of PECL-PU were higher than the caprolactone-co-polyurethane(CL-PU). The antifouling test showed that PECL-PU3 copolymer had about 90.29% protein resistance, 85.2% Escherichia coli(E. coli) reduction and 94.61% marine diatom Navicula incerta reduction comparison to the control. We have developed an eco-friendly and inexpensive promising degradable polyurethane for reduction of bacterial biofilm, which can preserve the formation of biofouling on marine coating under practical sea conditions.
