Fe-N/C is a promising oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)catalyst to substitute the current widely used precious metal ***-effectively fabricating the Fe-N/C material with high catalytic activity and getting in-depth insight into the responsible catalytic site are of great *** this work,we proposed to use biomass,tea leaves waste,as the precursor to prepare ORR *** adding 5%FeCl3(wt%)into tea precursor,the pyrolysis product(i.e.,5%Fe-N/C)exhibited an excellent four-electron ORR activity,whose onset potential was only 10 m V lower than that of commercial Pt/*** limiting current density of 5%Fe-N/C(5.75 m A/cm^(2))was even higher than Pt/C(5.44 m A/cm^(2)).Compared with other biomass or metal organic frameworks derived catalysts,5%Fe-N/C showed similar ORR ***,both the methanol tolerance and material stability performances of as-prepared 5%Fe-N/C catalyst were superior to that of Pt/C.X-ray adsorption fine structure characterization revealed that the FeN4O2might be the possible catalytic *** appropriate amount of iron chloride addition not only facilitated catalytic site formation,but also enhanced material conductivity and reaction *** results of this work may be useful for the Fe based transition metal ORR catalyst design and application.

Cardiac rehabilitation, a comprehensive exercise-based lifestyle and medical management, is effective in decreasing morbidity and improving life quality in patients with coronary heart disease. Endothelial function, an irreplaceable indicator in coronary heart disease progression, is measured by various methods in traditional cardiac rehabilitation pathways, including medicinal treatment, aerobic training, and smoking cessation. Nevertheless, studies on the effect of some emerging cardiac rehabilitation programs on endothelial function are limited. This article briefly reviewed the endothelium-beneficial effects of different cardiac rehabilitation pathways, including exercise training, lifestyle modification and psychological intervention in patients with coronary heart disease, and related experimental models, and summarized both uncovered and potential cellular and molecular mechanisms of the beneficial roles of various cardiac rehabilitation pathways on endothelial function. In exercise training and some lifestyle interventions, the enhanced bioavailability of nitric oxide, increased circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs), and decreased oxidative stress are major contributors to preventing endothelial dysfunction in coronary heart disease. Moreover, the preservation of endothelial-dependent hyperpolarizing factors and inflammatory suppression play roles. On the one hand, to develop more endothelium-protective rehabilitation methods in coronary heart disease, adequately designed and sized randomized multicenter clinical trials should be advanced using standardized cardiac rehabilitation programs and existing assessment methods. On the other hand, additional studies using suitable experimental models are warranted to elucidate the relationship between some new interventions and endothelial protection in both macro-and microvasculature.

罗兰圆光学系统优点众多,但系统中因平凸透镜的使用,导致各特征波长色散后的成像点在罗兰圆附近产生了一定量的偏移量,使得各波长成像点依次排列在一条曲面上。由于目前新型采集器件线阵CMOS或CCD的使用,而这类传感器的感光面是一个平面,因此导致结果产生较严重的色差。提出了一种使用加权最小二乘法拟合像面的色差校正方法,并计算出系统像面的中心偏移距和偏移倾斜角这两个校正参数,将其引入原本罗兰圆光学系统进行色差校正,从而确定线阵光电传感器像面的最佳位置,实现高分辨率。此外在真空紫外光谱中C、P和S等元素非常重要,可使用本文提出的基于加权最小二乘法的色差校正方法,通过增加这类元素权值占比,实现最优分辨率。最后通过Zemax软件进行光学仿真,完成了罗兰圆光学系统的仿真以及优化。并给出170~410 nm波段点列图的成像宽度仿真以及各元素特征波长在CMOS传感器上所采集到的光谱图,推算出其实际应用中的分辨率,其照度光谱图显示其分辨率均可保持在0.02 nm,接近系统理论最佳分辨率。研究结果表明基于加权最小二乘法拟合像面的方法,可实现罗兰圆光学系统的色差校正,实现高分辨率。

BACKGROUND Various animal models have been used to explore the pathogenesis of choledochal cysts(CCs),but with little convincing *** surgical techniques can achieve satisfactory outcomes for treatment of ***,recent studies have focused more on clinical issues rather than basic ***,we need appropriate animal models to further basic *** To establish an appropriate animal model that may contribute to the investigation of the pathogenesis of *** Eighty-four specific pathogen-free female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly allocated to a surgical group,sham surgical group,or control group.A rat model of CC was established by partial ligation of the bile *** reliability of the model was confirmed by measurements of serum biochemical indices,morpho-logy of common bile ducts of the rats as well as molecular biology experiments in rat and human *** Dilation classified as mild(diameter,≥1 mm toerate(≥3 mm toere(≥10 mm)was observed in 17,17,and 2 rats in the surgical group,respectively,while no dilation was observed in the control and sham surgical *** levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotrans-ferase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,and total bile acids were significantly elevated in the surgical group as compared to the control group 7 d after surgery,while direct bilirubin,total bilirubin,and gamma-glutamyltransferase were further increased 14 d after *** of the biochemical indices gradually decreased to normal ranges 28 d after *** protein expression trend of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 in rat model was consistent with the human CC *** The model of partial ligation of the bile duct of juvenile rats could morphologically simulate the cystic or fusiform CC,which may contribute to investigating the pathogenesis of CC.
