The red thread of the AI-IP-EI Trilogy fate of this study, may have the appearance of a pot-pourri of intellectual and intelligence natures, as a matter of fact that it emanates from the genesis and practical synergism of the trilogy components. Concretely: The paper goes from: AI (Artificial Intelligence)—to the related IP (Intellectual Property) domain—to the relevance of EI (Emotional Intelligence);thus, forming the new AI-IP-EI Trilogy and its attributes and specific impacts to the new innovation process, and business model dimensions. These impacts are outlined and illustrated in part in essays of specific sections and all along. Several concrete study cases are used in the various dedicated sections;such as cases respective to the inventor status, and the EI factor, to the sport education innovative dimension, as well as to biases as inevitably promoting and revealing, to drastically enlarge open innovation supported by constructivism and creations of musical group as a model of open reflexive education. Overall resulting adapted business models appear to have a massive potential, and a multidimensional reach with a necessary attention to the IP policy on going definition. The durable green dimension is exemplified as well. The Ethics-plus, “@LEAST?”, said corpus is proposed. Could a human centric, AI-adapted-IP policy, internationally embraced, take part to some level of arbitrage, normative and enduring reliability in the field of interest? This seems to be “en route”. Shall the EI (Emotional Intelligence) factor be supervised? Likely so. Is traditional open innovation renewed to a more comprehensive, more inclusive dimension reminding best business practice and now “beyond”? A computer code based on the double-body potential flow model and the classic source panel method has been developed to study various problems of hydrodynamic interaction between ships and other objects with solid boundaries including the seabed. A peculiarity of the proposed implementation is the application of the so-called ＂moving-patch＂ method for simulating steady boundaries of large extensions. The method is based on an assumption that at any moment just the part of the boundary （＂moving patch＂） which lies close to the interacting ship is significant for the near-field interaction. For a specific case of the fiat bottom, comparative computations were performed to determine optimal dimensions of the patch and of the constituting panels based on the trade-off between acceptable accuracy and reasonable efficiency. The method was applied to estimate the sway force on a ship hull moving obliquely across a dredged channel. The method was validated for a case of ship-to-ship interaction when tank data were available. This study also contains a description of a newly developed spline approximation algorithm necessary for creating consistent discretizations of ship hulls with various degrees of refinement.

Recording electric field evolution in single-shot with THz bandwidth is needed in science including spectroscopy,plasmas,biology,chemistry,Free-Electron Lasers,accelerators,and material ***,the potential application range depends on the possibility to achieve sub-picosecond resolution over a long time window,which is a largely open problem for single-shot *** solve this problem,we present a new conceptual approach for the so-called spectral decoding technique,where a chirped laser pulse interacts with a THz signal in a Pockels crystal,and is analyzed using a grating optical spectrum *** borrowing mathematical concepts from photonic time stretch theory and radio-frequency communication,we deduce a novel dual-output electro-optic sampling system,for which the input THz signal can be numerically retrieved—with unprecedented resolution—using the so-called phase diversity *** show numerically and experimentally that this approach enables the recording of THz waveforms in single-shot over much longer durations and/or higher bandwidth than previous spectral decoding *** present and test the proposed DEOS(Diversity Electro-Optic Sampling)design for recording 1.5 THz bandwidth THz pulses,over 20 ps duration,in *** we demonstrate the potential of DEOS in accelerator physics by recording,in two successive shots,the shape of 200 fs RMS relativistic electron bunches at European X-FEL,over 10 ps recording *** designs presented here can be used directly for accelerator diagnostics,characterization of THz sources,and single-shot Time-Domain Spectroscopy.

Local communities living around protected areas stand high chance of benefiting from economic development and livelihood improvement through ecotourism if well planned. The objective of this study was to contribute to the understanding of stakeholders’ opinions on the valorization of ecotourism in order to propose alternative sustainable strategies. The study used a research method based on purposive sampling. Semi-structured questionnaires were administered to 125 household heads and 10 stakeholders were also interviewed with a question guide. The results were inputted into a student statistical package (SPSS) version 16. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Chi-square was used to compare means. The results revealed that the test of dependence (Chi2) between the variables showed a significant difference at (p sonal and not frequent. Regarding the dependence of local communities on the park’s resources, 25% of ZIC 5 is highly dependent on the park, whereas, in the other sectors, only 18% are dependent on the park for their household income. This result is explained by the inaccessibility of local communities to the parks. The results of the impacts of ecotourism on the livelihoods of communities in localities reflect a general feeling of dissatisfaction with 88.8% of respondents manifesting their dissatisfaction with park authorities. Thus, 87.2% of respondents think that ecotourism does not bring significant economic benefits to the host communities. If ecotourism was planned, the benefits that accrue from activity could boost the economy of the area and support the conservation of the park, which so far remains insignificant. However, the strategy for enhancing ecotourism should be a participatory approach.

The theoretical framework for modeling error estimation and adaptivity for problems in computational mechanics is briefly reviewed. Modeling errors are defined as differences between the solutions of two mathematical model problems chosen among a family of suitable models. One is referred to as the reference model, in the sense that it should allow for very precise predictions of given physical events. The other, so-called surrogate model, is supposed to deliver cost-effective, though less accurate, predictions, The objective of modeling error estimation and model adaptivity is to establish numerical algorithms toward the automatic selection of the most efficient model that meets prescribed tolerances on the modeling error. Estimates of the modeling error are derived with respect to quantities of interest based on classical duality arguments. The approach is applied in this work to multi-scale problems, and in particular, to problems in the realm of molecular dynamics. An application example is briefly described.

＜正＞The Cretaceous is the last and longest segment of the Mesozoic Period. It represents the warmest Period in the Mesozoic with high sea level and ocean anoxic events. The Cretaceous sediments in Marine and oceanic environments are well studied through the DSDP/ODP/IODP. However, until now, continental scientific drilling projects based on Cretaceous Terrestrial records are proving insufficient, so the understanding of Cretaceous terrestrial climate change remains very fragmentary.

To clarify the distribution of HIV-1 subtypes and drug resistance-related mutations, we collected and analysed serum from pregnant women who are ARV drug-naive in Abidjan. The prevalence of HIV-1 subtypes and mutations associated with antiretroviral drug resistance among drug-na?ve HIV-1 infected pregnant women was investigated from plasma of 90 young pregnant primigravida. The HIV-1 pol and env genes were amplified by using primers recognizing conserved viral sequences and sequenced by employing BigDye chemistry. Positions 1 - 99 of the PR and 1 - 350 of the RT genes were analyzed for mutations based on the international AIDS society USA panel. In 39 strains which both genes were sequenced including CFR02_AG 30 (76.9%), subtype A 3 (7.7%), CFR06_cpx 2 (5.1%), CFR09_cpx 1 (2.6%), and discordant sequences suggesting the presence of a few number of recombinant involving CRF02-AG and subtype A 3 (7.7%). None of the major drug resistance mutations was detected. The frequent minor mutations associated drug resistance observed were M36I (52%/96.3%), L10I/R/V (19%/35.2%) and L63P (7%/12.9%). The M36I mutation was widespread in all subtypes. Our result demonstrated first a significant level of viral heterogeneity and then only the presence of minor resistance associated mutations. Our study emphasizes the need of HIV sentinel survey in C?te d'Ivoire and shows that pregnant women who are candidates for receiving antiretroviral drug therapies do not contain naturally occurring or preexisting drug resistance mutations. so such drug therapies are likely to be highly effective in this setting.

Defined as a continuity solution on the muscular-osseous-tendinous chain of the knee, ensuring the extension of the leg on the thigh, the traumatic rupture of the knee’s extensor apparatus is often reported in literature. They are dominated by patellar fractures. The patellar or quadricipital tendon damage is rare and even exceptional in a bilateral topography. The aim of this work was to highlight the clinical case of bilateral rupture of the patellar tendon of late diagnosis, occurring in an adult with a particular field. It was an adult, who presented a bilateral rupture of the knee extensor apparatus following a minimal traumatism. Anamnesis found a chronic kidney disease correctly follow-up. The diagnosis was delayed so was the surgical management (Krackow’s technique and protection by a metallic frame). At 8 months post surgery the functional result is acceptable. The bilateral rupture of the patellar tendon stays a rare pathologic entity, which always seems associated at a particular field. The diagnosis delay (and so did the care) is an important bad prognosis factor. Treatment of this old form (unknown) is exclusively surgical.
