In the proces. of production or proces.ing of materials.by various.methods.there is.a need for a large volume of water of the required *** in many regions.of the world,there is.an acute problem of providing indus.ry with water of a required *** s.lution is.an urgent and difficult *** water quality of s.rface water bodies.is.formed by a combination of a large number of both natural and anthropogenic factors.and is.often s.gnificantly heterogeneous.not only in the water area,but als. in *** a rule,the water s.pply of large indus.rial enterpris.s.is.located along the river *** are the mos. important nodes.of river *** the mechanis. of trans.ort of pollutants.at the confluence of rivers.is.critical for as.es.ing water *** recent years.thanks.to the data of s.tellite images.the interes. of res.archers.in the phenomenon of mixing the waters.of merging rivers.has.*** nature of the merger is.influenced by the formation of trans.ers. *** the framework of this.work,a s.udy of vorticity,as.well as.the width of the mixing zone,depending on the dis.ance from the confluence,the s.eeds.of the merging rivers.and the angle of confluence was.carried *** the cons.mer properties.of water are largely determined by its.chemical and phys.cal indicators.the intens.ty of mixing,determined largely by the nature of the s.condary circulation,is.of fundamental importance for as.es.ing the dis.ribution of hydrochemical indicators.of water quality in the mixing *** characteris.ics.are important not only for organizing water intake for drinking and technical purpos.s.with the bes. cons.mer properties.but als. for organizing an effective monitoring s.s.em for confluence zones.

New reagents.for immunofluores.ence analys.s.of carbazole s.ries.containing fluorinated β-dicarbonyl fragments.and carboxylic s.bs.ituent groups.s.parated by s.acers.of different lengths.from the light-gathering carbazole s.affold have been developed. The markers.in complex with Eus.p>3+s.p> ions.pos.es. s.ability in the aqueous.phas., intens. and prolonged lumines.ence (τ 550 - 570 μs. with characteris.ic emis.ion maxima in the region of 615 nm and excitation wavelengths.in the region of 380 - 390 nm, which dis.inguis.es.them from mos. of the analogs.us.d. In the s.udy of marker conjugation with s.reptavidin, a reagent containing 4 - 5 europium labeling complexes.bas.d on s.acer-containing carbazole tetraketone was.obtained. The marker-doped s.licate nanoparticles.exhibit intens. and long-lived lumines.ence in the characteris.ic region.

BACKGROUND s.reening for iron deficiency anemia(IDA)is.important in managing pediatric patients.with inflammatory bowel dis.as.(IBD).Concerns.related to advers. reactions.may contribute to a reluctance to pres.ribe intravenous.IV)iron to treat IDA in this.*** To track the efficacy and s.fety of IV iron therapy in treating IDA in pediatric IBD patients.admitted to our *** A longitudinal obs.rvational cohort s.udy was.performed on 236 cons.cutive pediatric patients.admitted to our tertiary IBD care center between s.ptember 2017 and December 2019.92 patients.met s.udy criteria for IDA,of which 57 received IV iron,17 received oral iron,and 18 were dis.harged prior to receiving iron *** Patients.treated with IV iron during their hos.italization experienced a s.gnificant increas. of 1.9(±0.2)g/dL in mean(±s.)hemoglobin(Hb)concentration by the firs. ambulatory follow-up,compared to patients.who received oral iron 0.8(±0.3)g/dL or no iron 0.8(±0.3)g/dL(P=0.03).One out of 57(1.8%)patients.that received IV iron therapy experienced an advers. *** Our findings.demons.rate that treatment with IV iron therapy is.s.fe and efficacious.in improving Hb and iron levels.in pediatric patients.with IDA and active IBD.

Long-term biopotential monitoring requires.high-performance biocompatible wearable dry *** currently,it is.challenging to es.ablis. a form-pres.rving fit with the s.in,res.lting in high interface impedance and motion *** res.arch aims.to pres.nt an innovative s.lution us.ng an all-green organic dry electrode that eliminates.the aforementioned *** dry electrode is.prepared by introducing biocompatible maltitol into the chos.n conductive polymer,poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(s.yrenes.lfonate).Thanks.to the s.condary doping and plas.icizer effect of maltitol,the dry electrode exhibits.good s.retchability(62%),s.rong s.lf-adhes.on(0.46 N/cm),high conductivity(102 s.cm),and low Young's.modulus.7 MPa).It can always.form a conformal contact with the s.in even during body *** with good electrical properties.the electrode enables.a lower s.in contact impedance compared to the current s.andard Ag/AgCl gel ***,the application of this.dry electrode in bioelectrical s.gnal meas.rement(electromyography,electrocardiography,electroencephalogra-phy)and long-term biopotential monitoring was.s.cces.fully demons.rated.

According to one of the thes.s.of optimal foraging theory,main prey s.ecies.abundance in the hunting area is.the main factor determining the diet and habitat choices.of birds.of *** other factors.can als. be *** habitat s.ructure influences.the predators.diets.as.*** this.s.udy we examined the influence of habitat s.ructure on diet compos.tions.of three s.ecies.of birds.Long-eared Owl(As.o otus.,s.ort-eared Owl(***)and Common Kes.rel(Falco tinnunculus..The s.udy was.carried out from 2007 to 2019 in a 48 km2area of the Crane’s.Homeland Res.rve,Mos.ow Region,*** habitat s.ructures.of model s.ecies.hunting territories.ratio of different types.of lands.ape elements.were clas.ified in module"s.mi-Automatic Clas.ification Plugin"bas.d on the QGIs.A boos.ed regres.ion tree analys.s.identified that the s.are of the main prey s.ecies.in the diet is.primarily determined by the lands.ape s.ructure of hunting *** larges. s.are of Common Vole(Microtus.arvalis.in birds.diet was.determined by the s.rubs.area(15%of hunting area),the meadow area(75%),the habitat heterogeneity(70%)and the arable land area(5%).The s.me predictors.determined the larges. s.are of Root Vole(Microtus.oeconomus.:the s.rubs.area 25%,the meadow area 70%,and the arable land area 3%.The annual mean abundance of prey s.ecies.did not determine their importance in the diet of birds.of ***,the main prey abundance in the hunting area is.not a determining factor for the formation of diet compos.tion of birds.of prey.

The Global s.ratotype s.ction and Point （Gs.P） for the bas. of the s.lurian s.s.em was.defined in 1985. s.nce that time, a number of res.archers.have s.gges.ed that this.s.ction has.s.rious.deficiencies.for us. as.a Gs.P. As.a res.lt, in 2000, the s.bcommis.ion on s.lurian s.ratigraphy （s.s. propos.d undertaking a formal res.u@ of this.Gs.P, which was.s.bs.quently approved by the International Commis.ion of s.ratigraphy （ICs.. The res.lt of this.res.udy was.the formal propos.l that the current Gs.P, at 1.6 m above the bas. of the Birkhill s.ale, at Dob＇s.Linn, s.otland, s.ould be maintained as.the s.me locality and s.ratigraphic level, but the bios. tratigraphical definition of the boundary s.ould be revis.d. The previous.y defined, bas.l s.lurian grapto- lite zone, the Parakidograptus.acuminatus.Zone, s.ould be s.bdivided into a lower Akidograptus.as.ens.s.Zone and a higher E acuminatus.Zone. The bas. of the A. as.ens.s.Zone, marked by the firs. appearance of A. as.ens.s. s.ould be regarded as.the bios.ratigraphic mark for the bas. of the s.lurian. This.propos.l has.now been formally approved by the s.s.and ICs. and ratified by International Union of Geological s.iences. This.is.the firs. Gs.P to undergo formal res.udy and redefini- tion, and the propos.l als. included a recommended procedure for res.udy of Gs.Ps.

Abs.ract： This.paper pres.nted the res.lts.from the s.udy of irrigation eros.on of irrigated lands.in s.uthern Ka- zakhs.an. The main purpos. of the work is.the cons.rvation of the fertility of irrigated s.ils. and then the s.ils.of the upper, middle and lower s.ctions.of the s.opes.at the experimental s.te were s.udied. Bas.d on field inves.igations. authors.s.udied the water res.s.ance of aggregates.of gray-brown s.ils.and light gray s.ils.before and after irrigation and qualitative indicators.of changes.in phys.cal and chemical properties.of s.ructured s.ils.in irrigation were de- termined by conventional methods.of s.il res.arch.
