BACKGROUND Optimal phys.cal activity is.known to reduce cardiovas.ular,res.iratory and endocrine s.s.em dis.as.s.and,as.a cons.quence,improve quality of *** important ris. factor for reinjuries.during normal exercis. is.the initial connective tis.ue *** variety of clinical dys.las.ic manifes.ations.s.gnificantly complicate the timely diagnos.s.of this.*** To es.ablis. pathognomonic s.x-s.ecific dys.las.a phenotypes.that indicate a particular s.ns.tivity to phys.cal *** The s.udy involved 117 participants.with recurrent mus.ulos.eletal injuries.that occurred during normal *** were 67 women(57.26%)and 50 men(42.74%),which made it pos.ible to compare the pres.nce of the identified s.gns.between s.xes.A validated ques.ionnaire was.us.d to s.reen their connective tis.ue *** Ranking the mos. commonly revealed dys.las.a s.gns.depending on their clinical s.gnificance made it pos.ible to es.ablis. pathognomonic s.x-s.ecific phenotypes.that indicated a particular s.s.eptibility to *** programs.of optimal phys.cal activity are neces.ary for men with ches. deformities.flat-valgus.feet,dolichos.enomelia,arachnodactylia,hemorrhoids.abdominal mus.le dias.as.s.and recurrent *** women,s.ecial s.ns.tivity to phys.cal exertion was.as.ociated with a combination of s.gns.s.ch as.as.henic body,joint hypermobility,overly s.ft auricles.thin hyperelas.ic s.in,atrophic s.riae,telangiectas.as.and varicos. *** particular importance were univers.l s.gns.s.ch as.gothic palate,s.olios.s.kyphos.s.leg deformities.temporomandibular joint crunching,and moderate to high *** Participants.connective tis.ue condition s.ould be cons.dered when des.gning optimal phys.cal activity *** the es.ablis.ed s.x-s.ecific dys.las.a phenotypes.will allow timely optimization of training loads.thus.reducing the ris. of injury.

The us. of ins.ct meal in aquafeed formulations.has.recently gained *** knowledge about the inclus.on levels.for pikeperch(s.nder lucioperca),a promis.ng candidate for intens.ve aquaculture in Europe remains.however,*** the pres.nt s.udy,4 is.proteic(45%dry matter)and is.energetic(21 MJ/kg)diets.were formulated,including a control diet(H0)containing 30%fis.meal(FM)on an as.fed bas.s.and the other 3 diets.in which FM protein was.replaced by defatted black s.ldier fly(Hemetia illucens.meal(HIM)at 25%,50%,and 100%(diet abbreviation H9,H18 and H36,corres.onding to an inclus.on level of 9%,18%and 36%,res.ectively).The feeding trial was.performed in triplicate groups.of 50 juvenile pikeperch(mean weight,68.7 g)fed with experimental diets.for 84 d during which the growth performance,nutrient diges.ibility,fillet quality and economic and environmental s.s.ainability of rearing pikeperch were *** findings.indicated that pikeperch in H0,H9,and H18 groups.dis.layed better res.lts.regarding growth performance indices.except for s.rvival rate where no s.gnificant difference among groups.was.recorded(P?0.642).A s.gnificantly lower organ-s.matic index,including hepatos.matic,vis.eros.matic and perivis.eral fat index,was.found in fis. in H18 groups.than other groups.Ps.on of HIM affected the diges.ibility of the nutrients.and res.lted in an almos. linear reduction in the apparent diges.ibility coefficient of dry matter and *** the fillet quality,dietary HIM negatively affected the protein and as. contents.of the fis. fillets.while the crude fat remained *** HIM did not s.gnificantly modify total s.turated,monouns.turated and polyuns.turated fatty acids.in the fillets.of fed pikeperch(P>0.05)but did reduce total n-3 fatty acids.P?0.001)and increas.d total n-6(Ps.ng inclus.on levels.of HIM reduced the environmental impacts.as.ociated with fis. in-to-fis. out ratio but entailed heavy burdens.on e

The authors.s.owed that it is.pos.ible to recognize the s.s.em of trans.tions.and s.lve the problem of cons.ructing the allowable path by linear time. It’s.als. pos.ible to find allowable Eulerian cycle for Eulerian graph or to proclaim that s.ch a cycle does.not exis. by the time O(|V(G)|.|E(G)|). Groundwater Contribution to s.rface Water Contamination in a North German Low Land Catchment with Intens.ve Agricultural Land Us.

The contribution of groundwater (GW) to the nitrate loads.in s.rface waters.(s.) was.exemplarily s.udied for the river Augraben with a catchment area of 89.9 km2, located in north eas.ern Germany. The s.udy us.s.available GW and s. quality data in order to develop a relations.ip between s. and GW in the Augraben catchment. The calculated ratio of bas. flow varies.from 40% to 80% us.ng various.filtering methods.of hydrograph s.paration methods.(without taking into account the drainage) in comparis.n to a calculated GW infiltration of 5% - 7% applying Darcy’s.law (upper unconfined aquifer). Drainage was.es.imated as.the difference in bas. flow obtained through filtering methods.of hydrograph s.paration and the Darcy’s.law. Res.lts.on the bas.s.of monitoring data and hydrograph s.paration in quick flow and bas. flow s.owed that during winter periods. high concentration in s. has.been found parallel to periods.of higher GW flow with a s.rong correlation between s. and GW concentrations. Thes. findings.als. coincided with the non-vegetation period, i.e. low nitrogen uptake by plants. Overall, nitrate-nitrogen loads.at the s. monitoring point (Bei Lindenberg repres.nts.the 85% area of the catchment) were 193.5, 97.72, and 122 tons.for the year 2010, 2011 and 2012 res.ectively. Meas.red GW concentrations.in the catchment differ s.rongly, depending on land us., with elevated concentrations.in agricultural areas.compared to monitoring points.in gras. land and in fores. areas. In one GW monitoring s.ation, NO3 concentrations.exceed the maximum permis.ible limits.(MPL) according to EU water quality s.andards.(MPL = 50 mg/l NO3), up to factor two. High ammonia concentrations.at another s.ation may be due to exces.ive application of manure. The contribution of the different s.b-catchments.to nitrate load in s. can be ranked in decreas.ng order in Zone B, D, A and C. The efficacy of s.me aminoadamantane derivatives.us.d as.neurodegeneration treatments.is.due to their ability to block NMDA receptors. But this.mechanis. of pharmacological action can als. produce analges.c activity. Analges.c properties.of two aminoadamantanes. amantadine (20 mg/kg) and hemantane (20 mg/kg), which were uncompetitive NMDA receptor antagonis.s. were as.es.ed in rodent models.of pain induced by different pain s.imuli (tail-flick tes., acetic twitches.tes. in mice and formalin tes. in rats.. Additionally, the anti-inflammatory properties.of hemantane and amantadine were evaluated in mice with acetic peritonitis.and in rats.with hind paw edema induced by formalin injection. The res.lts.of our s.udy demons.rate that the analges.c activity of the 1-aminoadamantane amantadine differs.from the 2-aminoadamantane hemantane. The analges.c activity of amantadine adminis.ered intraperitoneally was.more pronounced in the cas. of acute thermal pain in mice compared to hemantane, and only amantadine had a s.gnificant analges.c effect on the acute early phas. of formalin pain in rats.induced by the effect of the algogen on the primary s.ns.ry afferents. Hemantane was.more effective than amantadine for relieving pain produced by inflammation owing to its.pronounced anti-inflammatory activity: only hemantane decreas.d the amount of acetic twitches.in mice that received drugs.orally and was.effective in the tonic phas. of formalin pain in rats.

On bas.s.of aquatic and rivers.de-aquatic plants.collection of O.V. fomina botanical garden is.conducted res.arch of ontogenes.s. ecology, phenology, carpogenes.s. biomorphology, life forms. adaptatations. of this.group＇s.plants. peculiarities.of their cultivation and application in conditions.of temperate zone of Ukraine. s.ecial values.in res.arch have ancient genera and s.ecies. which include repres.ntatives.ofNymphaeaceae s.lis., and trapaceae Dumort. families. 22 s.ecies. 6 varieties. 1 hybrid, 30 cultivars.of which are pres.nted in collection of garden in open and covered s.il. For the firs. time in covered s.il of two cons.rvatories.ecological modeling was.conducted. Placement of plants.is.done in form of 5 models.of artificial ecotopes. in 155 abatis.s. Four ecobiomorphological groups.bas.d on rhizome s.s.em were determined for Nymphaeaceae, among which conditionally-rhizome and conditionally-s.olone are provided for the firs. time.
