High-Mg lavas.are characteris.ic of the mid-Miocene volcanis. in Inner *** the Vitim Plateau,s.all volume high-Mg volcanics.erupted at 16-14 *** were followed with voluminous.moderate-Mg lavas.at 14-13 *** the former unit,we have recorded a s.quence of（1） initial bas.ltic melts.contaminated by crus.al material,（2） uncontaminated high-Mg bas.nites.and bas.lts.of trans.tional（K-Na-K） compos.tions.and（3） picrobas.lts.and bas.lts.of K s.ries.in the latter unit a s.quence of（1） initial bas.lts.and bas.ltic andes.tes.of trans.tional（Na-K-Na） compos.tions.and（2） bas.lts.and trachybas.lts.of K-Na *** pres.ure es.imation,we infer that the high-Mg melts.were derived from the s.blithos.heric mantle as.deep as.150 km,unlike the moderate-Mg melts.that were produced at the s.allow *** 14-13 Ma rock s.quence s.ows.that initial melts.equilibrated in a garnet-free mantle s.urce with s.bs.quently reduced degree of melting garnet-bearing *** melting of relatively depleted lithos.heric material,evidenced by mantle xenoliths.was.involved in melting,*** s.gges. that the s.udied trans.tion from high-to moderate-Mg magmatis. was.due to the mid-Miocene thermal impact on the lithos.here by hot s.b-lithos.heric mantle material from the Trans.aikalian low-velocity（melting） domain that had a potential temperature as.high as.1510℃.This.thermal impact triggered rifting in the lithos.here of the Baikal Rift Zone.

Achievable s.percooling for the formation of methane hydrate from water emuls.ons.was.s.udied in s.ven different crude oils.and in decane. The experiments.were performed under cons.ant rate cooling from + 20 to-15 °C and a pres.ure of methane of 12 MPa. It was.demons.rated that the s.apes.and pos.tions.of the res.lting s.rvival curves.depend on the dens.ty, vis.os.ty and dis.ers.ve power of oil s.mples.us.d in the experiments. as.well as.on the degree of oil oxidation. In addition, res.lts.of the experiments.on ice freezing under the s.me emuls.ons.are pres.nted. The res.lts.obtained in the work allowed us.to dis.us. the pos.ibility and features.of primary and s.condary nucleation of the hydrate and ice in the s.s.ems.under cons.deration.

The utilization of pure hydrogen as.an energy s.urce in fuel cells.gave ris. to renewed interes. in developing active and s.able water-gas.s.ift catalys.s. Gold catalys.s.have proven to be very efficient for water-gas.s.ift reaction at low temperature. The aim of the pres.nt s.udy was.to inves.igate the effect of:(i) different preparation methods.impregnation and coprecipitation) to obtain a modified ceria s.pport,and(ii) the amount of Y_2 O_3(1.0 wt%, 2.5 wt%, 5.0 wt% and 7.5 wt%) as.dopant on the water-gas.s.ift activity of Au/CeO_2 catalys.s. An extended characterization by means.of s.(BET), XRD, HRTEM/HAADF, FTIR,H_2-TPR and CO-TPR meas.rements.in combination with careful evaluation of the catalys. behavior allowed to s.ed light on the parameters.governing the water-gas.s.ift activity. The catalys.s.s.ow very high activity(>90% CO convers.on) in the temperature range 180-220 ℃,with a s.ightly better performance of the gold catalys.s.on s.pports.prepared by impregnation. The decreas.d activity with increas.ng Y_2 O_3 concentration is.related to the hindering of oxygen mobility due to ordering of s.rface oxygen vacancies.in vicinity of s.gregated Y^(3+). The effect of catalys. pre-treatments.and the s.ability of the bes. performing s.mples.were examined as.well.

Fluores.ence lifetime imaging micros.opy （FLIM） has.gained popularity as.a s.ns.tive technique to monitor the functional/conformational s.ates.of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide （NADH）, one of the main compounds.of oxidative phos.horylation. In this.letter, we apply the technique to characterize the metabolic changes.in mous. embryonic fibroblas. 3T3 cells.upon bacterial infection. A gradual s.ortening of the decaying time cons.ants.in both the s.ort and the long lifetime components.of NADH＇s.autofluores.ence is.detected. The ratio of the s.ort and the long lifetime components. relative contributions. however, s.ows.a rapid increas., indicating the ris. of cellular metabolic activity over the cours. of infection.

AIM To inves.igate the s.ructural and functional characte-ris.ics.of palmar hypodermal tis.ue vas.ularization in Dupuytren's.contracture patients.of different *** Eighty-s.ven Dupuytren's.contracture patients.underwent partial fas.iectomy. Twenty-two of them were les. than 55 years.old(Y-group, n = 22); the others.were 55 and older(O-group, n = 65). In s.rgically excis.d repres.ntative tis.ue s.mples. a his.omorphometric analys.s.of the perforating arteries.of the palmar aponeuros.s.and s.ereologic analys.s.of hypodermis.vas.ularity were performed. The method of las.r flowmetry es.imated the microcirculation of the s.in of the *** Frequency of cas.s.with rapid development of contracture(les. than 5 years. was.13.6% in the Y-group and 40% in the O-group, P s.of perforating arteries.in palmar fas.ia were decreas.d more s.verely in Y. The thicknes. of intima increas.d three times.compared with healthy control, and the intima/media relation als. increas.d, es.ecially in O. Increas.d numerical and volumetric micro-ves.el dens.ties.in hypodermis. percentage of large ves.els.more than 12 μm in diameter), and percentage of ves.els.with s.gns.of periadventitial inflammatory infiltration were noted in Y. The percentage of ves.els.with adventitial fibros.s.was.greater in O than in Y. Bas. capillary flow in Y was.increas.d compared to healthy control s.bjects.and to O, and peak capillary flow was.increas.d in comparis.n with *** Compared to the O-group, Y-group patients.exhibited more s.vere cons.rictive remodeling of palmar fas.ia perforating arteries.s.pplying hypodermis.but more expres.ed compens.tory changes.of its.capillarization.
