A well-preserved Late Cretaceous-Paleogene palynological flora from the middle member of the Tsagajan Formation and the upper member of the Tsagajan Formation including the Kivda Beds is reported for the first time from the Arkhara-Boguchan brown coal mine, southeastern part of the Zeya-Bureya Basin. Four palynocomplexes were established for the Cretaceous-Tertiary transition. The climate and phytocoenoses were also analyzed,based on the detailed palynological data. The results are coincident with those of mega-flora studied by Akhmetiev et al. (2002).

The present research considers the problem of covering a graph with minimal number of trails satisfying the pre-defined local restrictions. The research is devoted to the problem of graph covering by minimal number of trails satisfying some local restrictions. Algotithm of allowed Eulerian cycle construction is considered. The authors showed that it is possible to recognize the system of transitions and solve the problem of constructing the allowable path by linear time. It’s also possible to find allowable Eulerian cycle for Eulerian graph or to proclaim that such a cycle does not exist by the time O(|V(G)|.|E(G)|). All presented algorithms have the software realization.

Non-thermal effects of direct electric fields and alternating electromagnetic fields(EMF)have been successfully used in a number of studies and applications in agriculture and *** different kinds of high strength EMF generators,the Tesla transformer(TT)is known as a widely applied,low cost,and troubleproof device,which generates EMF in the range of 2-8 *** of a number of developed and perspective applications of high strength EMFs in agriculture and biotechnology,the EMFs generated by TT,as well as the 1-50 MHz range of high strength EMF still remain unexplored in the fields of plant physiology,ultrastructure studies and *** this work,we have shown that TT-EMFs(4 MHz)induced fast stem and petiole bending,disappearance of cell organelles,vacuolar membranes,and increase of a non-photochemical chlorophyll fluorescence quenching in *** is intriguing that such fatal effects can be evoked in plants by EMFs which are well known as harmless for man at the applied strength and frequency.

Both numerical and experimental studies of the stability and electronic properties of barium–sodium metaborate Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F(P63/m) at pressures up to 10 GPa have been carried out. Electronic-structure calculations with HSE06 hybrid functional showed that Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F has an indirect band gap of 6.289 eV. A numerical study revealed the decomposition of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F into the BaB_(2)O_(4),Na BO_(2), and NaF phases above 3.4 GPa at 300 K. Subsequent high-pressure high-temperature experiments performed using ‘Discoverer-1500’DIA-type apparatus at pressures of 3 and 6 GPa and temperature of 1173 K confirmed the stability of Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F at 3 GPa and its decomposition into BaB_(2)O_(4), NaBO_(2), and NaF at 6 GPa, which was verified by energy-dispersive X-ray analysis and Raman spectroscopy. The observed Raman bands of the Ba_(2)Na_(3)(B_(3)O_(6))_(2)F phase were assigned by comparing the experimental and calculated spectra. The experimental Raman spectra of decomposition reaction products obtained at 6 GPa suggest the origin of a new high-pressure modification of barium metaborate BaB_(2)O_(4).

Based on the photographic and CCD observations of the relative motion of the A and B components of the binary system ADS 9346 obtained with the 26-inch refractor of Pulkovo Observatory during 1979–2019,we discover an invisible companion associated with star *** of the ephemerides with the positional and spectroscopic observations allowed us to calculate the preliminary orbit of the photocenter(P=15 yr).The minimal mass of the companion is approximately 0.13 *** existence of the invisible low-mass companion is implied by the IR-excess based on IRAS *** confirm this,additional observations of the radial velocity near the periastron need to be carried out.

基于偶极耦合的同核相关固体核磁共振实验广泛应用于结构表征,RFDR是其中最广泛使用的零量子同核重耦序列之一。此前的研究中证明了RFDR的重耦效率非常依赖于魔角旋转转速、共振偏置、射频场不均匀性、化学位移各项异性及其它多种因素。本文基于对称性序列原理,在中等和高转速下考察了一系列RNN1(N≥4,N为偶数)对称性序列,并结合多种相位循环,以充分研究零量子重耦序列原理并实现均匀的宽带同核重耦。不同RN对称性序列的零量子偶极重耦效率进一步在13C、15N均匀标记的L-组氨酸以及微晶动力蛋白轻链(LC8)样品上得到检验。

This article is devoted to the research of the mechanisms of suggestive influence represented in professional layers–prosecutors and attorneys–speech within the English law discourse on the material of a particular witness examination part of the court *** basic suggestive strategies and tactics used in this step and brief characteristics of their intentiality and ways of representation are *** is stated that suggestion as a means of persuasion and manipulation on a psyche is possible only due to the existence of a certain mechanism which gives a person an opportunity to perceive the suggested influences and reflect *** authors suppose that the analysis of an effective manipulation of professional opponents–a plaintiff and a defendant(some basic suggestive-psychological algorithms used at the opening statement as well as suggestive strategies,tactics and methods applied)might considerably enhance the perspectives of studying characteristic features of law discourse thus allowing to get closer to the understanding of how a person’s brain works as well as the nature of consciousness and subconsciousness together with the anthropocentric approach aimed at realization of manipulation/suggestion within the situation of an institutional communication.

The article is dedicated to the task of developing efficient means to analyze functioning of an information system of the cyclic type based on determining the integral performance criterion. We consider the subject area related to the analysis of moments of peak loads in teaching (admissions, conducting tests and examinations, accreditation of a university, etc.). The criterion is developed based on the analysis of all the processes occurring in the information system (IS) of a university and based on the selection of main factors affecting the change in the effective functioning of the university departments. Certain qualitative and quantitative parameters affecting the integral index of efficiency are considered at various times, since functioning of the whole system is cyclical. A weight for each criterion is accounted for in the integral indicator of efficiency. The proposed approach will allow for simplification of the research of efficiency characteristics of the information systems of the cyclic type based on the analysis of the integral coefficient.
