This study a.med to induce ca.lus from three sunflower (Helia.thus a.nuus L.) hybrids, na.ely a.na. a.ha.a.a.d Kuds, a.d to eva.ua.e their ca.lus for sa.t stress tolera.ce. Cotyledons a.d hypocotyl were ta.en from seedling of these hybrids a.d cultured on MS media.conta.ned 2,4-D (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 a.d 2.0 mg/L) a.d kinetin (0.0, 0.5, a.d 1.0 mg/L). The cultures incuba.ed a. 25 ± 1°C under light condition (1,000 Lux) for 16 h/da.. a.ter 6 weeks observa.ions were ta.en on the response of cotyledons a.d hypocotyl to ca.lus induction. The induced ca.lus were cultured on the sa.e MS media.tha. conta.ned a.propria.e concentra.ions of 2,4-D a.d kinetin for ca.lus induction a. well a. conta.ned va.ious concentra.ion of sodium chloride Na.l (0.0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 a.d 0.2%). a.ter six weeks ca.lus fresh a.d dry weights, proline a.d tota. ca.bohydra.es concentra.ions were mea.ured. The results showed significa.t differences a.ong the hybrids, expla.ts, 2,4-D a.d kinetin concentra.ion a.d significa.t intera.tion between them in their percenta.e response for ca.lus induction. The results a.so revea.ed tha. fresh a.d dry weights were significa.tly reduced with increa.ed Na.l concentra.ion in the medium, hybrids showed significa.t differences in their response to sa.t stress. Proline a.d tota. ca.bohydra.e concentra.ion increa.ed in ca.lus a. Na.l increa.ed in the media. Significa.t intera.tion wa. showed between hybrids a.d Na.l concentra.ion in these pa.a.eters.

Introduction: There ha. been a.surge in the use of tendoscopic surgery for trea.ing peronea. tendons insta.ility. The novelty of this a.proa.h dema.ded a.litera.ure review of its indica.ions, limita.ions, a.d clinica. outcomes. a.m: a.litera.ure review of the clinica. studies reporting on tendoscopic peronea. tendon sta.ilisa.ion surgery a.ong with its outcomes a.d complica.ions. Methods: We ca.ried out a.comprehensive review of the litera.ure up until September 2022 with a. extensive sea.ch of the MEDLINE, Emba.e a.d Cochra.e libra.y da.a.a.es. Results: Initia. sea.ch resulted in 66 a.ticles. Four duplica.e a.ticles were removed. Further 30 a.ticles were excluded a.ter title a.d a.stra.t screening. Eight studies sa.isfied the inclusion criteria.a.d were included in this review. a.ticles were a.a.ysed for outcomes a.d complica.ions. Conclusion: The tendoscopic technique for peronea. tendon insta.ility is a. effective a.d sa.e surgica. technique with very low fa.lure ra.e. Levels of Evidence: Level IV.

For the first time, a.highly crysta.line porous shish-keba. structure with a.high degree of crysta.linity wa. obta.ned by using a.combina.ion of two methods for the forma.ion of porous polymeric ma.eria.s. a.trea.ment procedure using supercritica. ca.bon dioxide(sc CO_(2))wa. ca.ried out for oriented ultra.igh molecula. weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) films, which provided specia. conditions for the crysta.liza.ion of dissolved UHMWPE ma.romolecules on the surfa.e of oriented UHMWPE crysta.s. The prepa.ed porous ma.eria.s were investiga.ed by sca.ning electron microscopy(SEM) a.d differentia. sca.ning ca.orimetry(DSC). The pa.ticula.ity of the obta.ned porous shish-keba. is the a.sence of the a.orphous pha.e between la.ella. crysta.s(keba.s). The obta.ned pores ha. a. ova. sha.e, a.d they were oriented in the orienta.ion direction of the UHMWPE ma.romolecules. The pore size ra.ged from 0.05 μm to 4 μm. Controlling the conditions for the crysta.liza.ion of the UHMWPE ma.romolecules using supercritica. CO_(2) gives the possibility to control the size of both la.ella. disks a.d pores formed.
