OER catalyst of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C(NiFeSC series)mixed crystal composite nanofibers was prepared by electrospinning and atmospheric heat treatment *** testing results indicate that the diameters of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite nanofibers is about 200 nm,the grains size is about 1-3 nm,and the fiber surface is *** electrochemical test results show that the heterojunction of the prepared Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C hybrid crystal composite nanofiber has synergistic effect with sulfide,and exhibits good electrocatalytic activity of water decomposition and OER in alkaline *** OER electrocatalytic performance of Ni_(3)Fe/Ni_(4)S_(3)/Ni/C composite electrode prepared via a heat treatment at 1000℃process was tested in 1 mol/L KOH *** results show that the overpotential is about 298 mV,the Tafel slope is about 74 mV?dec-1,and the surface resistance is about 1.69Ω·cm^(2),at the current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2).

Trap-assisted charge recombination is one of the primary limitationsof restricting the performance of organic solar cells. However, effectivelyreducing the presence of traps in the photoactive layer remains ***, wide bandgap polymer donor PTzBI-dF is demonstrated as an effectivemodulator for enhancing the crystallinity of the bulk heterojunction active layerscomposed of D18 derivatives blended with Y6, leading to dense and orderedmolecular packings, and thus, improves photoluminescence quenching *** a result, the photovoltaic devices exhibit reduced trap-assisted charge recombinationlosses, achieving an optimized power conversion efficiency of over 19%.Besides the efficiency enhancement, the devices comprised of PTzBI-dF as athird component simultaneously attain decreased current leakage, improved chargecarrier mobilities, and suppressed bimolecular charge recombination, leading toreduced energy losses. The advanced crystalline structures induced by PTzBI-dFand its characteristics, such as well-aligned energy level, and complementaryabsorption spectra, are ascribed to the promising performance *** findings suggest that donor phase engineering is a feasible approach to tuning the molecular packings in the active layer, providingguidelines for designing effective morphology modulators for high-performance organic solar cells.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence technologies,particularly in recent years,has led to the emergence of several large parameter artificial intelligence weather forecast *** models represent a significant breakthrough,overcoming the limitations of traditional numerical weather prediction models and indicating the emergence of profound potential tools for atmosphere-ocean *** study explores the evolution of these advanced artificial intelligence forecast models,and based on the identified commonalities,proposes the“Three Large Rules”for large weather forecast models:a large number of parameters,a large number of predictands,and large potential *** discuss the capacity of artificial intelligence to revolutionize numerical weather prediction,briefly outlining the underlying reasons for the significant improvement in weather *** acknowledging the high accuracy,computational efficiency,and ease of deployment of large artificial intelligence forecast models,we also emphasize the irreplaceable values of traditional numerical forecasts and explore the challenges in the future development of large-scale artificial intelligence atmosphere-ocean forecast *** believe that the optimal future of atmosphere-ocean weather forecast lies in achieving a seamless integration of artificial intelligence and traditional numerical *** a synthesis is anticipated to offer a more advanced and reliable approach for improved atmosphere-ocean ***,we illustrate how forecasters can leverage the large weather forecast models through an example by building an artificial intelligence model for global ocean wave forecast.

In this paper, we introduce a novel reinforcement learning(RL) scheme for linear continuous-time dynamical systems. Different from traditional batch learning algorithms,an incremental learning approach is developed, which provides a more efficient way to tackle the on-line learning problem in realworld applications. We provide concrete convergence and robust analysis on this incremental-learning algorithm. An extension to solving robust optimal control problems is also given. Two simulation examples are also given to illustrate the effectiveness of our theoretical result.

A novel leaky-wave antenna(LWA)utilizing spoof surface plasmon polaritons(SSPPs)excitation is proposed with continuous scanning range from endfire to *** designed transmission line unit supports two SSPPS modes,of which the 2nd order mode is applied in the design.A novel strategy has been devised to excite the spatial radiation of the-1st order harmonics by arranging periodic counter changed sinusoidal structures on both sides of the SSPPs transmission *** full-wave simulation and measurement results show that the proposed LWA presents wide scanning angle from endfire to *** the frequency range from 4 GHz to 10 GHz,LWAs achieve scanning from 90°to+20°,covering the entire backward quadrant continuously.

With the increasing demand for energy storage technology, iron-chromium flow batteries（ICFBs） have been widely concerned because of their price advantage. However, the low electrochemical activity of Cr3+/Cr2+redox couples and the side hydrogen evolution reaction limit the industrial application of ICFBs. A multi-dimensional Bi/carbon composite electrocatalyst（Bi@C）for ICFB is designed and prepared to improve the electrochemical activity of Cr3+/Cr2+redox couples. Benefiting by using the Bimetal organic framework（Bi-MOF） with solid matrix as precursors, Bi nanospheres are highly dispersed on the Bi@C electrocatalyst that effectively enhances the electrochemical activity. The special morphology of Bi@C electrocatalyst helps the transfer of electrons and ions, significantly reducing the polarization of battery. Herein, the 3D porous carbon frames accelerate mass transfer, and the 2D carbon nanobelts and carbon layer coating on 0D Bi nanospheres improve the conductivity of Bi nanospheres. Therefore, the ICFB with multi-dimensional Bi@C electrocatalyst exhibits coulombic efficiency of 98.10% and energy efficiency of 79.14% at 140 mA cm-2, which is higher than ICFBs with commercial graphite carbon electrocatalyst and with heat treatment carbon felt. This work provides a simple and economical method to fabricate a high-performance multidimensional Bi@C electrocatalyst for Cr3+/Cr2+redox couples, boosting the development of ICFBs.

A new analysis based on Airy stress function method is presented for a functionally graded piezoelectric material cantilever beam. Assuming that the mechanical and electric properties of the material have the same variations along the thickness direction, a two-dimensional plane elasticity solution is obtained for the coupling electroelastic fields of the beam under different loadings. This solution will be useful in analyzing FGPM beam with arbitrary variations of material properties. The influences of the functionally graded material properties on the structural response of the beam subjected to different loads are also studied through numerical examples.

The internet of the underground things(IoUT)is an emerging field that concerns connected underground sensing nodes and can find applications in various fields such as geotechnical engineering,precision agriculture,and search and rescue *** complex underground environment and multiphase nature of the soil pose challenges to wireless underground *** existing studies on wireless underground communication focus on the use of electromagnetic ***,as a highly lossy material for electromagnetic waves,soil can limit the range and reliability of data *** by subterranean animals that rely on vibrations or seismic waves for underground communication,the prototype system developed in this study is based on *** system includes a bioinspired vibrating source,a micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)accelerometer,a microcontroller,and a set of algorithms for encoding and decoding ***,the mole ratsinspired source is small in size,low in cost,and *** on-off-keying decoding algorithm enhanced with an error-correction algorithm is found to be robust in transmitting textual and imaginary *** the current design,a maximum transmission bit rate of 16e17 bits per second and a transmission distance of 80 cm can be *** bit error ratio is as low as 0.1%,demonstrating the robustness of the *** performance of the developed system shows that seismic waves produced by vibration can be used as an information carrier and can potentially be implemented in the IoUT.

In this paper, quartz crystal microbalance（QCM） gas sensors coated with polyehtyleneimine（PEI）was utilized for carbon dioxide（CO2） detection. The sensing mechanism is based on the availability of reversible acid-base reactions between CO2 molecules and PEI at room temperature. The experimental results revealed that the PEI/starch sensor exhibited much higher sensitivity than that of pure PEI, and showed approximate linearity over a concentration region ranging from 500 ppm to 8000 ppm. The influence of humidity had also been investigated. Furthermore, the response and recovery time deceased as the operation temperatures increased. Finally, sensitivity loss after conservation for several days and reversibility of the sensors had been discussed.

Cerebral edema caused by blood-brain barrier injury after intracerebral hemorrhage is an important factor leading to poor ***-induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neural stem cell exosomes(hiPSC-NSC-Exos)have shown potential for brain injury repair in central nervous system *** this study,we explored the impact of hiPSC-NSC-Exos on blood-brain barrier preservation and the underlying *** results indicated that intranasal delivery of hiPSC-NSC-Exos mitigated neurological deficits,enhanced blood-brain barrier integrity,and reduced leukocyte infiltration in a mouse model of intracerebral ***,hiPSC-NSC-Exos decreased immune cell infiltration,activated astrocytes,and decreased the secretion of inflammatory cytokines like monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,macrophage inflammatory protein-1α,and tumor necrosis factor-αpost-intracerebral hemorrhage,thereby improving the inflammatory *** sequencing indicated that hiPSC-NSC-Exo activated the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in astrocytes and decreased monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 secretion,thereby improving blood-brain barrier *** with the PI3K/AKT inhibitor LY294002 or the monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 neutralizing agent C1142 abolished these *** summary,our findings suggest that hiPSC-NSC-Exos maintains blood-brain barrier integrity,in part by downregulating monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 secretion through activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in astrocytes.
