Saussurea inversa is one of the Tibetan medicine with developed *** this study,we investigated the function of the ShCTR1 gene related to the formation of *** study of the occurrence and formation of aerenchyma in *** has certain theoretical significance in revealing the special mechanism of alpine plants adapting to the *** results of yeast two-hybrid experiments showed that *** ShCTR1 interacted with the ShRBOH1,which is a key producer of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and it was hypothesized that ShCTR1 regulation of aerenchyma formation in *** mainly mediated by *** induction and inhibition experiments were carried out on *** seedlings,it was shown that ROS inducer(AT)and Ethene(ETH)induced the formation of aerenchyma in *** well in roots,stems,and leaves,and Ethylene inhibitor(1-MCP)and ROS inhibitor DPI(diphenylene iodonium)inhibited the formation of aerenchyma of *** in different degrees,which proved that ROS and ethylene(ET)were positively correlated with the formation of ***,AT and ETH well induced the expression of the ShCTR1 gene,and 1-MCP and DPI inhibited the expression of the ShCTR1 gene to different degrees,which proved that ROS and ET were also positively correlated with the expression of the ShCTR1 ***1 was transferred into tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.),then repeat the above *** was shown that positive rate and porosity were lowest and highest after DPI and AT treatments,respectively,it showed a positive correlation,which proved that the ShCTR1 gene was positively regulating the formation of *** of the ShCTR1 gene increased the content of ROS,consequently,the regulation of aerenchyma formation by the ShCTR1 gene is mainly mediated by *** suggested that the formation of aerenchyma in *** was related to hypoxia in the alpine environment,and ShCTR1 interacts with ShRBOH1 to positively regulate the formation of a

The distribution of oil and gas resources is intricately connected to the underlying structure of the ***,investigating the characteristics of lithospheric thickness and its correlation with oil and gas basins is highly *** research utilizes recently enhanced geological–geophysical data,including topographic,geoid,rock layer thickness,variable rock layer density,and interface depth *** the principles of lithospheric isostasy and heat conduction,we compute the laterally varying lithospheric thickness in the China seas and adjacent *** these results,two pivotal parameters for different types of oil and gas basins were statistically analyzed:the minimum lithospheric thickness and the relative fluctuation in lithospheric thickness.A semiquantitative analysis was used to explore the connection between these parameters and the hydrocarbon abundance within the oil and gas *** study unveils distinct variations in lithospheric thickness among basins,with oil and gas rich basins exhibiting a thicker lithosphere in the superimposed basins of central China and a thinner lithosphere in the rift basins of eastern ***,the relative fluctuations in lithospheric thickness in basins demonstrate significant disparities:basins rich in oil and gas often exhibit greater thickness ***,in the offshore basins of China,a conspicuous negative linear correlation is observed between the minimum lithospheric thickness and the relative fluctuation in lithospheric *** study posits that deep-seated thermal upwelling results in lithospheric undulations and extensional thinning in oil and gas ***,sustained deep-seated heat influences sedimentary materials in basins,creating favorable conditions for oil and gas *** insights derived from this study contribute to a quantitative understanding of the intricate relationships between deep lithospheric structures and oil and gas basins.

Beams typically do not travel through the magnet centers because of errors in storage *** beam deviating from the quadrupole centers is affected by additional dipole fields due to magnetic field ***-based alignment(BBA)is often performed to determine a golden orbit where the beam circulates around the quadrupole center *** storage rings with many quadrupoles,the conventional BBA procedure is time-consuming,particularly in the commissioning phase,because of the necessary iterative *** addition,the conventional BBA method can be affected by strong coupling and the nonlinearity of the storage ring *** this study,a novel method based on a neural network was proposed to determine the golden orbit in a much shorter time with reasonable *** golden orbit can be used directly for operation or adopted as a starting point for conventional *** method was demonstrated in the HLS-II storage ring for the first time through simulations and online *** results of the experiments showed that the golden orbit obtained using this new method was consistent with that obtained using the conventional *** development of this new method and the corresponding experiments are reported in this paper.

BACKGROUND The incidence of colorectal cancer(CRC)is increasing *** radical resection of CRC is a minimally invasive procedure preferred in clinical *** To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of CRC on the basis of propensity score matching(PSM).METHODS The clinical data of 100 patients who received inpatient treatment for CRC at Changde Hospital,Xiangya School of Medicine,Central South University(The First People’s Hospital of Changde City)were analyzed *** control group included patients who underwent open surgery(n=43),and those who underwent laparoscopic surgery formed the observation group(n=57).The baseline information of both groups was equipoised using 1×1 *** in the perioperative parameters,inflammatory response,immune function,degree of pain,and physical status between the groups were *** Thirty patients from both groups were successfully *** PSM,baseline data showed no statistically significant differences between the groups:(1)Periop-erative parameters:The observation group had a longer surgery time,less intra-operative blood loss,earlier first ambulation and first anal exhaust times,and shorter gastric tube indwelling time than the control group;(2)Inflammatory response:24 h after surgery,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between groups were higher than ***-6,CRP,and TNF-αlevels in the observation group were lower than in the control group;(3)Immune function:At 24 h after surgery,counts of CD4-positive T-lymphocytes(CD4+)and CD4+/CD8-positive T-lymphocytes(CD8+)in both groups were lower than those before surgery,whereas CD8+was higher than that before *** 24 h after surgery,both CD4+counts and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,whereas CD8+counts were lower;(4)Degree of pain:The visual analog scale scores in the observation gro

A measurement method based on standing wave tube is proposed to get the acoustic and vibration characteristic parameters of underwater acoustic materials under hydrostatic pressure.A low-frequency emission transducer with pneumatic compensation is designed as the sound source for standing wave *** a water column,the planar piston vibration of the transducer is coupled to the sample under the water *** accelerometer is installed on the backing of the tested sample to measure the vibration velocity of the sample ***,a pair of hydrophones embedded in the tube wall is used to measure the sound pressure of the water *** on the measured data,the vibration velocity and sound pressure of the sample surface of incidence are *** vibration velocity transfer coefficient(decoupling coefficient)between the front and back surfaces of the sample,the input impedance,and the sound pressure reflection coefficient of the sample are then calculated.A low-frequency standing wave tube test system is constructed with a tube size of 300 mm inner diameter,600 mm outer diameter,and 3 m in height,with a frequency range of 100 Hz to 1000 *** experimental studies are conducted using water layer samples and multi-layer perforated rubber *** results show good agreement with the simulation data,thus validating the effectiveness of the measurement method.
