The migratory history of the engraulid fish Coilia nasus in the Rokkaku and Chikugo River estuaries of the Ariake Sea, Japan was assessed using otolith strontium（Sr） X-ray intensity maps and strontium：calcium（Sr：Ca） ratio life history transects by an electron probe microanalyzer（EPMA）. The results showed that seven of the ten specimens from the Rokkaku River Estuary（LJC） and all 15 specimens collected in the Chikugo River Estuary（ZHC） had low Sr：Ca ratios（≤3） at the central otolith area, indicating their riverine origin and initial freshwater residence. After the first regime shift adjacent to natal regions, the Sr level mapping displayed a wide variety of color patterns, and the Sr：Ca ratios obtained by the line transect analysis could be divided into one to six significantly different phases indicative of gradual life history transition. The other three specimens from the Rokkaku River Estuary had high Sr：Ca ratios（3–6.7） at the central otolith area but showed alternating changes between low and high values outside the natal region, suggesting that estuarine-origin individuals occurred in the Rokkaku River Estuary. The two-dimensional maps of the Sr level and average of the otolith Sr：Ca ratios along the life-history transects could be used as effective tools for reconstruction of past habitat use of the tapertail anchovy in estuaries of the Ariake Sea, Japan.

针对单核CPU需要同时处理多个任务的问题,考虑到以STM32F4单核处理器为核心的自行车里程表的多任务管理需求,采用FreeRTOS操作系统来实现自行车里程表的数据测量任务、LCD显示任务以及两个定时器任务。结果显示,自行车里程表能有效计算并在LCD中显示自行车的速度和里程数,具有良好的交互性。

根际及近根际区域(根际微生境)进行着活跃的物质交换和能量流动,大部分陆地生态系统中碳、氧和矿质元素等关键生源要素循环的生化过程都发生在根际微生境中。根际微生境空间动态过程的可视化对于准确捕捉和量化根际界面物质迁移转化过程和功能至关重要。过去几十年中,采用二维成像方法进行营养元素、酶和微生物等多种生化过程的同步原位可视化研究取得了重要进展。本文系统总结了根际化学环境、微生物环境和代谢物原位可视化研究的最新方法与研究进展,讨论了多参数成像技术在根际微生境研究中的应用前景,并对根际生化过程原位可视化研究的未来发展方向及亟待解决的问题进行了展望。为进一步提高根际原位可视化技术的研发与应用,深入解析微生境中生化过程与机制,需要在以下几方面重点展开研究:1)开展操作简单、耗时少、成本低的可视化技术开发,并进行多参数及多手段耦合的兼容性验证;2)从样品制备和数据整合等方面,开发根际三维及四维可视化方法,探索根际微生境的时空动态可视化;3)研发便携式仪器,开展根际原位可视化技术的田间应用。

Memristors have been seen as promising candidates for next-generation nonvolatile memory and neuromorphic ***-processed memristors can offer many advantages,such as low-cost fabrication,large-area uniformity,and high ***,the high annealing temperature of the solution process and unsatisfactory performance are impeding the advancement of flexible *** this work,the combustion method was proposed to fabricate the Mn-ZnO-based memristor without a hightemperature process on the flexible *** device demonstrates stable bipolar resistive switching behavior with ultralow switching voltage(-0.6 V/0.71 V),high on/off ratio(>2×10~3),multilevel storage capability,and uniform resistance distribution(σ/μ=18%/16%).The flexible device with a bend radius of 10 mm shows no obvious performance degeneration compared with the device in the flat ***,tunable repetitively synaptic weight was achieved by the *** plasticity functions,such as excitatory postsynaptic current,paired-pulse facilitation,and learning/forgetting behaviors,have been *** work provides a simple and feasible strategy for fabricating the flexible highperformance memristor,with the expectation to facilitate the development of flexible electronics.

Epithelial monolayers act as a vital player in a variety of physiological activities,such as wound healing and embryonic *** mechanical behavior of epithelial monolayers has been increasingly studied with the recent rapid development of *** dynamic loadings,the creep response of epithelial monolayers shows a power-law dependence on the time with an exponent larger than that of a single *** static loadings,the elastic modulus of epithelial monolayers is nearly two orders of magnitude higher than that of a single *** date,there is a lack of a mechanical model that can describe both the dynamic and static mechanical responses of epithelial ***,based on the structural features of cells,we establish a multi-scale structural model of cell *** is found that the proposed model can naturally capture the dynamic and static mechanical properties of cell ***,we explore the effects of the cytoskeleton and the membrane moduli on the dynamical power-law rheological responses and static stress-strain relations of a single cell and cell monolayers,*** work lays the foundation for subsequent studies of the mechanical behavior of more complex epithelial tissues.

目的:探讨单纯肥胖患儿血清25羟维生素D[25-(OH)-D]水平与营养代谢指标的相关性。方法:纳入107例单纯性肥胖的患儿为观察组;同期40名健康儿童为对照组。收集两组对象一般资料,检测并比较血清25-(OH)-D、糖代谢[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)]、脂代谢[总胆固醇(TC)、高/低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(H/LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)]及营养代谢[白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、铁蛋白(Fer)]水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清25-(OH)-D与各指标间相关性。结果:观察组患儿体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、血清FPG、TC、TG及ALB、PA、Fer水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),25-(OH)-D低于对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,单纯性肥胖儿童血清25-(OH)-D水平与体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围、腰臀比、FPG、ALB、PA、Fer均呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:单纯性肥胖儿童血清25-(OH)-D水平显著低于正常体质量儿童,其浓度与其体格、FPG及ALB、PA、Fer密切相关,临床应重视。

Soft magnetic composites(SMCs)are effective as magnetic powder cores in an *** to high saturation magnetization,large magnetocrystalline anisotropy and high operating frequency of M(metal)-RE(rear earth)soft magnetic composites,it is possible to miniaturize inductor cores by reducing total loss,especially eddy current loss and excess loss at high *** this article,the characteristics of Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3)/α-Fe(CFN/F)loss per volume and effective permeability reaching a high frequency of 3 MHz are *** biphase CFN/F composite exhibits a high permeability of 16 at 70 MHz,which is two times greater than that of pure Ce_(2)Fe_(17)N_(3)(CFN)*** total loss is as low as 545 mW/cm^(3)at 3 MHz and 6 *** direct current(DC)-bias properties have a percent of permeability exceeding 65% at H=7960 A/*** phenomenon indicates that our material has a higher working frequency and lower core loss than other materials;the biphase CFN/F structure is a promising and efficient approach for developing the miniaturized radio frequency(RF)inductor core.

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of lupus nephritis patients complicated with malignant *** We retrospectively studied 19 patients with lupus nephritis complicated with malignant hypertension who underwent renal biopsy between January 2002 and December *** Of 19 patients,3 were men and 16 were women,with a mean age of 24.4±7.7 years *** had positive antinuclear antibodies and low serum complement was found in 13 *** were anemic and 12 of them were *** renal function was found in 17 patients with an average serum creatinine of 184.5±88.9 μmol/*** intrarenal arteriolar lesion was found in all *** patients had lupus vasculopathy,11 patients had renal thrombotic microangiopathy lesion,2 had severe *** patients received steroids and immunosuppressive drugs,15 received angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)/angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB)with resultant well-controlled blood *** and hemolytic anemia resolved *** renal function improved or recovered in 14 of 17 patients,and 3 developed end-stage renal disease on maintenance *** Severe intrarenal vascular lesion complicated with renal nephritis parallels clinical manifestation of malignant *** pathology is the key of treatment strategy emphasizing on the significance of renal vascular involvement and *** the basis of immunosuppressive drugs and steroids to control systemic lupus activity,timely initiation of ACEI/ARB could be of benefit to blood pressure control and long term renal survival.

A Robust Optimization Approach Considering the Robustness of Design Objectives and Constraints

The problem of robust design is treated as a multi-objective optimization issue in which the performance mean and variation are optimized and minimized respectively, while maintaining the feasibility of design constraints under uncertainty. To effectively address this issue in robust design, this paper presents a novel robust optimization approach which integrates multi-objective optimization concepts with Taguchi’s crossed arrays techniques. In this approach, Pareto-optimal robust design solution sets are obtained with the aid of design of experiment set-ups, which utilize the results of Analysis of Variance to quantify relative dominance and significance of design variables. A beam design problem is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
