Listeriosis is caused by Listeria monocytogenes(LM) and is currently considered to be one of the leading food-borne diseases worldwide, with mortality rate of 20%~30%. Currently, detection methods for LM are time-consuming with low sensitivity, and delayed detection results. SYTO9 has a high affinity for DNA and exhibits enhanced fluorescence upon binding. Therefore, this study used SYTO9 staining and image processing to develop a rapid loop mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) detection method for LM. Smartphone was successfully used for detecting the color change in different concentrations of LM. Besides, the optimized LAMP reaction temperature was 63 °C by color identification, and the limit of detection for LM was 6 copies/μL in the green channel. So, the developed method, based on image processing, is simple, sensitive and rapid, which provides a new idea and method for rapid detection of LM and other food-borne bacterial pathogens.

基于统一计算架构(Compute unified device architecture,CUDA),利用GPU的流多处理器和共享显存实现了辐射环境中人体体素级受照剂量的并行计算。通过加速器驱动次临界系统散裂靶质子束窗的维修更换仿真例题的测试,百万量级体素人体受照剂量计算时间降低到10 ms的量级,能够保持与实时维修仿真同步。该方法能够满足维修仿真对维修人员的器官当量剂量和人体有效剂量计算的实时性要求,可应用到维修方案的实时仿真推演,对提高维修方案的设计与验证效率,辅助优化方案和保障人员辐射安全具有重要意义。

A biological sensing structure with a high-order mode(E^(y)_(21))is designed,which is composed of a suspended racetrack micro-resonator(SRTMR)and a microfluidic *** mode characteristics,coupling properties,and sensing performances are simulated by using the finite element method(FEM).To analyze the mode confinement property,the confinement factors in the core and cladding of the suspended waveguide for the E^(x)_(11),E^(y)_(11),and E^(y)_(21) are *** simulation results show that the refractive index(RI)sensitivity of the proposed sensing structure can be improved by using the high-order mode(Ey 21).The RI sensitivity for the E^(y)_(21) mode is~201 nm/RIU,which is twice to thrice higher than those for the E^(x)_(11) mode and the E^(y)_(11) *** a commercial spectrometer,the proposed sensing structure based on the SRTMR achieves a limit of detection(LOD)of -4.7×10^(-6) *** with the microfluidic channel,the SRTMR can possess wide applications in the clinical diagnostic assays and biochemical detections.

昆仑河地区是东昆仑造山带过铝质花岗岩分布相对集中的地区,昆仑河过铝质花岗岩分布区形成了Li、Be、Sn等元素高背景区,部分地区具明显的异常,可为东昆仑造山带古生代碰撞造山过程的研究和相关稀有金属矿产成矿预测提供重要的依据。本文通过对昆仑河地区花岗岩岩相学、地球化学、同位素年代学及Hf、Sr同位素研究发现:昆仑河地区新发现的花岗岩形成时代为早泥盆世(418~416Ma),其岩性为黑云母花岗闪长岩、二云母花岗闪长岩和二云母花岗岩,暗色矿物均为黑云母(≤5vol%);为富钠弱过铝高钾钙碱性系列,Na_(2)O/K_(2)O平均值是1.13,A/CNK为1.03~1.10,富集LREE,(La/Yb)_(N)为9.7~28.1,重稀土弱亏损,Y为8.69×10^(-6)~23.4×10^(-6),Yb为0.67×10^(-6)~2.43×10^(-6);Eu具较明显的负异常(Eu/Eu^(*)=0.48~0.86),Rb/Sr比值(0.34~1.12)和Rb/Ba比值(0.18~0.32)较低;(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)_(i)为0.7045~0.7083,ε_(Nd)(t)为-4.94~-1.64,t_(DM2)为1.56~1.29Ga;锆石ε_(Hf)(t)值分布在-3.3~2.7之间,t_(DM2)为1.61~1.28Ga;岩浆源于古老元古代地壳的部分熔融,源区有地幔物质或源于地幔的新生地壳物质的参与。结合以往研究成果,昆仑河地区存在晚志留世(425~422Ma)和早泥盆世(418~416Ma)两期过铝质花岗岩,两者与东昆仑加里东期碰撞造山带俯冲岩石圈板片断离、幔源岩浆底侵引发的地壳熔融相关。根据1/25万化探数据做概要分析,该花岗岩分布区显示了较好的Li、Be、Sn等矿的找矿前景。

四川桢楠生长特性与分布

对四川桢楠资源进行了初步调查,并选取标准木进行树干解析,分析了桢楠的胸径、树高和材积生长规律。结果表明:四川省的气候条件和土壤条件适宜桢楠生长,90年树高平均可达33.80 m,胸径(去皮)平均可达43.10 cm,材积(去皮)平均生长量达2.236 m3。Logistic曲线对桢楠树高、胸径和材积生长动态有较好的拟合效果,其回归方程分别为:y=35.117/(1+9.466×e-0.059x),y=54.937/(1+15.921×e-0.045x),y=4.029/(1+67.750×e-0.048x)。桢楠平均生长量高峰的出现以树高,胸径,材积为序,符合一般林木的生长规律;桢楠在前50年左右材积生长缓慢,之后进入快速生长期,90年左右时生长速度仍未见明显减缓。

Background c-Myc, EZH2 and p27 were defined to modulate anti-tumoral effects and had ability in predicting prostate cancer value of prognosis is rarely. This study aimed to investigate the patients with intermediate-risk prostate cancer after surgery. the behavior of prostate cancer with pro-tumoral or progression, but the research of their co-expression prognostic value of combining tri-marker together in Methods Expression levels of c-Myc, EZH2 and p27 in 129 patients with intermediate-risk prostate cancer were assessed using immunohistochemistry in a semi-quantitative manner. The expression profiles of these three markers were analyzed and investigated for association with biochemical recurrence. Results In all, fifty of 129 cases experienced biochemical recurrence during a median follow-up time of 31 months （range, 6-60 months）. Of these relapse patients, one case without and 10 cases with any single positive marker were observed; 39 cases were detected with any two or all three positive markers （22 cases with any two and 17 cases with all three positive markers）. Survival analysis showed that patients with over-expression of c-Myc or EZH2, and lower expression of p27 manifested significantly higher biochemical recurrence rates. Subsequent multivariate analysis revealed that c-Myc, EZH2 and p27 expression statuses showed potential in predicting relapse, respectively. Notably, combining three markers together as a ＂composite index＂（0 or 1, vs. 2 or 3 positive markers） provided powerful prognostic value （HR 6.57, 95% CI 3.02-14.31, P 〈0.001）. There was a significant difference between the patient subgroups with 0 or 1 and those with 2 or 3 positive markers expression statuses, and tri-marker composite index was an independent risk factor for predicting relapse in patients with intermediate-risk prostate cancer after surgery. AIM：To clarify the role of activated Notch2 in the invasiveness of gastric ***：To investigate the invasiveness of silencing Notch2 gene expression,we established a Notch2small interfering RNA（siRNA） transfected cell line using the MKN-45 gastric cancer cell *** the successful transfection confirmed by real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR） and Western blotting,migration and invasion assays were employed to evaluate the aggressiveness of the gastric ***-PCR and Western blottings were employed to confirm the down-regulation of Notch2 and to evaluate the expression of epithelial mesenchymal transition-related gene matrix metallopeptidase 9（MMP9）,Akt,*** confirm the relationship between PI3KAkt and MMP9,the PI3K inhibitor LY294002 was used to treat MKN-45 ***：Notch2 expression was dramatically decreased after Notch2 siRNA transfection（100.00% ± 9.74% vs 11.61% ± 3.85%,P 〈 0.01 by qRT-PCR）.There was also a marked reduction of Notch target gene hes1（100.00% ± 4.74% vs 61.61% ± 3.58%,P 〈 0.05） at the mRNA,indicating an inhibition of Notch *** of Notch signaling was also confirmed by the marked reduction of Notch2 intracellular domain at the protein levels（100.00% ± 9.74% vs 65.61% ± 7.58%,P 〈 0.05）.Down-regulation of Notch2 by siRNA enhanced tumor cell invasion（100.00% ± 21.64% vs 162.22% ± 16.84%,P 〈 0.05） and expression of MMP9（1.56 fold,P 〈 0.05）,and activated the pro-MMP9 protein to its active form（1.48 fold,P 〈 0.05）.There was no significant difference in the protein levels of Akt between the two groups（100.00% ± 10.87% vs 96.61% ± 7.33%,P 〉 0.05）,while down-regulation of Notch2 elevated p-Akt expression（100.00% ± 9.87% vs 154.61% ± 13.10%,P 〈 0.05）.Furthermore,p-Akt and MMP9 was down-regulated in response to the inhibitor LY294002（p-Akt 100.00% ± 8.87% vs 58.27% ± 5.01%,P 〈 0.05;MMP9 100.00% ± 9.17% vs 50.03% ± 4.88%,P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION：Notch2 may negatively regulate cell invasion by

Lack of the zona pellucida(ZP)is one of the manifestations of an oocyte maturation *** recent years,genetic factors have attracted much attention as a possible cause of ZP *** this study,we report a form of primary infertility characterized by abnormal eggs that lack the ZP,which resulted from a compound heterozygous autosomal recessive mutation in *** compound heterozygous mutation has been reported for the first time,and our results may expand the spectrum of known mutations in ZP genes and provide evidence of oocyte maturation disorders during genetic counseling.

Effect of Si Content and Temperature on Oxidation Resistance of Fe-Si Alloys

Hot-rolled Fe-（0.75-2.20）Si （mass%） alloys were oxidized in dry air at 600-1200 ℃. The oxidation process was carried out by thermal gravimetric analysis （TGA）. At 600- 1 150 ℃, oxidation gain curves were approximately parabolic. Electron probe mieroanalysis （EPMA） was applied to investigate cross-section morphology of oxide layer and element distribution across the layer. At lower temperature of 700 ℃, the oxide layer consisted of internal oxidation zone （IOZ）, inner Si-rich layer （conglomerate of fayalite and magnetite） and outer hematite layer, while at higher temperature of 1200 ℃, fayalite and wustite were observed in external oxide scale. Liquidus temperature of fayalite was detected by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. Through comparing the oxidation mass gain and parabolic rate constant of the alloys, it was found that oxidation resistance of Fe-Si alloy was enhanced by increasing Si content below 1 150 ℃ while increasing Si content of the alloy resulted in higher oxidation rate above 1150 ℃ owing to the liquid fayalite formation.
