为研究含上、下游双调压室的抽水蓄能电站输水发电系统小波动稳定性,基于状态空间法推导了系统稳定分析的状态矩阵方程,运用相关因子分析法确定了系统的特征值与状态变量的对应关系,结合状态矩阵特征值研究了系统小波动振荡特性。结果表明:状态矩阵特征值存在4对共轭复根,表明系统存在4个振荡环节,共轭复根实部反映了振荡环节的衰减趋势,虚部反映了系统振荡环节的振荡角频率;上、下游调压室内水位波动共同引起机组转速尾波低频振荡,增大两调压室面积可以降低转速尾波振荡角频率,增加尾波振荡衰减指数,有利于系统低频振荡稳定性;系统小波动振荡稳定性与调速器参数密切相关,较小调速器参数组合导致导叶开度变化和压力管道流量变化之间产生相位差,在调节过程中不断放大,系统振荡失稳,增大调速器参数可以增大机组转速主波振荡衰减指数,降低主波振荡角频率,提高系统高频振荡稳定性。

BACKGROUND The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis(UC)is complex,and recent therapeutic advances remain unable to fully alleviate the condition.AIM To inform the development of novel UC treatments,bioinformatics was used to explore the autophagy-related pathogenesis associated with the active phase of UC.METHODS The GEO database was searched for UC-related datasets that included healthy controls who met the screening criteria.Differential analysis was conducted to obtain differentially expressed genes(DEGs).Au-tophagy-related targets were collected and intersected with the DEGs to identiy differentially expressed autophagy-related genes(DEARGs)associated with active UC.DEARGs were then subjected to KEGG,GO,and DisGeNET disease enrichment analyses using R software.Differential analysis of immune infiltrating cells was performed using the CiberSort algorithm.The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator algorithm and protein-protein interaction network were used to narrow down the DEARGs,and the top five targets in the Dgree ranking were designated as core targets.RESULTS A total of 4822 DEGs were obtained,of which 58 were classified as DEARGs.SERPINA1,BAG3,HSPA5,CASP1,and CX3CL1 were identified as core targets.GO enrichment analysis revealed that DEARGs were primarily enriched in processes related to autophagy regulation and macroautophagy.KEGG enrichment analysis showed that DEARGs were predominantly associated with NOD-like receptor signaling and other signaling pathways.Disease enrichment analysis indicated that DEARGs were significantly linked to diseases such as malignant glioma and middle cerebral artery occlusion.Immune infiltration analysis demonstrated a higher presence of immune cells like activated memory CD4 T cells and follicular helper T cells in active UC patients than in healthy controls.CONCLUSION Autophagy is closely related to the active phase of UC and the potential targets obtained from the analysis in this study may provide new insight into the treatment of active UC patients.

Coniopteris simplex is a common component in many Jurassic floras.However,due to morphological variations in sterile fronds and incomplete preservation of reproductive organs,its classification has been controversial for a long time.Here,we present new material collected from the Middle Jurassic Yan’an Formation in the Ordos Basin,Inner Mongolia.The new material reveals important morphological characters,including hemi-dimorphic fronds,two forms of sterile pinnae,short-stalked sori and sporangia on fertile fronds,annulus of sporangium composed of about 30 cells,in situ rounded triangular spores with protruded suture,and the lips of trilete laesura encircled by one or two rows of small ostioles.Based on these observations,we emended the diagnosis of this common species.The spatio-temporal distribution of Coniopteris simplex shows that the iconic species was restricted to the paleolatitudes ranging from 19.5°N to 48.9°N in the Northern Hemisphere during the Early—Late Jurassic,mainly distributed in the tropical to paratropical zones,and the paleolongitude ranging from 9.6°E to 129.3°E,which may be limited by the opening of the Viking Corridor and the splitting of the Central Atlantic Ocean.

Effective adjuvants mimic the presence of pathogens by recognizing pattern recognition receptors（PRR） to expand immune response. Toll-like receptors（TLRs） are especially well studied PRR, while promising, the expression profile is restricted. RIG-I-like receptors（RLRs） is another important PRR for activating antiviral innate immunity, which is present in the cytosol of basically all cell types. After recognition its ligand 5’triphosphate RNA（3 pRNA）, it induced type I IFN production and robust CTL responses. TLR and RIG-1 both involved in viral nucleic acid recognition, furthermore, cross-modulated signals downstream of them tunes the outcome of host immune responses. In this study, we used the classical adjuvant aluminum hydroxide as the core, to load the acidified ovalbumin（AO） antigen and the two adjuvants CpG and 3 pRNA through charge adsorption to explore their synergistic adjuvant effects. The obtained AO loaded nanoparticles have an average size of 150 nm, with a negative surface charge. These characteristics would promote efficient vehicles transfer from the interstitium to lymph nodes after injection. Upon reaching the lymph nodes, antigen presenting cells（APCs） efficiently internalizes AO NPs, followed by activation of APCs and crosspresentation of antigen, resulting in powerful humoral and cellular immune responses. Inspiringly, adjuvant combination strategy could significantly suppress tumor growth and prolong survival. These results highlight the potential of combination of 3 pRNA and CpG, which could achieve synergistic adjuvant effects to AO nanoparticles and provided a paradigm for the design of vaccine.

Our study aimed to develop a self-assembled nanomicelle for oral administration of nimodipine(NIM) with poor water solubility. The NIM-loaded self-assembled nanomicelles were prepared according to the one-step self-assembled technique. Briefly, NIM and Solutol HS15 were added in the flask by gently stirring at 60°C for 30 minutes. Using Solutol HS15, the NIM loaded self-assembled nanomicelles displayed a near spherical morphology with a narrow size distribution of 12.57 ± 0.21 nm(PDI = 0.071 ± 0.011). Compared with Nimotop(NIM tablets), the intestinal absorption of NIM from NIM nanomicelle in rats was improved by 3.13-and 2.25-fold in duodenum and jejunum at 1 h after oral administration. The cellular transport of NIM nanomicelle in Caco-2 cell monolayers was significantly enhanced compared to Nimotop?. Regarding the transport pathways, clathrin, lipid raft/caveolae and macropinocytosis mediated the cell uptake of NIM nanomicelles, while P-glycoprotein and endoplasmic reticulum/Golgi complex(ER/Golgi) pathways were involved in the exocytosis. Pharmacokinetic study showed that the AUC of NIM nanomicelles was 3.72-fold that of Nimotop? via oral administration in rats. Moreover, the NIM concentration in brain from NIM nanomicelle was dramatically improved. Therefore, Solutol HS15 based self-assembled nanomicelles represent a promising delivery system to enhance the oral bioavailability of NIM.

To enable insulin as multi-drug carrier, we designed and synthesized dendritic linker molecule bearing three 5-fluorouracil residues at the branch ends. The new conjugate showed excellent water solubility. The stabilities under different conditions were investigated. The results showed that the conjugate was a potential prodrug to release free 5-Fu.

In this paper, we present an energy calibration method based on steep Compton edges of the laser Compton scattered(LCS) photon energy spectra. It performs consecutive energy calibration in the neighborhood of certain energy, hence improves calibration precision in the energy region. It can also achieve direct calibration at high energy region(several MeV) where detectors can only be calibrated by extrapolation in conventional methods.These make it suitable for detectors that need wide-range energy calibration with high precision. The effects of systematic uncertainties on accuracy of this calibration method are studied by simulation, using the design parameters of a LCS device—SINAP Ⅲ. The results show that the SINAP Ⅲ device is able to perform energy calibration work over the energy region of 25–740 keV. The precision of calibration is better than 1.6% from 25 to 300 keV and is better than 0.5% from 300 to 740 keV.
