Efficient desorption and reuse of collector from the flotation concentrate: A case study of scheelite

Flotation is the most common method to obtain concentrate through the selective adsorption of collectors on target minerals to make them hydrophobic and floatable. In the hydrometallurgy of concentrate, collectors adsorbed on concentrate can damage ion-exchange resin and increase the chemical oxygen demand (COD) value of wastewater. In this work, we proposed a new scheme, i.e., desorbing the collectors from concentrate in ore dressing plant and reusing them in flotation flowsheet. Lead nitrate and benzohydroxamic acid (Pb-BHA) complex is a common collector in scheelite flotation. In this study, different physical (stirring or ultrasonic waves) and chemical (strong acid or alkali environment) methods for facilitating the desorption of Pb-BHA collector from scheelite concentrate were explored. Single-mineral desorption tests showed that under the condition of pulp pH 13 and ultrasonic treatment for 15 min, the highest desorption rates of Pb and BHA from the scheelite concentrate were 90.48% and 63.75%, respectively. Run-of-mine ore flotation tests revealed that the reuse of desorbed Pb and BHA reduced the collector dosage by 30% for BHA and 25% for Pb. The strong alkali environment broke the chemical bonds between Pb and BHA. The cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves effectively reduced the interaction intensity between Pb-BHA collector and scheelite surfaces. This method combining ultrasonic waves and strong alkali environment can effectively desorb the collectors from concentrate and provide “clean” scheelite concentrate for metallurgic plants; the reuse of desorbed collector in flotation flowsheet can reduce reagent cost for ore dressing plants.

目的探讨硬性巩膜接触镜在矫正屈光不正方面的安全性。方法前瞻性研究,选取96例(192眼)近视患者(度数-20.00~0 D,散光度数0~3.50 D)为研究对象,分为试验组(配戴硬性巩膜接触镜)和对照组[配戴硬性角膜接触镜(RGP)],每组48例,分别于戴镜前、戴镜当天、戴镜后1周、戴镜后1个月及戴镜后3个月时检测并比较两组患者眼部相关参数指标[最佳矫正视力、角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比率、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、眼压、角膜荧光素染色评分、结膜充血及睫状充血评分],观察是否出现眼部异常改变。结果戴镜前至戴镜3个月期间,两组患者最佳矫正视力均≥1.00;戴镜后3个月时,与戴镜前比较,试验组患者角膜内皮细胞密度轻微下降,六角形细胞比率轻微上升,但差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05);戴镜前及戴镜后3个月时,试验组角膜内皮细胞密度及六角形比率均较对照组稍高,但差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。戴镜前、戴镜当天、戴镜后1周、戴镜后1个月及戴镜后3个月时,试验组与对照组患者BUT比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。戴镜前、戴镜当天、戴镜后1周、戴镜后1个月及戴镜后3个月试验组与对照组患者眼压比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。戴镜前及戴镜后3个月时,两组患者角膜荧光染色评级、结膜充血及睫状充血评级比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。戴镜后3个月时,试验组患者均未出现结膜及角膜水肿等异常改变。结论硬性巩膜接触镜与RGP具有一致的安全性与矫正屈光不正的有效性,值得推广及应用。

目的本研究通过对无视网膜疾病的健康人使用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳前后相干光层析血管成像术(OCTA)定量参数进行对比分析,探讨散瞳药物对健康人视网膜微循环的影响。方法横断面研究。2021年12月至2022年3月在我院收集无视网膜疾病的健康受试者39例。所有受试者使用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳,分别于散瞳前及瞳孔充分散大后采用OCTA仪进行黄斑区及视盘区Angiography 6 mm×6 mm模式扫描,测量黄斑区浅层毛细血管丛血流密度(SVD)、深层毛细血管丛血流密度(DVD)、黄斑中心凹无血管区(FAZ)面积、FAZ旁300μm内血流密度(FD-300)、FAZ周长(PERIM)、圆度指数(CI)以及视盘旁视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)平均血流密度。使用配对样本t检验比较散瞳前后测得的OCTA参数。结果本研究共纳入受试者共39例,其中男性受试者25例,女性受试者14例,年龄(26.21±1.47)岁(20~35岁)。OCTA检查结果显示复方托吡卡胺散瞳前后黄斑区SVD、DVD、FAZ面积、FD-300、PERIM、CI指数以及视盘旁RNFL平均血流密度差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论复方托吡卡胺对无视网膜疾病的健康人黄斑区SVD、DVD、FAZ面积、FD-300、PERIM、CI指数以及视盘旁RNFL平均血流密度无明显影响。

目的:研究单眼屈光参差性弱视患者对一阶光栅锐度和二阶纹理敏感度的感知能力。方法:收集2018-01/2022-12于我院确诊的单眼屈光参差性弱视儿童715例715眼作为弱视组,另选取矫正视力正常儿童745例745眼作为正常对照组。分别检测最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、一阶光栅锐度和(或)二阶纹理敏感度,并分析不同程度弱视患者对一阶光栅锐度和二阶纹理敏感度的感知能力。结果:弱视组与正常对照组一阶光栅锐度(11.58±6.10 vs 20.27±3.47,P<0.001)、二阶纹理敏感度(0.33±0.16 vs 0.12±0.04,P<0.001)均有明显差异,且轻中度弱视患者与重度弱视患者一阶光栅锐度(12.10±6.23 vs 8.13±3.70,P<0.001)和二阶纹理敏感度(0.32±0.16 vs 0.37±0.17,P<0.05)均有明显差异。结论:单眼屈光参差性弱视患者大脑皮层一阶视觉通路和二阶视觉通路均存在不同程度的损伤,重度弱视患者较轻中度弱视患者损伤更为严重。

As 3D acquisition technology develops and 3D sensors become increasingly affordable,large quantities of 3D point cloud data are *** to effectively learn and extract the geometric features from these point clouds has become an urgent problem to be *** point cloud geometric information is hidden in disordered,unstructured points,making point cloud analysis a very challenging *** address this problem,we propose a novel network framework,called Tree Graph Network(TGNet),which can sample,group,and aggregate local geometric ***,we construct a Tree Graph by explicit rules,which consists of curves extending in all directions in point cloud feature space,and then aggregate the features of the graph through a cross-attention *** this way,we incorporate more point cloud geometric structure information into the representation of local geometric features,which makes our network perform *** model performs well on several basic point clouds processing tasks such as classification,segmentation,and normal estimation,demonstrating the effectiveness and superiority of our ***,we provide ablation experiments and visualizations to better understand our network.

目的:评价超声乳化白内障吸除人工晶状体植入术(PEI)联合术中房角镜直视下房角分离术(GSL)及房角切开术(GT)治疗中晚期原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)合并白内障的效果。方法:回顾性病例系列研究方法。收集2021-12-01/2023-03-31在安徽医科大学第二附属医院手术的中晚期PACG合并白内障患者62例65眼,根据手术方式不同分为两组:观察组30例32眼行PEI+GSL+GT,对照组32例33眼行PEI+GSL。评估两组患者术前,术后1 d, 1 wk, 1、3、6 mo眼压、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和抗青光眼药物使用数量。术前和术后6 mo时分别评估视野、杯盘比、前房角开放范围、前房深度、RNFL平均厚度。结果:PEI+GSL+GT组术后6 mo眼压和平均眼压降幅(16.68±2.65、11.12±8.53 mmHg)与PEI+GSL组(18.71±2.51、8.32±4.17 mmHg)有显著差异(P0.05)。术后6 mo两组抗青光眼药物使用数量、BCVA、前房深度、房角关闭范围均较术前改善(均P0.05)。两组术后6 mo的视野平均偏差、杯盘比及RNFL平均厚度较术前均无差异(均P>0.05)。PEI+GSL+GT组手术完全成功率为81%(26/32),手术条件成功率为94%(30/32);PEI+GSL组手术完全成功率为58%(19/33),手术条件成功率为76%(25/33)。两组间手术成功率均有差异(完全成功率χ^(2)=4.275,P=0.039;条件成功率χ^(2)=4.040,P=0.044)。两组患者均未见危及视力的并发症及再次手术。结论:对于中晚期原发性闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者,采用PEI+GSL+GT治疗比PEI+GSL治疗更有效。

Photovoltaic (PV) effects for red bright organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) in which the red light emitted from the dopant 4-(dicyanomethylene)-2-t-butyl-6-(1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTB) have been observed. The OLEDs show organic photovoltaic properties. At the optimum doping concentration, the main eletroluminescence parameters including the maximum brightness and the maximum luminous efficiency under current density of 20 mA/cm2 are 3280 cd/m2 and 1.54 cd/A, respectively. When irradiated by a 365-nm UV-light (4 mW/cm2), the device exhibits the PV parameters of the open-circuit voltage 1.4 V, short-circuit current 2.9 μA/cm2, fill factor 0.22, and power conversion efficiency 0.022%. Effects of every organic layer, especially the doped DCJTB on the PV performance, are also discussed. It is expected that the research for the PV property of the small molecular doping OLEDs will be of benefit for flat panel display technology in the future.

Polyimide composites have been extensively used as motion components under extreme conditions for their thermal stability and special self-lubricating performance. In the present study, Ag–Mo hybrids as lubricant fillers were incorporated into thermosetting polyimide to prepare a new type of tribo-materials (TPI-1) at high temperature. Comprehensive investigations at different temperatures reveal that the newly developed TPI-1 exhibits a better reduction in friction and wear rate below 100 ℃, but all of them increase significantly when the bulk temperature exceeds 250℃. The wear mechanisms demonstrated that sandwich-like tribofilms with different layers were established at different temperatures, which was further verified by characterization of scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Considering the high-performance TPI coupled with Ag–Mo hybrids, we anticipate that further exploration would provide guidance for designing TPI tribo-materials that would be used at high temperatures.
