The templated synthesis of noble metal nanoparticles using biomass,such as proteins and polysaccharides,has generated great interest in recent *** this work,we report on denatured proteins as a novel template for the preparation of water-soluble metal nanoparticles with excellent stability even after high speed centrifugation or storage at room temperature for one *** noble metal nanoparticles including spherical gold and platinum nanoparticles as well as gold nanoflowers are obtained using sodium borohydride or ascorbic acid as the reducing *** particle size can be controlled by the concentration of the *** metal nanoparticles are further used as catalysts for the hydrogenation reaction of p-nitrophenol to ***,spherical gold nanoparticles with an average size of 2 nm show remarkable catalytic performance with a rate constant of 1.026×10^(-2) L s^(-1) mg^(-1).These metal nanoparticles with tunable size and shape have great potential for various applications such as catalysis,energy,sensing,and biomedicine.

The fabrication of Gemcitabine(GEM) prodrug was reported to be an effective method to enhance its pancreatic cancer treatment efficiency. Here, a kind of nanocarbon-based materials, nanodiamond(ND), was selected as the nanocarrier of GEM, owing to its outstanding surface properties and non-cytotoxicity. The polyelectrolytes,polyethyleneimine and polyacrylic acid, were used to self-assemble outside ND surface through electrostatic forces, followed by attachment of polyethylene glycol to address better biocompatibility. GEM was conjugated with an enzyme-sensitive peptide gly-phe-leu-gly to build up the controlled release platform. From characterization results of dynamic laser scattering, zeta potential and transmission electron microscope, the significant improvement of ND stability in physiological condition was proved. Non-cytotoxicity of this functionalized ND carriers and cytotoxicity of the prodrug against Bx PC-3 pancreatic cancer cells were indicated by methylthiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay. In vivo experiments also revealed its superior anticancer effect compared with free GEM treatment. Therefore, the combination of polymer coated NDs with high surface capability and enzymeresponsive intracellular GEM release make it possible to realize higher treatment efficiency on pancreatic tumor therapy.

Influence of Production Factors on the Physico-Chemical Characteristics of Fermented Cassava Dough and Sensory Evaluation of Attieke

Chemical programming of macromolecular structures to instill a set of defined chemical properties designed to behave in a sequential and precise manner is a characteristic vision for creating next generation nanomaterials. In this context, biopolymers such as proteins and nucleic acids provide an attractive platform for the integration of complex chemical design due to their sequence specificity and geometric definition, which allows accurate translation of chemical functionalities to biological activity. We envision that chemically reprogrammed hybrid proteins will bridge the vital link to overcome the limitations of synthetic and biological materials, providing a unique strategy for tailoring precision therapeutics. We are particularly interested in the chemical design of protein-derived hybrid polymers and their supramolecular responsiveness, while summarizing their impact and the advancement in biomedicine. Proteins, in their native form, represent the central framework of all biological processes and are an unrivaled class of macromolecular drugs with immense speci fi *** in its denatured, unfolded form, protein serves as a monodispersed, biodegradable polymer scaffold decorated with functional side chains available for grafting with molecules of interest. We show that supramolecular interactions facilitated by stimulus responsive chemistry can be intricately designed as a powerful tool to customize protein functions,stability, activity profiles, and transportation capabilities. In addition to proteins, nucleic acids as another class of biomacromolecules have proven extraordinarily useful as a construction material for the fabrication of nanoscale systems. Even large sophisticated nanostructures can be readily constructed by modulating the self-folding of DNA molecules, which is known as DNA origami technology. Attieke is an Ivorian semolina which obtained by fermenting, pressing and steaming cassava dough. Attieke production remains a traditional activity carried out by less literate women. However, perceived differences in measurable factors and attieke qualities require an investigation of their influence on the characteristics of the pressed dough and attieke. The aim of this study is to improve the quality of the dough in relation to that of the attieke produced. The experiment was carried out on 4 production factors, namely the type of boiled or braised ferment, the incorporation rate of the ferment between 8 and 10%, the addition of oil from 0.1 to 1% and the fermentation time from 12 to 15 hours applied to the Improved African Cassava (IAC) variety. A complete experiment design of 16 samples of fermented dough and attieke was employed. These samples underwent physic-chemical analyses for the fermented dough and sensory evaluation for the attieke. It was found that, except for titratable acidity, reducing sugar content and ash content, the physico-chemical characteristics of the dough of IAC variety were significantly influenced by all production factors and their interaction. Fermentation time significantly influences 60% of the physico-chemical characteristics of the fermented dough. The type of ferment, the oil addition and the ferment rate have a significant influence at 40% of these characteristics. At the sensory level, color, acidity and grain binding with an explained variance of 34.60% were essential for the appreciation of the attieke samples. Thus, these production factors could be considered for the improvement of the fermented dough and attieke production process.

公立医院薪酬制度改革是我国医药卫生体制改革的重要内容,更是公立医院高质量发展亟待解决的重点和难点问题。通过文献研究和比较分析,梳理我国公立医院薪酬制度改革历程和医务人员薪酬现状,并比较部分发达国家公立医院薪酬体系间的差异;探讨了我国在该领域存在的政府财政投入不足且不均衡、薪酬制度保障薄弱、医务人员薪酬水平偏低、内部差距不合理、绩效考核分配不科学等问题。从加强政府财政投入、落实制度保障、完善绩效考核分配体系、非经济性薪酬补偿、加强信息化支撑5个方面提出对策和建议,为进一步提高改革成效提供参考。

为了揭示双柱墩混凝土梁桥爆破拆除倒塌规律及损伤特征,采用理论分析和试验研究的手段,开展实桥爆破拆除研究,分析爆破拆除过程中主梁倒塌运动规律,建立有限元模型对比分析考虑扭转作用与不考虑扭转作用的逐跨倒塌爆破方案,探究主梁倒塌过程与碰撞损伤机理,并进行参数化分析,研究爆破延时对塌落损伤程度的影响。结果表明:本文提出的爆破延时上下限取值方法切实可行,上限可使塌落全过程可控,下限则可避免塌落振动叠加的不利影响;在爆破拆除逐跨倒塌过程中,主梁与地面会发生多次碰撞,且主梁动能向内能的转换主要发生在前两次碰撞过程中;与无扭转效应的爆破拆除方案相比,考虑扭转效应的方案通过优化墩柱拆除顺序控制主梁触地碰撞姿态,利用塌落冲击对主梁的扭转与剪切作用,提升梁体的碰撞损伤程度与拆除效果;在爆破延时取值范围内,主梁底板的塌落损伤程度会随着延时取值变大而提高。

以拟微球藻藻粉为原料,采用超声辅助碱法提取不溶性膳食纤维(IDF),并对其理化特性进行研究。结果表明:最优提取条件为NaOH浓度1.8 mol/L、提取时间45 min、料液比1∶30(g/mL)、提取温度55℃,在此条件下藻粉IDF得率和纯度分别达到24.98%±0.93%和86.12%±0.25%。藻粉IDF理化指标分析显示,其持水力为(6.65±0.09)g/g、膨胀力为(6.25±0.18)mL/g、持油力为(1.90±0.03)g/g。体外吸附试验结果表明,藻粉IDF对NO_(2)^(-)、葡萄糖、胆固醇、胆酸钠均表现出较强的吸附能力。傅里叶红外光谱分析结果表明,藻粉IDF具有典型的多糖结构。

The non-consumptive effects of predator-induced stress can influence a variety of life-history *** previous studies focused only on short-term effects such as development and reproductive *** studies have showed that long-term predation stress(given during the whole life of the prey)and short-term predation stress(provided during the immature stage of the prey)could generate completely opposite results:the former could decrease lifespan,whereas the later could increase ***,it is still unclear whether the advantage is because of the short duration of exposure or the early stage of life during which exposure was ***,in this study,the prey(Tyrophagus putrescentiae)was exposed to predation stress from the predator(Neoseiulus cucumeris)during different life stages(larva,protonymph,tritonymph,first 5 d of oviposition,the full lifespan or none of the above).The results showed that the predation stress supplied during larval and protonymphal stage delayed development,reduced fecundity and prolonged lifespan of the prey,while the stress given during tritonymphal stage only reduced lifespan slightly and the stress given during the first 5 d of oviposition did not change lifespan but reduced *** study indicated that the effects of predation stress are dependent on prey life stage and the predation stress experienced in the early life stages is important to lifespan modulation.
