DEAD-box helicase 17(DDX17)is a typical member.of the DEAD-box family with tr.nscr.ptional cofactor.*** DDX17 is abundantly expr.ssed in the myocar.ium,its r.le in hear. is not fully *** gener.ted car.iomyocyte-specific Ddx17-knockout mice(Ddx17-cKO),car.iomyocyte-specific Ddx17 tr.nsgenic mice(Ddx17-Tg),and var.ous models of car.iomyocyte injur. and hear. failur.(HF).DDX17 is downr.gulated in the myocar.ium of mouse models of hear. failur. and car.iomyocyte ***-specific knockout of Ddx17 pr.motes autophagic flux blockage and car.iomyocyte apoptosis,leading to pr.gr.ssive car.iac dysfunction,maladaptive r.modeling and pr.gr.ssion to hear. *** of DDX17 expr.ssion in car.iomyocytes pr.tects car.iac function under.pathological *** studies showed that DDX17 can bind to the tr.nscr.ptional r.pr.ssor.B-cell lymphoma 6(BCL6)and inhibit the expr.ssion of dynamin-r.lated pr.tein 1(Dr.1).When DDX17 expr.ssion is r.duced,tr.nscr.ptional r.pr.ssion of BCL6 is attenuated,leading to incr.ased Dr.1 expr.ssion and mitochondr.al fission,which in tur. leads to impair.d mitochondr.al homeostasis and hear. *** also investigated the cor.elation of DDX17 expr.ssion with car.iac function and Dr.1 expr.ssion in myocar.ial biopsy samples fr.m patients with hear. *** findings suggest that DDX17 pr.tects car.iac function by pr.moting mitochondr.al homeostasis thr.ugh the BCL6-Dr.1 pathway in hear. failur..

本文证明了Ｒｎ上奇异积分乘积之有限和的多线性算子是从ＨＫｑ１α１，ｐ１（Ｒｎ）×… ×ＨＫｑｋαｋ，ｐｋ（Ｒｎ）到ＨＫｑα，ｐ（Ｒｎ）有界的，如果它满足由目标空间所确定的直到一定阶的消失矩条件．这些多线性算子所满足的消失矩条件，当αｊ≥０时也是必要的．而且，这里所考虑的奇异积分包括Ｃａｌｄｅｒｏｎ－Ｚｙｇｍｕｎｄ奇异积分及任意阶的分数次积分．
