Effect of electrokinetic property membrane on bovine serum of charged polyether sulfone albumin fouling behavior

Negatively charged carboxymethylated polyethersulfone （CMPES） and positively charged quater- nized polyethersulfone （QAPES） ultrafiltration （UF） membranes were prepared by bulk chemical modification and non-solvent induced phase separation method. The effects of PES membrane interracial electrokinetic property on the bovine serum albumin （BSA） membrane fouling behavior were studied with the aid of the membrane-modified colloidal atomic force microscopy （AFM） probe. Electrokinetic test results indicated that the streaming potential （AE） of QAPES membrane was not consistent with its expected 1EC value, however, within the pH range of 3-10, the ζpotentials of two charged-modified PES membranes were more stable than the unmodified membrane. When pH value was 3, 4.7 or 9, the interaction behavior between charged PES membrane and BSA showed that there was significant linear correlation between the jump distance ro ofmembrane-BSA adhesion force （F/R） and the ~＂ potential absolute value. Charged modification significantly reduced the adhesion of PES membrane-BSA, and the adhesion data was good linear correlated with the flux decline rate in BSA filtration process, especially reflected in the CMPES membrane. The above experimental facts proved that the charged membrane interracial electric double layer structure and its electrokinetic property had strong ties with the protein membrane fouling behavior.

A series of functional mesoporous silica nanoparticles（MSNs） was synthesized by a one-step simple synthesis approach involving co-condensation of tetraethoxysilane（TEOS） and salicylaldimine ligand（Sal-Si） in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium chloride（CTAC） under basic conditions.The target MSNs with different sizes （50,100 and 200 nm,respectively） were obtained.Furthermore,the Ca^2＋ cations were also introduced into MSNs.The prepared nanoparticles were characterized by means of infrared（IR） spectra,thermogravimetric analysis（TGA）,inductively coupled plasma（ICP）,CHN elemental analysis,nitrogen adsorption-desorption,scanning electron microscope（SEM） and transmission electron microscope（TEM）.Ibuprofen（IBU） which contains carboxyl groups was selected as a model drug.The results of drug loading and release reveal that the loading capacities and release behaviors of the model drug are highly dependent on the Ca^2＋ cations in MSNs.The release of IBU from the MSNs functionalized by Ca^2＋ cations is found to be effectively controlled when compared to the release from the MSNs without the functionalization of Ca^2＋ cations,which is due to the ionic interaction between carboxyl groups in IBU and Ca^2＋ cations in MSNs.

Formation mechanism of high-quality reservoirs of Lower Cretaceous volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks in Songliao Basin

High abundance gas reservoirs were discovered in the volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks of Wangfu faulted depression in Songliao Basin,but the distribution pattern and formation mechanism of this type of high-quality reservoirs were not clear.In the Shahezi Formation of Well Block CS6 in Wangfu faulted depression,the void space type,reservoir property,pore throat and pore diameters were studied by means of the casting thin section,helium intrusion porosimetry,mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP)and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)methods,moreover,formation mechanism and main controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs were discussed.Results showed that lithology of high-quality reservoirs consisted of the volcaniclastic sedimentary agglomerate and the volcaniclastic sedimentary breccia,and exhibited the coarsening-upward characteristics.Furthermore,three types(seven subtypes)of void spaces were identified,among which the intragranular vesicles with primary abundant pores were uniquely developed in the high-quality reservoirs of volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks,indicating this high-quality reservoir belonged to the large-pore and small-throat reservoir;porosity and permeability of volcaniclastic sedimentary agglomerate were slightly higher than those of volcaniclastic sedimentary breccia,and both were significantly higher than those of sedimentary rock in the Shahezi Formation,the porosity was closely related with the burial depth.Formation mechanisms of reservoirs in the volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks were release of volatile matters in parent rocks,grain support,dissolution and tectonic modification,among which the former two were the main controlling factors.The high-quality reservoirs over the study area were mainly distributed in the central part of the fan of volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks,among which the grain-supported,coarse-grained volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks with high content of intragranular vesicular detritus and burial depth less than 3000 m were the most favorable area for development of

In this paper,we introduce new subclasses Sm,j,l p,q,λ [A,B;γ] and Hm,j,l p,q,λ(α,β) of certain p-valent analytic functions defined by a generalized diferential operator.Majorization properties for functions belonging to the classes Sm,j,l p,q,λ [A,B;γ] and Hm,j,l p,q,λ(α,β) are investigated.Also,we point out some new or known consequences of our main results.

Let SH be the class of functions f = h + ˉg that are harmonic univalent and sensepreserving in the open unit disk U = {z ∈ C : |z| < 1} for which f(0) = f′(0)-1 = 0. In the present paper, we introduce some new subclasses of SH consisting of univalent and sensepreserving functions defined by convolution and subordination. Sufficient coefficient conditions,distortion bounds, extreme points and convolution properties for functions of these classes are obtained. Also, we discuss the radii of starlikeness and convexity.

在国土资源监测、森林资源调查等多个领域中,基于遥感影像的分类技术受到了广泛应用。在利用传统分类器对地表覆盖分类提取中,地形效应是制约分类精度提升的一种因素,其影响可通过适当的校正模型减弱,且已证明地形校正能够对分类精度的提升起到积极作用。相比于传统分类器,基于深度学习理论的深度神经网络分类器具有深层特征学习和表达的优势,在图像分类领域兴起并逐渐用于土地覆盖分类且取得了不错的精度提升。本文初步探究了地形校正在利用深度神经网络分类器U-Net进行地表覆盖分类时对分类精度的影响情况。以Landsat 8 OLI 30 m影像为数据源,结合GDEM_V230 m地形数据,在GlobeLand 30和全国30 m森林分类结果的基础上,利用U-Net深度神经网络分类器实现了山区地表覆盖分类提取,并就不同训练样本获取方式及不同精细程度分类体系下地形校正前后的分类精度做了对比分析。分类结果表明:(1)规则网格裁切和坡向辅助裁切这两种训练样本获取方式下,地形校正后的分类精度较校正前不变或有极小幅度的降低,降低范围在0.9%—1.39%;(2)在对更精细的森林类型分类中,地形校正后的分类精度较校正前下降了1.66%。本文初步探究得到:在规则网格裁切和坡向辅助裁切这两种训练样本获取方式及不同精细程度的分类体系下,地形校正均未能提高U-Net深度神经网络分类器的分类精度。

The application of titanium alloys in aerospace put forward the requirement for higher strength.Additive manu-facturing is a promising method for the efficient and economical processing of titanium alloys.However,research on the additive manufacturing of ultrahigh-strength titanium alloys is still limited.The mechanisms of microseg-regation for high alloying elements and poor plasticity are still not clear.In this study,an ultrahigh-strength titanium alloy Ti-4.5Al-5Mo-5V-6Cr-1Nb(TB18)was prepared using two methods:laser direct energy deposi-tion(LDED)and forging.The LDEDed alloy contains three zones with similar grain morphologies but different microstructure.The microsegregation of the alloy is limited due to the rapid solidification and almost eliminated after the thermal cycle and solution treatment.With stress relief treatment,the LDEDed alloy exhibits anisotropic mechanical properties.After solution and aging treatments,its ultimate strength is enhanced;however,its plas-ticity is relatively lower than that of the wrought alloy with equally high strength.The excellent balance of the strength and plasticity of the wrought alloy can be ascribed to the formation of𝛼WGB and multiscale𝛼laths,which provides enlightenment for optimizing the properties of the LDEDed alloy.
