Site-testing is crucial for achieving the goal of scientific research and analysis of meteorological and optical observing conditions,one of the associated basic *** one of three potential sites to host the 12-meter Large Optical/infrared Telescope(LOT),the muztagh-ata site,which is located on the pamir plateau in xinjiang,in west China,began its site-testing task in the spring of *** this paper,we firstly start with an introduction to the site and then present a statistical analysis of the ground-level meteorological properties such as air temperature,barometric pressure,relative humidity,and wind speed and direction,recorded by an automatic weather station with standard meteorological sensors for a two-year *** also show the monitoring results of sky brightness during this period.

In this article,we present a detailed analysis of the statistical properties of seeing for the muztaghata site which is a candidate site for hosting the future Chinese Large Optical/infrared Telescope(LOT)*** measurements were obtained with differential image motion monitors(DImms)from April2017 to November 2018 at different heights during different *** median seeings at 11 m and6 m are very close but significantly different from that on the *** mainly analyzed the seeing at11 m monthly and hourly,having found that the best season for observing was from late autumn to early winter and seeing tended to improve during the night only in *** analysis of the dependence on temperature inversion,wind speed and direction also was made and the best meteorological conditions for seeing are given.

The Large Optical/infrared Telescope(LOT)is a ground-based 12 m diameter optical/infrared telescope which is proposed to be built in the western part of China in the next *** on satellite remote sensing data,along with geographical,logistical and political considerations,three candidate sites were chosen for ground-based astronomical performance *** sites include:Ali in Tibet,Daocheng in Sichuan and muztagh-ata in *** until now,all three sites have continuously collected data for two *** this paper,we will introduce this site testing campaign,and present its monitoring results obtained during the period between march 2017 and march 2019.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of gECAm,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CpU of the gECAm Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the global Short message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXmT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QpOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXmT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QpO *** QpO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of gRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QpO frequency and QpO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QpOs is non-thermal.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,p=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,p=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,p=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(p=0.8502)and serious adverse events(p=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEms)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WgCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETm),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WgCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETm using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,p=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

Nondestructive and noninvasive neutron assays are essential applications of neutron *** resonance transmission analysis(NRTA)is a powerful nondestructive method for investigating the elemental composition of an *** back-streaming neutron line(Back-n)is a newly built time-of-flight facility at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)that provides neutrons in the eV to 300 meV range.A feasibility study of the NRTA method for nuclide identification was conducted at the CSNS Back-n via two test *** results demonstrate that it is feasible to identify different elements and isotopes in samples using the NRTA method at *** study reveals its potential future applications.

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nmCps)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped mCps(B-mCps)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-mCp with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to meV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary mCp and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-mCp was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-mCp gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-mCp for high-energy neutrons.

This paper describes the data release of the LAmOST pilot survey, which includes data reduction, calibration, spectral analysis, data products and data access. The accuracy of the released data and the information about the FITS headers of spectra are also introduced. The released data set includes 319 000 spectra and a catalog of these objects.
