Finding sustainable energy resources is essential to face the increasing energy *** are an important part of ancient architecture but are becoming rare in urban *** can control and tune the pedestrian-level wind velocity and thermal *** this study,a numerical investigation is employed to assess the role of trees planted in the windward direction of the building complex on the thermal and pedestrian wind velocity conditions around/inside a pre-education building located in the center of the *** to the previous studies(which considered only outside buildings),this work considers the effects of trees on microclimate change both inside/outside *** of different parameters including the leaf area density and number of trees,number of rows,far-field velocity magnitude,and thermal condition around the main building are *** results show that the flow velocity in the spacing between the first-row buildings is reduced by 30%-40% when the one-row trees with 2 m height are planted 15 m farther than the ***,two rows of trees are more effective in higher velocities and reduce the maximum velocity by about 50%.The investigation shows that trees also could reduce the temperature by about 1℃around the building.

BACKGROUND Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HCH),the most common chronic diseases,has become a topic of global public health *** To investigate the role of rehabilitative nursing interventions in optimizing the postoperative mental status recovery phase and to provide clinical value for future rehabilitation of patients with *** This randomized controlled study included 120 patients with cerebral HCH who were contained to our neurosurgery department between May 2021–May 2023 as the *** participants have randomly sampled and grouped into the observation and control *** observation group received the rehabilitation nursing model,whereas the control group have given conventional *** conscious state of the patients was assessed at 7,14,21,and 30 d *** one month of care,sleep quality,anxiety,and depression were compared between the two *** and family satisfaction were assessed using a nursing care *** The results showed that the state of consciousness scores of the patients in both groups significantly increased(Plity,anxiety state,and depression state of patients were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(Plitation nursing model has a more complete system compared to conventional nursing,which can effectively improve the postoperative quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and improve the efficiency of mental state recovery;however,further analysis and research are needed to provide more scientific evidence.

The use of two-dimensional(2D)layered metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)as self-sacrificial templates has been proven to be a successful method to create high-efficiency Selenium(Se)-containing electrocatalysts for overall water ***,two strategies are then utilized to introduce Se element into the Co–Fe MOF,one being the etching of as-prepared MOF by SeO_(2) solution,and the other,the replacing of SCN−with SeCN−as the construction *** electrochemical activity of the pristine 2D MOF and their calcinated derivatives for catalyzing the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)is evaluated and further *** is found that the effect of introducing Se on improving electrochemical catalytic activity is significant for the HER ***,the calcinated derivative in the replacing method exhibits an overpotential of 235 mV for HER and 270 mV for OER at a current density of 10 mA/*** comparing the two methods of introducing Se element into MOF,similar electrocatalytic activity can be achieved on the their calcinated *** high electrochemical performance of 2D CoFe-MOF derivatives may be resulted from the unique 2D hierarchical porous structure and strong synergistic effect between different components in the material.

Cell-free expression systems have emerged as a versatile and powerful platform for metabolic engineering,biosynthesis and synthetic biology ***,successful examples of the synthesis of complex natural products using this system are still ***,a structurally unique and complex diketopiperazine alkaloid,is a clinically promising antibiotic that selectively inhibits the transcription termination factor ***,we established a modular cell-free expression system with cascade catalysis for the biosynthesis of bicyclomycin from a chemically synthesized *** six cell-free expressed biosynthetic enzymes,including five iron-andα-ketoglutarate-dependent dioxygenases and one cytochrome P450 monooxygenase,were active in converting their substrates to the corresponding *** co-expressed enzymes in the cell-free module were able to complete the related partial *** vitro biosynthesis of bicyclomycin was also achieved by reconstituting the entire biosynthetic pathways(i.e.,six enzymes)using the modular cell-free expression *** study demonstrates that the modular cell-free expression system can be used as a robust and promising platformforthe biosynthesis of complex antibiotics.

基于同种产品的多类试验源寿命数据信息,利用不同数据源间的映射关系,将多源数据迁移至现场数据源中形成混合数据源,以此作为产品可靠性贝叶斯统计分析基础。对于不同应力下加速寿命数据,将其折算至常应力水平下确定参数分布密度函数解析,以此作为产品可靠性贝叶斯统计分析的先验条件。将贝叶斯统计模型与数据迁移模型进行结合,融合多源数据的同时确定其参数估计值,得到产品密度函数解析并完成产品可靠性分析。算例表明:该类模型利用数据源间映射关系可有效实现数据迁移,且能实现加速寿命数据与其他各类数据源的同步融合,融合样本数据后的产品可靠性综合评估比单一寿命数据源的产品可靠性评估更全面、客观。

A 61-kb biosynthetic gene cluster(BGC),which is accountable for the biosynthesis of hibarimicin(HBM)B from Microbispora rosea *** TP-A0121,was heterologously expressed in Streptomyces coelicolor M1154,which generated a trace of the target products but accumulated a large amount of shunt *** on rational analysis of the relevant secondary metabolism,directed engineering of the biosynthetic pathways resulted in the high production of HBM B,as well as new HBM derivates with improved antitumor *** results not only establish a biosynthetic system to effectively synthesize HBMs-a class of the largest and most complex Type-Ⅱpolyketides,with a unique pseudo-dimeric structure-but also set the stage for further engineering and deep investigation of this complex biosynthetic pathway toward potent anticancer drugs.
