Mammograms are the mainstay of diagnostic breast imaging and cancer screening. Despite advances in technology such as Full Field Digital Mammography (FFDM) and Digital Breast Tomosynthesis (DBT), these imaging techniques are purely structural, and are unable to overcome shortcomings in mammography posed by dense breast parenchyma. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is the most sensitive modality in breast imaging, due to its functional aspects in addition to structural imaging with this modality. The use of MRI is however constrained by cost and availability. The utilization of intravenous contrast with mammograms introduces a functional element to imaging. This greatly improves the sensitivity of the examination, approaching sensitivity levels of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in the detection of primary breast cancer. With increased sensitivity afforded by assessment of tumor neo-vascularity, as well as its low cost, low energy imaging that is more readily available than MRI, Contrast-Enhanced Mammography (CEM) if more readily available than MRI, this imaging modality is a potential game

BACKGROUND There are concerns that tamoxifen is less effective in Asian women because of the high prevalence of impaired function cytochrome P4502D6(CYP2D6)*** To evaluate how knowledge of CYP2D6 genotype impacted the choice of hormonal agent and how CYP2D6 genotype and agent were associated with clinical *** Eighty-two women were ***-eight completed CYP2D6 genotyping and were categorized into poor,intermediate(IM)and extensive or ultra metabolizer *** with poor metabolizer and IM phenotypes were recommended aromatase inhibitors as the preferred *** More than 70%of the women had an IM phenotype,32%an extensive or ultra metabolizer phenotype,and 0%had a poor metabolizer *** of genotype,more women opted for aromatase ***,80%of women completed 5 years of hormonal *** women developed recurrence,3 contralateral breast cancer,5 died,and 1 was diagnosed with a second primary ***-year recurrence-free and overall survival were slightly better in women with the extensive or ultra metabolizer phenotype compared to those with the IM phenotype,though not statistically significant[P=0.743,hazard ratio(HR):1.441,95%confidence interval(CI):0.191 to 10.17 and P=0.798,HR:1.327,95%CI:0.172 to 9.915,respectively].Women receiving aromatase inhibitors also appeared to have a better,but also nonsignificant,5-year recurrence-free and overall survival(P=0.253,HR:0.368,95%CI:0.031 to 0.258 and P=0.292,HR:0.252,95%CI:0.005 to 4.951,respectively).CONCLUSION The IM phenotype was highly prevalent but was not associated with clinical outcome.

Study and Implementation of a New SQL-Based ETL Approach

This paper analyzes the main characteristics, benefits, and disadvantages of existing traditional ETL （extraction, transformation, loading） methods, and summaries some factors affecting the performance of ETL tools. Then, a new ETL approach, E-LT （extraction, loading and transformation）, is proposed. The E-LT approach applies database mapping technique to realize that loading stage and transformation stage in the ETL process are performed at the same time after the extraction stage. Thus, it can use SQL commands to complete loading and transformation processing, and eliminates the staging area before loading in traditional ETL process. The framework of an ETL engine based on E-LT method is presented. The ETL process including initial loading and incremental refreshment is discussed in detail, and the SQL-based algorithm for initial loading is presented. The performance of E-LT method on loading throughout outperforms some commercial ETL approaches by experimental proof and theoretical analysis. At last, a real case in marine data warehousing of the E-LT method is discussed for illustrating the validity of the proposed method.

Efficient Diode-Pumped Passively Q-Switched Nd-GdVO4 Lasers

An efficient diode-pumped Nd:GdVO4 laser passively Q-switched by a Cr^4+:YAG has been developed as a saturable absorber. A KTP crystal is used for the extra-cavity second-harmonic generation and a BBO crystal for the sum frequency mixing. The green output power is 172 mW at incident pump power of 8 W. The ultraviolet (UV) output power is measured to be 20 mW at the same pump power. The peak power of the UV laser is 143 W with the pulse repetition rate of 14 kHz and pulse width of 10 ns.

China still use sketch maps as control devices that guarantees consistency and accuracy of population counting in previous *** the rapid advancement of geospatial technologies provides many possible solutions of digital census mapping,existing researches do not answer which solution is suitable to *** to many constraints originated from characteristics of China,a practical solution of census mapping based on remote sensing imagery and auxiliary geographic information was proposed and proved to be feasible through evaluation analysis and a three-stage pilot *** with 2.5 meters and higher resolution,innovative workflow of census areas delineation,easy-to-use census mapping software packages and training organization all together provide the all-around supports for the 2010 rounded census (the 6th census) mapping activities.A digital census geographic framework detailed at the level of enumeration area was established in the 2010 rounded census which fills in the gaps in the field of modern geospatial census in *** spatially referenced digital census database,especially the detailed census units,is of great value in successive census,sampling survey and many other census-related *** work including quality evaluation of census areas,census mapping solution in the Tibet Autonomous Region are also discussed.

Unveiling structural features and mechanical properties of amorphous Si_(2)BC_(3)N by density functional theory

The atomic structural features and the mechanical properties of the Si_(2)BC_(3)N are investigated employ-ing ab-initio *** chemical bonding types and their proportion are *** tetrahedral and trigonal configurations,together with their nesting,are identified,which contribute to the flexibil-ity of structural *** Si-related coordination aggravates the inhomogeneous distribution of chemical bonding and weakens the tetrahedral *** accompanying polyhedral distortion is quanti-tatively reflected by the bond length and its deviation of polyhedron *** elastic moduli and the ideal strengths of Si_(2)BC_(3)N are found to be lower than SiC and Si_(3)N_(4),as a result of the weakening effect of coordination Si on tetrahedral units and the existence of easily distorted *** balance between tetrahedral and trigonal features through composition tailor is believed an effective way for the design of Si-B-C-N ceramics for structural applications.

龙门山位于青藏高原东边缘，地形陡变，剥蚀作用强烈。近年来先后经历了2008年汶川Ms7．9地震和2013年芦山Ms7．0地震，多位学者对龙门山地区做了大量的低温热年代学研究。文中在研究程度相对薄弱的龙门山南段补充了4个锆石裂变径迹年龄和4个磷灰石裂变径迹年龄，结合前人的低温热年代学数据结果得出，宝兴杂岩从新生代早期开始快速冷却，降温幅度超过225℃，而龙门山中段的彭灌杂岩降温幅度为185～225℃。宝兴杂岩的4个裂变径迹年龄分布在2．7～5Ma，相对彭灌杂岩较年轻，表明晚新生代以来宝兴杂岩的冷却速率要高于彭灌杂岩。在地表温度为15Z和古地温梯度为30℃／km的假设下，宝兴杂岩距今3～5Ma以来的平均剥露速率为0．63～1．17mm／a。低温热年代学数据揭示出龙门山中段的差异剥蚀集中在北川一映秀断裂和江油一灌县断裂上，而南段的差异剥蚀分散在更宽范围内的双石一大川断裂（南、北2个分支）及其东侧的断层和褶皱。
