Background:Th. increasing occurrence of diabetes mellitus(DM)noted worldwide h.s considerably elicited concern in th. recent *** is associated with.elevated vascular complications,morbidity,mortality,and poor quality of *** th.s context,mesench.mal stem cells(MSCs)h.ve sh.wn significant th.rapeutic potentialities in managing and curing type 1 DM owing to th.ir self-renewable,immunosuppressive,and differentiation *** investigated th. potential action of N,N′-diph.nyl-1,4-ph.nylenediamine(DPPD),a well-known synth.tic antioxidant to enh.nce th. th.rapeutic ability of th. adipose-derived stem cells(AD-MSCs)in alleviating kidney and liver complications in diabetic ***:Over th. four weeks of experiments,albino male rats(n=36)were split into six test groups:control,DPPD(250 mg/kg,i.p.),STZ-diabetic(D),D+DPPD,D+AD-MSCs(1×10^(6)cell/rat,i.v.),and D+AD-MSCs+DPPD treated ***:Significant declines in th. renal and h.patic oxidative stress markers(MDA,ROS,and AGEs)were observed coupled with.a significant elevation in many antioxidant marker levels(GSh.SOD,CAT,GPx,h.-1,and TAC)in th. diabetic rats treated with.eith.r DPPD or AD-MSCs or th.ir co-administered injection compared to th. diabetic untreated *** was suggested to be th. leading cause of amelioration of th. kidney functions(as measured by urea,uric acid,and creatine levels)and liver functions(as evidenced by th. levels of AST,ALT,ALP,bilirubin,total proteins,albumin,and globulins).Conclusion:DPPD and AD-MSCs co-administration sh.wed superior results in terms of th. enh.ncement of th. relative h.pato-renal function,indicating th. beneficial role of DPPD supplementation in increasing th. th.rapeutic potential of AD-MSCs.

Effect of Conductive Fillers on th. Cyclic Stress-Strain and Nano-Scale Free Volume Properties of Silicone Rubber

Th. effect of carbon black （CB） and graph.te （G） powders on th. macroscopic and nano-scale free volume properties of silicone rubber based on poly（di-meth.lsiloxane）（PDMS） was studied th.ough.th.rmal and cyclic mech.nical measurements, as well as with.positron annih.lation lifetime spectroscopy （PALS）. Th. melting temperature of th. composites （Tm） and th. endoth.rmic enth.lpy of melting （Δh.） were estimated by differential scanning calorimetry （DSC）. Tm and th. degree of crystallinity （χc） of PDMS composites were found to decrease with.increasing th. CB content. Th.s can be explained due to th. increase in ph.sical cross-linking wh.ch.results in a decrease in th. crystallite th.ckness. Besides, χc was found to be dependent on th. filler type. Cyclic stress-strain beh.vior of PDMS loaded with.different contents of filler h.s been studied. Mullins ratio （RM） was found to be dependent on th. filler type and content. It was found th.t, RM increases with.increasing th. filler content due to th. increase in ph.sical cross-linking wh.ch.results in a decrease in th. size of free volume, as observed th.ough.a decrease of th. o-Ps lifetime τ3 measured by PALS. Moreover, th. h.steresis in PDMS-CB composites was more pronounced th.n in PDMS-G composites. Furth.rmore, a correlation was establish.d between th. free volume Vf and th. mech.nical properties of PDMS composites containing different fillers. A negative correlation was observed between Vf and RM.

Radionuclides measurements and mineralogical studies on beach.sands, East Rosetta Estuary, Egypt

Radiometric measurements were carried out for th. beach.sands from East Rosetta estuary to determine th. activity concentrations of 238 U, 226 Ra, 232 Th. and 40 K, using a h.per Pure Germanium spectrometer, to estimate th. dose rates and radiation h.zard indices. Th. average specific activities are 778.20 Bq/kg for 238 U; 646.89 Bq/kg for 226 Ra; 621.92 and 627.85 Bq/kg for th. 222 Rn daugh.ers 214 Pb and 214 Bi respectively. Th. average specific activity of 232 Th.is 1510.25 Bq/kg, wh.le th. calculated specific activity for 40 K h.s an average of 8.41 Bq/kg. Th. average specific activity of 235 U is 38.61 Bq/kg. Th. average absorbed dose rate is 1211.36 nGy/h. 20 times h.gh.r th.n th. estimated average global primordial radiation of 60 nGy/h.and 6 times h.gh.r th.n th.t of th. world range (10-200 nGy/h.. Th. radium equivalent (Ra eq ) values are from 6 to 9 times th. recommended value. Th. internal and external h.zard indices (h.int , h.ex ) indicate th.t th.ir values are from 6 to 11 times th. permissible values of th.se indices. Th.se h.gh.r values may be due to th. presence of economic h.avy minerals containing radionuclides as zircon and monazite as well as some trace minerals, th.rite and uranoth.rite. Th. mineralogical study indicates th. beach.sands contain h.avy minerals, zircon, monazite, rutile, ilmenite, leucoxene, magnetite and garnet. Th. average abundance of zircon is 0.175 wt% ranging from 0.125 wt% to 0.239 wt%, wh.le it is 0.004wt% ranging from 0.001 wt% to 0.007 wt% for monazite. Th. average abundance is 0.087 wt% for rutile; 2.029 wt% for ilmenite; 1.084 wt% for magnetite; 0.384 wt% for leucoxene and 0.295 wt% for garnet.

Traditional security systems are exposed to many various attacks,wh.ch.represents a major ch.llenge for th. spread of th. UNSW-NP15 *** proposed model is compared with.wrapper-based and filter-based Feature Selection(FS)*** proposed model reduced classification time and increased detection accuracy.

Biometric security is a growing trend,as it supports th. auth.ntication of persons using conﬁdential biometric *** of th. transmitted data in multi-media systems are susceptible to attacks,wh.ch.affect th. security of th.se *** systems provide sufﬁcient protection and privacy for *** recently-introduced cancellable biometric recognition systems h.ve not been investigated in th. presence of different types of *** addition,th.y h.ve not been studied on different and large biometric *** point th.t deserves consideration is th. h.rdware implementation of cancellable biometric recognition *** paper presents a suggested h.brid cancellable biometric recognition system based on a 3D ch.otic *** rationale beh.nd th. utilization of th. 3D ch.otic cryptosystem is to guarantee strong encryption of biometric templates,and h.nce enh.nce th. security and privacy of *** suggested cryptosystem adds signiﬁcant permutation and diffusion to th. encrypted biometric *** introduce some sort of attack analysis in th.s paper to prove th. robustness of th. proposed cryptosystem against *** addition,a Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)implementation of th. pro-posed system is *** obtained results with.th. proposed cryptosystem are compared with.th.se of th. traditional encryption sch.mes,such.as Double Random Ph.se Encoding(DRPE)to reveal superiority,and h.nce h.gh.recogni-tion performance of th. proposed cancellable biometric recognition *** obtained results prove th.t th. proposed cryptosystem enh.nces th. security and leads to better efﬁciency of th. cancellable biometric recognition system in th. presence of different types of attacks.

Ph.sical Studies of Some h.drazinobenzoic Acid Complexes

Th. stability constants of complexes of 2-h.drazinobenzoic acid and 4-h.drazinobenzoic acid with.Ni (Ⅱ), Cu (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), Cd (Ⅱ), and h. (Ⅱ) were determined potentiometricaIly at different temperatures. Th. th.rmodynamic parameters, △G0, △h., and △S0 were calculated and proved th.t th. complexation process is spontaneous and endoth.rmic. Th. th.rmodynamic functions were analyzed in terms of electrostatic and non-electrostatic components and th. results reveal th.t ionic bonds are formed between th. studied ligands and metal ions. Conductometric titration was sh.wn th.t th. stoich.ometry of th. formed complexes are M:L and M:2L. Th. structure of th. prepared solid complexes was ch.racterized using IR, 1h.NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopies as well as X-ray diffraction tech.ique. Finally electrical conductivity of th. ligands and th.ir copper complexes was measured and sh.wn th.t th. ligands h.ve a semiconductor beh.viour.

Effects of rotation and magnetic field on th. nonlinear peristaltic flow of a second-order fluid in an asymmetric ch.nnel th.ough.a porous medium

In th.s paper, th. effects of both.rotation and magnetic field of th. peristaltic transport of a second-order fluid th.ough.a porous medium in a ch.nnel are studied analytically and computed numerically. Th. material is represented by th. constitutive equations for a second-order fluid. Closed-form solutions under th. consideration of long wavelength.and low Reynolds number is presented. Th. analytical expressions for th. pressure gradient, pressure rise, friction force, stream function, sh.ar stress, and velocity are obtained in th. ph.sical domain. Th. effects of th. non-dimensional wave amplitude, porosity, magnetic field, rotation, and th. dimensionless time-mean flow in th. wave frame are analyzed th.oretically and computed numerically. Numerical results are given and illustrated graph.cally in each.case considered. Comparison was made with.th. results obtained in th. presence and absence of rotation, magnetic field, and porosity. Th. results indicate th.t th. effects of th. non-dimensional wave amplitude, porosity, magnetic field, rotation, and th. dimensionless time-mean flow are very pronounced in th. ph.nomena.

Logistic map is developed to increase th. space of th. encryption key,and h.nce increase th. *** key of th. encryption algorith. dependents on th. plain image,and th.s,th. ciph.r image is sensitive to both.th. initial key and th. plain image to resist known-plaintext and ch.sen plaintext *** key space is large and h.nce th. algorith. can effectively resist brute-force *** proposed sch.me is examined using different performance evaluation metrics and th. results prove th.t th. proposed sch.me is h.gh.y secure,and it can effectively resist different attacks.

Assessment of coal gasification in a pressurized fixed bed gasifier using an ASPEN plus and Euler–Euler model
