Biochemical Liver Functions and molecular Identification of Fasciola hepatica from Experimentally Infected Rat model

The current study was performed to evaluate the liver function status as well as molecular characterization of the recovered worms in rats experimentally infected with F. hepatica. Sixteen male Wister rats aged 30 days were randomly allocated into two groups (n = 8). The first group was infected orally with 15 viable encysted metacercaria of F. hepatica per animal. The other group was kept non-infected (control group). At zero time (before infection), the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th and 14th weeks post-infection (WPI), blood and serum samples were collected via puncture of retro-orbital plexus of veins from each rat. Serum enzyme level (AST and ALT) and total protein were measured, and the serum protein profile was carried out using agarose gel electrophoresis. During the period of the experiment, serum ALT and AST activities and serum total globulins significantly increased while serum total proteins and albumin markedly decreased in the infected group. On the 14th WPI, the data of the electropherogram showed that globulin fractions (α1-, β- and γ-globulin) levels were significantly increased while α2-globulin was markedly decreased in the infected group. The molecular analysis confirmed the amplification of the ITS1, ITS2 and NDI genes of F. hepatica recovered from the infected liver of rats with amplicon sizes of 630, 510 and 560 bp, respectively. Sequencing of the amplified ITS gene resulted in the determination of 3 strains (PP108836, PP108837, and PP108838). Also, analysis of the ITS2 gene resulted in obtaining 3 isolates under the accession numbers (PP109065, PP109066, and PP109067). In conclusion, fasciolosis in the rat model is suitable for routine experimental infections and caused a pronounced liver dysfunction with discharging of the Fasciola eggs in the faeces and the development of adult stages in the bile ducts. RDF is increasingly being used to encode data for the semantic web and data exchange. There have been a large number of works that address RDF data manage- ment following different approaches. In this paper we pro- vide an overview of these works. This review considers cen- tralized solutions （what are referred to as warehousing ap- proaches）, distributed solutions, and the techniques that have been developed for querying linked data. In each category, further classifications are provided that would assist readers in understanding the identifying characteristics of different approaches.

We obtain the structure of the rings in which every element is either a sum or a difference of a nilpotent and an idempotent that commute. This extends the structure theorems of a commutative weakly nil-clean ring, of an abelian weakly nil-clean ring, and of a strongly nil-clean ring. As applications, this result is used to determine the 2-primal rings R such that the matrix ring mn（R） is weakly nil-clean, and to show that the endomorphism ring EndD（V） over a vector space VD is weakly nil-clean if and only if it is nil-clean or dim（V） = 1 with D Z3.

The formula for the analytical calculations of the shaped charge jetting parameters exhibit an explicit dependence upon the Gurney velocity of an explosive *** attempts have been done to approximate the characteristic constant 2E^(1/2) and to make its use more *** is shown herein that the characteristic Gurney velocity parameter depends on the ratio of the Chapman Jouguet-pressure to explosive impulse ratio by the formula:2E^(1/2)=0.2415(P_(CJ)/I_(SP)ρ_0)-970.76,where PCJis the Chapman Jouguet pressure(Pa),ISPis the specific impulse of the explosive used as a monopropellant(N·s/kg)andρois the explosive density(kg/m^3).The proposed empirical formula was found to be reasonable and quite accurate approximation that can be implemented over a wide range of explosives,where the maximum deviation between the measured and the calculated Gurney velocities was nearly 6%.Besides,the proposed approach has been used analytically to calculate the jet tip velocity of a small caliber shaped charge,which is measured *** difference between the measured and the calculated jet tip velocity was only 1.6%.

Vacuum Stability Test(VST)was used to determine the thermal behavior and kinetic parameters of 1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine(HmX)and its mixture with hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)as a binder coded as HmX/*** fitting and isoconversional method were applied to determine the kinetic parameters based on VST *** comparison,non-isothermal thermogravimetry analysis data(TGA)was also used to calculate the kinetic parameters by using Kissinger,OFW(Ozawa,Flynn,and Wall)and KAS(Kissinger-Akahira-Sunose)*** Kinetics and Technology Solution(AKTS)software was also used to determine the decomposition kinetics of the studied *** Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)was employed to determine the decomposition heat flow properties of the studied *** show that the activation energies obtained using VST results is 360.1kJ/mol for pure HmX and 186.9kJ/mol for HmX/*** activation energies obtained by the three different methods using TGA results are in the range of 360-368kJ/mol for pure HmX and 190-206kJ/mol for HmX/*** is concluded that values of kinetic parameters obtained by VST are close to that obtained by the different techniques using TG/DTG *** onset decomposition peak of HmX/HTPB is lower than that of HmX where the HTPB binder has negative effect on the thermal stability of *** results of all the applied techniques prove that HmX/HTPB has lower activation energy and heat release than the pure *** polymeric matrix has negative effect on the kinetic parameters of HmX.

The greenhouse problem has a significant effect on our communities such as,health and *** dioxide is one of the main gases that cause global ***,CO2 capture techniques have been the focus of attention these *** chemical looping combustion technique adopted the air reactor and fuel reactor to recycle heat *** study presents a numerical and experimental investigation on a fuel reactor in chemical looping combustor(CLC)*** present numerical model is introduced by the kinetic theory of granular flow and coupled with gas–solid flow with chemical reactions to simulate the combustion of solids in the *** k–εturbulent model was used to model the gas phase and the particle *** developed model simplify the prediction of flow patterns,particle velocities,gas velocities,and composition profiles of gas products and the distribution of heterogeneous reaction rates under the same operating *** predicted and experimental results were compared according to the basis of determination coefficient(R2).In addition the results showed that there is a good agreement between the predicted and experimental *** value of(R2)for CO,CO2 and CH4 was 0.959,0.925 and 0.969 *** shows that the present model is a promising simulation for solid particle combustion and gives the power direction for the design and optimization of the CLC systems.
