The conversion of glycerol to acrylic acid was carried out by the one-pot process *** catalyst used in this conversion is Cu-modified HY zeolite synthesized using pro-analytical precursors and alternative precursors from natural resources i.e.,Indonesian natural zeolite and *** crystal structure and physicochemical properties of catalysts were determined by various characterization techniques such as XRD,FTIR,SEM-EDX,TEM,SAA,and TPD-NH_(3).Based on XRD analysis,it shows that HY and CuHY,both from synthetic and alternative precursors,are confirmed to have typical peaks of Y *** mapping images show a uniform distribution of Cu on the HY *** addition,the TEM analysis also shows uniform particle size *** results of catalytic glycerol conversion show that Cu-modified HY catalysts give a higher acrylic acid yield than *** results also show that the highest yield of acrylic acid was obtained in 27.5%and 25.8%at a dehydration time of 3 h using pro-analytical and natural resources CuHY catalyst,*** Cu-modified HY catalysts having weak acid sites show the best catalytic activity in the conversion of glycerol to acrylic acid.

Objectives:Sex education toward adolescent remains the most controversial subject due to the various thoughts and ideas of different values present in *** educators as parents must exemplify sex education to their *** aim of this present study was to explore parents’experience,with nurse educators background to be exact,on how they convey sex education to their ***:This study is a descriptive qualitative study,and the sample is recruited by using the purposive sampling *** qualified participants filled in the informed consent,provided demographic data,and were *** data were obtained at the 6th interview in this *** interview is transcribed to find themes and subthemes using conventional content ***:We derived 3 main themes:parents’approach,sex education topic,and children’s ***’approach contained 4 subthemes,namely,gender match,parent-child closeness,media,and *** education topic included 5 subthemes of bodily autonomy,health and safety,reproductive anatomy,puberty-related changes,and how to maintain ***’s reaction experiences also included 4 subthemes of uncomfortable,questioning,acknowledging,and ***:As a matter of fact,some parents in eastern countries,such as Indonesia,conveyed sex education to their *** might have various reactions to that topic,but it is important to keep them safe,especially in reproductive health,regardless of the culture or *** on nurse educators as exemplifiers,nurses and nursing students might acquire the picture in conveying sex education to adolescents.

Designing Cyclopentapeptide Inhibitor of Neuraminidase H5N1 Virus Through Molecular and Pharmacology Simulations

Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza（HPAI） H5N1 has attracted much attention as a potential pandemic virus in humans, which makes death inevitable in humans. Neuraminidase（NA） has an important role in viral replication. Thus, it is an attractive target when designing anti-influenza virus drug. However, evolving viruses cause some anti-viral drugs to be ineffective, as they show resistance to them. Selection of peptides as drug candidates is important for the peptide-receptor activity and good selectivity. Cyclic bonds in the peptide ligand design aim to improve the stability of the system and remove the obstacles in drug metabolism. The design is based on the polarity of the ligand and amino acid residues in the active site of NA. The results are 4200 cyclic pentapeptides as potential lead compounds. Docking simulations were conducted using MOE 2008.10 and were screened based on the value of the binding energy（？Gbinding）. ADME-Tox prediction assay was conducted on the selected ***- and inter-molecular interactions, as well as changes in the form of bonds, were tested by molecular dynamics simulations at temperatures of 310 K and 312 K. The results of the docking simulations and toxicity prediction assay show that there are two ligands that have a residual interaction with the target protein： CLDRC and CIWRC. These two ligands have ？Gbindingvalues of –40.5854 and –39.9721 kcal/mol（1 kcal/mol = 4.18 k J/mol）. These ligands are prone to be mutagenic and carcinogenic, and they have a good oral bioavailability. The results show that the molecular dynamics of both ligand CLDRC and CIWRC are more feasible at the temperature of 312 K. At the end,both CIWRC and CLDRC ligands can be used as the drug candidates against H5N1 virus.

Objective:To analyze the effects of Ageratum conyzoides *** the monosodium iodoacetate induced osteoarthritis ***:Thin layer chromatography was performed to analyze the constituents of the babandotan extract *** male Sprague-Dawley rats used in this study were divided into 6 groups:normal control and negative control groups,both given0.5%carboxymethyl cellulose;the positive control group that was given glucosamine and chondroitin suspension(486 mg/200 g B.W.);the 3 dose variation extract groups including dose 1,2,and 3 that were given 40,80,and 160 mg/200 g *** on day 29 *** the groups were induced with 0.05 mL monosodium iodoacetate(20 mg/mL)on day1,except normal control induced by *** of edema volume of rat knees was performed on day 0,8,15,22,29,43,and *** data was measured at day 1,29and *** was collected at day 50 to evaluate TNF-α and MMP-9 by *** histopathology was evaluated by staining with H&E and Safranin-o-fast green staining on day ***:The babandotan leaves extract dose 2(80 mg/200 g B.W.)and dose 3(160mg/200 g B.W.)could decrease the edema volume,increase the area and thickness of articular cartilage,and increase proteoglycan ***,dose 3(160 mg/200 g B.W.)of extract babandotan leaves were able to significantly decrease the number of leukocytes,lymphocytes and udem volume,and decrease TNF alpha and MMP-9 ***:Babandotan leaves extract can recover inflammation and cartilages degradation by inhibiting TNF-αin inflammation processes and MMP-9 in the collagenase reaction in the cartilages.

This research focused on the modification of the functional groups of oseltamivir as neuraminidase inhibitor against influenza A virus subtype *** of three of the best ligands were evaluated in the hydrated state using molecular dynamics simulation at two different *** docking result showed that AD3BF2 D ligand（N-[（1S,6R）-5-amino-5-{[（2R,3S,4S）-3,4-dihydroxy-4-（hydroxymethyl） tetrahydrofuran-2-yl]oxy}-4-formylcyclohex-3-en-1-yl]acetamide-3-（1-ethylpropoxy）-1-cyclohexene-1-carboxylate） had better binding energy values than standard ***3BF2 D had several interactions,including hydrogen bonds,with the residues in the catalytic site of neuraminidase as identified by molecular dynamics *** results showed that AD3BF2 D ligand can be used as a good candidate for neuraminidase inhibitor to cope with influenza A virus subtype H1N1.

The threat of cervical cancer is a serious problem for the women’s health. It is already known that the cause of cervical cancer is definitely HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). The drug development is the most reasonable approach for coping with HPV infection. The development of HDACi (Histone Deacetylase inhibitor) is seen as a feasible method for curing the threat of cervical cancer. Rational drug design is our utilized pipeline for drug development. The LigX MOE-based method has been developed to investigate the molecular interaction of HDAC class IIHomo sapienswith the designed lead compound. The method has found that ligands 1c, 2a, and 2c are indeed feasible to be formulated as drug candidates.
