In the pres.nt paper, we es.ablis.ed a traveling wave s.lution by us.ng modified Kudryas.ov method for the s.ace-time fractional nonlinear partial differential equations. The method is.us.d to obtain the exact s.lutions.for different types.of the s.ace-time fractional nonlinear partial differential equations.s.ch as. the s.ace-time fractional coupled equal width wave equation(CEWE) and the s.ace-time fractional coupled modified equal width wave equation(CMEW), which are the important s.liton equations. Both equations.are reduced to ordinary differential equations.by the us. of fractional complex trans.orm and properties.of modified Riemann–Liouville derivative. We plot the exact s.lutions.for thes. equations.at different time levels.

Objective： To s.udy the effect of oral adminis.ration of dimethyl dimethoxy biphenyl dicarboxylate （DDB） on adjus.ing angiogeneic/inflammatory mediators.and ameliorating the pathology of bones.in rats.with collagen-induced arthritis.（CIA）. Methods. Wis.ar rat model of CIA was.s.t up us.ng bovine collagen type H. Fifty rats.were divided into five groups.randomly： normal, CIA model, DDB treatment, methotrexate （MTX） treatment, and combined DDB＋MTX treatment. Ankle joints.of rats.were imaged with digital X-ray machine to s.ow the des.ruction of joints. Fore and hind paw and knee joints.were removed above the ankle joint then proces.ed for haematoxylin and eos.n s.aining. Plas.a levels.of vas.ular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, platelet derived growth factor, interleukin-8 （IL-8）, IL-4, tumor necros.s.factor α （TNF-α）, and cyclooxygenas.-2 （COX-2） were quantified by enzyme-linked immunos.rbent as.ay. Nitric oxide levels.were detected by Gries. reagent. Res.lts. Compared with the CIA model group, a remarkable reduction in various.angiogenic （VEGF and IL-8） and inflammatory mediators.（TNF-α, IL-4 and COX-2） after treatment with DDB either alone or combined with MTX （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. His.opathological and X-ray findings.were confirmatory to the obs.rved DDB anti-arthritic effect. The DDB-treated group s.owed amelioration in s.gns.of arthritis.which appeared es.entially s.milar to normal. Conclus.on： Our data s.ed light on the therapeutic efficacy of DDB in experimental rheumatoid arthritis.（RA） compared with a choice drug （MTX） and it may be offered as.a s.cond-line drug in the treatment of RA.

Fals. color Lands.t ETM＋（bands.7, 4, 2 in RGB） and s.TM images.of the EI-Faiyum depres.ion, Egypt, highlights.major NE-s. faults.and other lineaments.trending NW-s. and N-s. Airborne magnetic data reveal s.me E-W s.bs.rface faults.which are not recognized on Lands.t ETM＋ and s.TM images. Ratio images.（5/7, 3/1, 4/3） and （5/7, 5/1, 4） were us.d for lithological dis.rimination of different rock types. The EI-Faiyum area is.occupied by s.dimentary rocks.of Middle Eocene, Upper Eocene, Oligocene, Lower Miocene, Pliocene, Pleis.ocene and Holocene. Unders.anding the s.ructural regime of EI-Faiyum depres.ion in the Wes.ern Des.rt of Egypt is.s.gnificant in relation to the neotectonics.of the Nile Delta and to the development of new communities.wes. of the delta. The area is.covered by Late Cretaceous. Middle to Late Eocene depos.ts. Oligocene depos.ts.（compris.ng fluviatile s.diments.and bas.lt s.eets. and Pliocene and Quaternary alluvium and s.nd depos.ts. New geological and s.ructural maps.were prepared at a s.ale of 1 ： 100 000 us.ng Lands.t ETM＋ and s.TM images.coupled with extens.ve field work. The major s.ructural trends.are E-W, ENE, Ns.and NW--the s.me trends.obs.rved els.where in North Africa from NW s.dan to NE Egypt including north and central s.nai. EI-Faiyum depres.ion is.a s.ructurally-controlled tectonic bas.n, marked by northeas.-s.riking faults.along its.northern margin. Thes. faults.are parallel to s.milar faults.of the s.rian arc fold belt, which includes.a group of related faults. folds. pus.-up s.ructures. and bas.ns. Qarun Lake is.located in the northern part of EI-Faiyum depres.ion, at a right-s.ep between two s.rands.of the NE s.riking fault s.s.em. The geometric des.gn, es.ecially the horizontal and vertical alignments. of rural two-lane highway facilities.is.cons.dered one of the mos. important factors.affecting the quality of traffic s.rvice and s.fety. A cons.s.ent highway geometric des.gn is.defined to be one that conforms.to the driver＇s.expectations. In order to calculate the main meas.res.of des.gn cons.s.ency, an accurate operating s.eed profile model for road alignment is.needed. s.udies.have s.own that operating s.eed models.are country dependent due to varying demographics. driver attitudes. habits. etc. This.paper develops.a s.eed profile model for two-lane rural roads.in Egypt. This.includes.the development of operating s.eed models.for horizontal curves.and tangents. as.well as.the s.udy of the characteris.ics.and relations.ips.between acceleration and deceleration rates.before and after horizontal curves. The s.udy us.s.a des.rt rural two-lane, two-way road s.ctions.that connect the city of s.hag with the city of Hurghada, in Upper Egypt. All geometric characteris.ics.were obtained from high- way authority. s.eed data regarding individual drivers.traveling on s.lected two-lane rural road s.ctions.were s.mpled us.ng an on-board GPs.s.s.em. The s.udy confirms.the finding in previous.res.arch that curvature is.the mos. important factor in determining the s.eed on horizontal curves. Moreover, tangent length is.the mos. important factor in determining operating s.eeds.at tangents. The acceleration and deceleration characteris.ics.were derived to gain an unders.anding of the behavior of individual vehicles.traveling through curves.of varying radii and lengths.as.well as.preceding tangent length. s.veral operating s.eed models.were developed for tangents.and curves.as.well as.for acceleration and deceleration rates. Incredibly effective, thes. models.can be us.d for des.gn cons.s.ency evaluations.

通行能力预测是公路设施规划、设计与运营中的基础环节.本文基于埃及曼努菲亚省12条农村双车道路段数据,研究了公路线形等几何特征对通行能力的影响以及线形由切线变为平曲线时通行能力的损失.所选取的路段线形包括直线和随后的平曲线.同时,采集了各路段上车流量及速度数据,利用基于基本图的外推法研究流量和密度关系.路段上不同车型的车辆均转换为小客车当量.此外,针对不同情形(切线、平曲线及对应流量损失),分别建立了最佳回归模型.结果表明,切线型道路的关键自变量是路宽、肩宽以及切线长;平曲线道路的关键变量是曲线半径和路宽.通行能力和几何特征关系最佳模型的自变量为曲线半径.本文的模型可用于分析评价农村双车道道路的通行能力,尤其是评价文中所研究路段的通行能力.

Purpos.: There is.a need for a continued effort to develop rapid immunodiagnos.ic as.ays.for tuberculos.s.(TB) infection with greater s.ns.tivity and s.ecificity that can be us.d in the field and in the laboratory and that can be formatted for us. with multiple s.ecies. This.would help to obtain definitive early diagnos.s.of TB. The pres.nt s.udy was.developed to determine the role of us.ng early s.creted antigenic target-6 (Es.T-6) in immunodiagnos.s.of Mycobacterium tuberculos.s. Methods. s.rum s.mples.were obtained from TB infected patients.and normal healthy controls. Two rapid immunodiagnos.ic as.ays.(Enzyme-linked immunos.rbent as.ay (ELIs.) and Immunoblotting) were performed. Res.lts. The s.ns.tivity of immunoblotting as.ay was.100%;however, Es.T-6 antigen was.not able to dis.riminate between patients.and normal controls. Application of direct ELIs. us.ng Es.T-6 antigen yielded 97.6% s.ns.tivity and 75% s.ecificity for the diagnos.s.of TB infection. Conclus.on: In conclus.on, the detection of antibodies.agains. Es.T-6 antigen in the s.ra of TB patients.by direct ELIs. could be us.d as.a preliminary as.ay for diagnos.s.of human M. tuberculos.s.infection. A combination of the ELIs. with either radiological or micros.opic examination is.required to overcome the low s.ecificity of the as.ay for negative res.lts.
