Tra.fic problem is more serious, a. the number of vehicles is growing. Most of the roa. a.cidents were ca.sed by ca.elessness of drivers. To reduce the number of tra.fic a.cidents a.d improve the sa.ety a.d efficiency of tra.fic for ma.y yea.s a.ound the world a.d compa.y studies ha.e been conducted on intelligent tra.sport systems (ITS). Intelligent vehicle, (IV) the system is pa.t of a.system which is designed to a.sist drivers in the perception of a.y da.gerous situa.ions before, to a.oid a.cidents a.ter sensing a.d understa.ding the environment a.ound itself. In this pa.er, it proposes a.chitecture for driver a.sista.ce system ba.ed on ima.e processing technology. To predict possible La.e depa.ture, ca.era.is mounted on the windshield of the ca. to determine the la.out of roa.s a.d determines the position of the vehicle on line La.e. The resulting sequence of ima.es is a.a.yzed a.d processed by the proposed system, which a.toma.ica.ly detects the La.e lines. The results showed of the proposed system to work well in a.va.iety of settings, In a.dition computer response system is inexpensive a.d a.most rea. time.

Speech recognition or speech to text includes ca.turing a.d digitizing the sound wa.es, tra.sforma.ion of ba.ic linguistic units or phonemes, constructing words from phonemes a.d contextua.ly a.a.yzing the words to ensure the correct spelling of words tha. sounds the sa.e. a.proa.h: Studying the possibility of designing a.softwa.e system using one of the techniques of a.tificia. intelligence a.plica.ions neuron networks where this system is a.le to distinguish the sound signa.s a.d neura. networks of irregula. users. Fixed weights a.e tra.ned on those forms first a.d then the system gives the output ma.ch for ea.h of these forma.s a.d high speed. The proposed neura. network study is ba.ed on solutions of speech recognition ta.ks, detecting signa.s using a.gula. modula.ion a.d detection of modula.ed techniques.

To meet a.l the requests, one increa.e of the network is not enough. a. the number of Internet users a.d the va.ious networks a.nex offices in-crea.es with ea.h pa.sing da., network needs a.mea.s of control tha. would ensure the support of both existing a.d new a.plica.ions a.d services. There is still a.need to a.dress a.number of issues before it a.nounces the VoIP a. the ultima.e repla.ement of the tra.itiona. telephone network. Multilevel inverters a.e used in ma.y industria. a.plica.ions beca.se of good power qua.ity, minimum losses a.d less ha.monics contents. Multilevel inverters require no series connected synchronized switching devices, tra.sformer a.d complex filters. In this pa.er 10, 18, 24 diode cla.ped multi-level inverters (DCMLI) a.e implemented using trust region dog leg optimiza.ion method to find the optimized va.ues of switching a.gles (θ). It decrea.es the tota. ha.monic distortion (THD) of the output volta.es a.d to reduce the complexity of externa. filter required. The multi-level inverters a.e implemented in Ma.La. Simula.ion a.d results a.e compa.ed in terms of ha.monics, system complexity a.d efficiency.
