卵清蛋白(OVA),俗称鸡卵清白蛋白,是一种环保、无毒、廉价的表面活性剂。它的分子结构中含有电化学活性巯基。采用循环伏安法、红外光谱和浮选实验研究OVA在黄铁矿表面吸附以作为替代抑制剂。在宽的电位范围内和碱性pH值条件下,研究电化学条件对吸附机制和抑制率的作用。当OVA不存在时,可浮性在弱氧化电位条件下达到极大值。超出此电位范围,可浮性会由于生成Fe的氢氧化物以及亲水类的硫化物而降低。在整个测试电位范围内OVA黄铁矿发生相互作用。OVA的抑制效果随着电位从还原电位、弱氧化电位,到黄铁矿的开路电位逐渐增加,这主要是由于OVA分子弱的构象变化以及开路电位下的疏水作用引起的。OVA的抑制率在中等氧化电位下达到极大值,这被称为静电引力。由于OVA以金属螯合物形式吸附,在较高的电位下这种高的抑制效果可以几乎一直保持下去。

The murine model of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)is a valuable experimental tool for investigating molecular and cellular mechanisms,and the endovascular filament perforation technique can be used to simulate prominent pathophysiological features observed after human SAH;however,current validation methods for assessing an appropriate SAH model are ***,we introduce a simple procedure for se-lecting a mouse model of diffuse *** was induced in 24 mice using a standard filament perforation *** confirming survival at 24 h,SAH was scored 0-1 based on T2*-weighted images on whole-brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and visual surveillance of the cisterna magna(CM)through the dura *** CM-based SAH grading correlated well with a reference parameter defined by extracted brain(r^(2)=0.53,pg characteristic curve revealed a sensi-tivity of 85%and a specificity of 91%for detecting diffuse SAH,with a similar area under the curve(0.89±0.06[standard error of the mean])as the MRI-based grading(0.72±0.10,p=0.12).Our data suggest that confirming an SAH clot in the CM is a valuable way to select a clinically relevant diffuse SAH model that can be used in future experimental studies.

In this paper,we consider the unique solvability of the inverse problem of determining the right-hand side of a parabolic equation whose leading coefficient depends on time variable under nonlocal integral overdetermination *** obtain sufficient conditions for the unique solvability of the inverse *** existence and uniqueness of the solution of the inverse parabolic problem upon the data are established using the fixed point *** inverse problem appears extensively in the modelling of various phenomena in engineering and *** example,seismology,medicine,fusion welding,continuous casting,metallurgy,aircraft,oil and gas production during drilling and operation of *** addition,the numerical solution of the inverse problem is studied by using the Crank-Nicolson finite difference method together with the Tikhonov regularization to find a stable and accurate approximate solution of finite *** resulting nonlinear system of parabolic equation is solved computationally using the MATLAB subroutine *** analytical and numerically simulated noisy input data are *** root mean square error values for various noise levels for both continuous and discontinuous time-dependent heat source term are *** results presented for two examples show the efficiency of the computational method and the accuracy and stability of the numerical solution even in the presence of noise in the input ***,the choice of the regularization parameter is also discussed based on the trial and error technique.

Background:Morphogenesis is a complex process in a developing animal at the organ,cellular and molecular *** this investigation,allometry at the cellular level was ***:geometric information,including the time-lapse Cartesian coordinates of each cell's center,was used for calculating the allometric coefficients.A zero-centroaxial skew-symmetrical matrix(CSSM),was generated and used for constructing another square matrix(basic square matrix:BSM),then the determinant of BSM was calculated(d).The logarithms of absolute d(Lad)of cell group at different stages of development were plotted for all of the cells in a range of development stages;the slope of the regression line was estimated then used as the allometric ***,the lineage growth rate(LgR)was also calculated by plotting the Lad against the logarithm of the *** complexity index at each stage was *** method was tested on a developing Caenorhabditis elegans ***:We explored two out of the four first generated blastomeres in *** *** ABp and EMS lineages show that the allometric coefficient of ABp was higher than that of EMS,which was consistent with the complexityindexas well ***:The conclusion of this study is that the complexity of the differentiating cells in a developing embryo can be evaluated by allometric scaling based on the data derived from the Cartesian coordinates of the cells at different stages of development.

We discover single and homocentric optical spheres of the three-dimensional inhomogeneous nonlinear Schrödinger equation(NLSE)with spherical symmetry,which is a novel model of light bullets that can present a three-dimensional rogue *** isosurface of this light bullet oscillates along the radius direction and does not travel with the evolution of *** localized nature of rogue wave light bullets both in space and in time,which is in complete contrast to the traveling character of the usual light bullets,is due to the localization of the rogue wave in the one-dimensional *** present also an investigation of the stability of the optical sphere *** lower modes of perturbation are found to display transverse instabilities that break the spherical symmetry of the *** the higher modes,the optical sphere solutions can be classified as stable solutions.

Energy lost due to shadow in the absorber plate of solar collectors can decrease the solar energy *** some studies,mathematical modeling was applied for calculating the energy gain reduction due to shadow in flatplate solar *** this study,ANN method was developed for modeling the energy gain *** Perceptron(MLP)with one hidden layer and a range of neurons(5–30)by two training algorithms(LM and BR)and tangent sigmoid activation function(TanSig)were used by help of K-fold cross validation *** the first section,six set of solar collector dimensions were used(1×1;1×1.5;1×2;1.5×1.5;1.5×2 and 2×2).In the second section all the range of dimensions were used as the *** results of the first section showed thatMLPwith BR training algorithm can predict the energy gain reductionwith minimumMAPE and RMSE in all the *** best results related to(1.5×1.5)dimension that achieved a MAPE of 0.15±0.09%and RMASE of 4.42±2.43 KJm−2 year−1,*** results of the second section indicated that BR is a better training algorithm than *** MAPE and R2 factors for the best topology(5-27-1)were 0.0610±0.0051%and 0.9999±0.0001,*** results of the sensitivity analysis showed that height has the biggest impact on total energy gain reduction due to shadow in flat-plate solar ***,the results of this study indicated that by using ANN and decrease the energy lost,the efficiency of solar collectors can be increased in all applications such as industry and agriculture.

Intraspinal transplantation of motoneuron-like cell combined with delivery of polymer-based glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor for repair of spinal cord contusion injury

To evaluate the effects of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor transplantation combined with adipose-derived stem cells-transdifferentiated motoneuron delivery on spinal cord con-tusion injury, we developed rat models of spinal cord contusion injury, 7 days later, injected adipose-derived stem cells-transdifferentiated motoneurons into the epicenter, rostral and caudal regions of the impact site and simultaneously transplanted glial cell line-derived neuro-trophic factor-gelfoam complex into the myelin sheath. Motoneuron-like cell transplantation combined with glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor delivery reduced cavity formations and increased cell density in the transplantation site. The combined therapy exhibited superior promoting effects on recovery of motor function to transplantation of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor, adipose-derived stem cells or motoneurons alone. These ifndings suggest that motoneuron-like cell transplantation combined with glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor delivery holds a great promise for repair of spinal cord injury.
