Objectives: To correlate the precise specificity of autoantibodies in Japanese dermatomyositis (DM) patients with their clinical phenotypes. Methods: Serum samples from 94 adult DM patients (67 with classical DM and 27 with clinically amyopathic dermatomyositis, CADM) were screened for autoantibodies using immunoprecipitation assays. Patients with antibodies against aminoacyl transfer RNA synthetase (ARS), Mi-2 or who had other autoantibodies were assessed for clinical symptoms and laboratory findings. Results: Sera from 27 of 94 DM patients (29%) were found to have anti-ARS antibodies. Nineteen (20%) had anti-CADM-140/MDA5, 5 (5%) had anti-Mi-2, and 8 (6%) had anti-p155/TIF1-γ. Anti-MJ/NXP-2 was not found in our series of adult DM. Seventeen patients with anti-ARS had fever and 22 had arthritis and interstitial lung disease (ILD), compatible with a diagnosis of anti-ARS syndrome. Seventeen of 19 (89%) with anti-CADM-140/MDA5 had ILD, 16 (84%) of whom developed rapidly progressive ILD (RP-ILD). Four of 5 (80%) with anti-Mi-2 had heliotrope rash and/or Gottron’s sign/papules, and 2 (40%) had V-sign and/or shawl-sign rash, whereas no ILD or malignancy was detected. As seen with anti-Mi-2-positive patients, a low frequency of ILD (13%) was found in patients with anti-p155/TIF1-γ but 6 of 8 (75%) had malignancy during their course. The frequency of ILD was significantly higher in patients with anti-ARS or anti-CADM-140/MDA5 compared with anti-Mi-2 or anti-p155/TIF1-γ (81% and 89%, respectively). It should be noted that anti-CADM-140/MDA5-positive patients suffered significantly more RP-ILD compared to patients with anti-ARS (84% vs. 7%, P < 0.0001). On the other hand, anti-p155/TIF1-γ positive patients had a significantly higher rate of malignancy compared with anti-ARS-, anti-CADM-140/MDA5-and anti-Mi-2-positive patients (75% vs. 7%: P = 0.0004, 5%: P = 0.0006, 0%: P = 0.02, respectively). Light-emitting diodes(LEDs)based on perovskite semiconductor materials with tunable emission wavelength in visible light range as well as narrow linewidth are potential competitors among current light-emitting display technologies,but still suffer from severe instability driven by electric ***,we develop a stable,efficient and highcolor purity hybrid LED with a tandem structure by combining the perovskite LED and the commercial organic LED technologies to accelerate the practical application of *** LED and organic LED with close photoluminescence peak are selected to maximize photon emission without photon reabsorption and to achieve the narrowed emission *** designing an efficient interconnecting layer with p-type interface doping that provides good opto-electric coupling and reduces Joule heating,the resulting green emitting hybrid LED shows a narrow linewidth of around 30 nm,a peak luminance of over 176,000 cd m^(−2),a maximum external quantum efficiency of over 40%,and an operational half-lifetime of over 42,000 h.

Background: Recording jaw movement rhythms in patients with jaw defects is challenging using conventional tracking devices. However, masticatory rhythm is crucial for masticatory performance and nutritional intake. This study aimed to explore the impact of using a maxillofacial prosthesis to restore masticatory rhythm in mandibulectomy patients with a novel wearable device. Methods: Twelve patients who underwent mandibulectomy and were rehabilitated with maxillofacial prosthesis were recruited. Chewing rate, cycle durations, coefficient of variation of cycle durations (CV), changing times of skin morphology on the back of the ear pinna area (SM), and masticatory performance were measured during gum chewing without and with a denture using a wearable jaw movement rhythm tracking device. A paired t-test and the Pearson correlation coefficient were used for statistical analysis. Results: The chewing rate increased by 8.6 cycles/min with dentures (P P = 0.01). The CV and SM decreased with dentures (P = 0.004 and P = 0.01, respectively). Significant correlations were found between the CV and SM without dentures (P = 0.004). Conclusion: 1. Wearing maxillofacial prostheses can improve masticatory rhythm in patients who undergo mandibulectomy with Eichner B2 occlusal supports. 2. The wearable device is available for measuring masticatory rhythm in patients with jaw defects in clinics. 3. Changing times of the skin morphology on the back of the ear pinna indicate jaw movement stability through a simpler process than the coefficient of variation of cycle durations.

Garnet-type solid-state batteries(SSBs)are considered to be one of the most promising candidates to realize next-generation lithium metal batteries with high energy density and ***,the dendrite-induced short-circuit and the poor interfacial contact impeded the practical ***,interface engineering to achieve low interfacial resistance without high temperature calcination was developed,which Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)was simply coated with complex hydride(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I(3L1L))in various mass ratios n(Li_(4)(BH_(4))_(3)I)-(100−n)LLZTO(10≤n≤40).The interfacial conductivity increases by more than three orders of magnitude from 8.29×10^(−6)S·cm^(−1)to 1.10×10^(−2)S·cm^(−1).Symmetric Li cells exhibit a high critical current density(CCD)of 4.0 mA·cm^(−2) and an excellent cycling stability for 200 h at 4.0 mA·cm^(−2).SSBs with polymeric sulfur-polyacrylonitrile(SPAN)cathode achieve a high discharge capacity of 1149 mAh·g^(−1) with a capacity retention of 91%after 100 cycles(0.2 C).This attempt guides a simple yet efficient strategy for obtaining a stable Li/LLZTO interface,which would promote the development of solid-state batteries.
