Gastric hamartomatous inverted polyps(GHIP)are difficult to diagnose accurately because of inversion into the submucosal *** are diagnosed using the pathological characteristics of the tumor,including the fibroblast cells,smooth muscle,nerve components,glandular hyperplasia,and cystic gland *** Peutz-Jeghers syndrome,juvenile polyposis,and Cowden disease are hereditary,it is rare to encounter 2 cases of monostotic and asymptomatic gastric *** pathogeneses of hamartomatous inverted polyps and inverted hyperplastic polyps remain controversial because of the paucity of reported *** are 3 hypotheses regarding the pathogenesis of complete gastric inverted *** on our experience with 2 successive,rare GHIP cases,we affirm the hypothesis that after a hamartomatous change occurs in the submucosal layer,some of these components are exposed to the gastric mucosa and,consequently,form a hypertrophic *** Case 1,our hypothesis explains why a tiny hypertrophic change was first detected on the top of the submucosal tumor using a detailed narrow band imaging-magnified *** was no confirmation that the milky white mucous and calcification structures were exuding directly from the biopsy site like Case 1,and in Case 2 the presence of this mucous was indirectly confirmed during an endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Regarding the pathogenesis of GHIP,a submucosal hamartomatous change may occur prior to the growth of hypertrophic *** en bloc resection using ESD is recommended for treatment.

AIM:To investigate the effects of gastric lavage with2000 mL of saline in laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative ***:Twenty two patients who were diagnosed with a gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumor were *** former term,irrigations of the stomach were conducted whenever it was necessary,not systematically(Non systemic lavage group).In latter term,the stomach was thoroughly cleaned with 2000 mL of saline using an endoscope with a water jet,and Duodenal balloon occlusion was conducted to prevent refluxedbile and pancreatic juice(Systemic lavage+balloon occlusion group).The gastric wall was sprayed with 20mL of distilled water,and 20 mL of gastric juice was collected in a sterile tube and submitted for culture.20mL of ascites was also collected from the laparoscopic ports and submitted for *** compared WBC,CRP,BT between two groups,and verify the reduction effect of bacterial counts in Systemic lavage+balloon occlusion ***:WBC count before,1 d after,and 3 d after laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery(LECS)were 5060(95%CI:4250-9640),12140(6050-14110),and 6910(5320-12520)in Non systemic lavage group,4400(3660-7620),8910(6480-10980),and 5950(4840-7860)in Systemic lavage+balloon occlusion *** differences between two groups at the day after LECS(P=0.029)and the 3 d after LECS(P=0.042).CRP levels in Non systemic lavage group and in Systemic lavage+balloon occlusion group were significantly different at the day after LECS(P=0.005)and the 3 d after LECS(P=0.028).BTs(℃)in Non systemic lavage group and in Systemic lavage+balloon occlusion group were also significantly different at the day after LECS(P=0.004)and the 3 d after LECS(P=0.006).In a logarithmic comparison,bacterial load before gastric lavage,after lavage,and ascites culture were 6.08(95%CI:4.04-6.97),0.48(0-0.85),and 0.21(0-0.56).The bacterial counts before and after gastric lavage were significantly suppressed(P=0.007),but no significant difference betw

We discuss a linear seesaw model with a field content as minimum as possible,introducing a modular S_(4)using gauged U(1)_(B−L) *** to the rank two neutrino mass matrix,we obtain a vanishing neutrino mass eigenvalue,and only the normal mass hierarchy of neutrinos is favored via the modular S_(4)*** our numericalΔχ^(2)analysis,we especially determine a relatively sharp prediction on the sum of neutrino masses to be approximately 60 meV,in addition to other predictions.

2011年东日本大地震后,校舍建筑的抗震加固变得极为迫切。针对日本某校舍建筑的抗震加固工程展开计算分析及实验研究。首先阐述既有校舍建筑的结构特征及抗震鉴定结果,提出纵向采用钢支撑框架提高强度,首层横向新设剪力墙以及增厚楼梯间楼板的加固方案。随后,利用无线振动测试系统在校舍建筑抗震加固前后进行常时微动测试实验,分别从整体与局部角度分析加固前后校舍建筑加速度响应、固有周期以及振型等参数变化。最后,对比分析有限元计算及测试结果,阐述抗震加固方法及位置对原有建筑的性能影响,验证抗震加固方法的有效性。结果表明:采用钢支撑框架的加固方法有效提高既有校舍建筑的强度,加固后加速度响应值约降低至加固前的1/3,加固方法起到提高整体强度、改善刚度分布及结构整体性作用;固有周期以及加速度响应放大倍率的变化与该校舍抗震加固方法较吻合,表明基于振动测试的研究方法能够有效评估抗震加固措施的效果。研究成果可为既有校舍建筑的抗震加固方案选取及性能评估提供参考。

Arsenic(As) in natural hydrological systems is known as a worldwide major environmental concern. A geochemical and sedimentological study was done to ascertain the origin and geographical distribution of As in surface water and fluvial sediment collected from the floodplains/basins of the River Indus and its four major tributaries that drain through the northern Pakistan. The hydrogeochemical compositions of all five rivers were similar with calcium(Ca2+) and bicarbonate(HCO3-) being the dominating ions. The concentration of As ranged from 0.62-24.05 μg/L(average 3.7 ± 3.5 μg/L, n = 61) in river water, 2.3-23.4 mg/kg(average 5.7 ± 3.9 mg/kg) in suspended sediment, and 2.0-13 mg/kg(average4.13 ± 2.3 mg/kg) in fluvial sediment. Various approaches were used, including mineralogical, sequential extraction, geochemical, and statistical analyses to investigate the distribution, behavior, and potential sources of As in the sediment. The effect of geological factors on the distribution of As was also *** noticeable changes in the relative abundance of minerals were observed in the sediment at different locations along the river. Both mineralogical and statistical analyses showed that silicate minerals like muscovite, biotite, and chloride are the main As reservoir while oxides minerals like hematite and magnetite, which are minor components in the sediment are second largest As carrier. A geochemical baseline, using the normalization and cumulative frequency distribution curves was constructed for *** estimated mean human contribution of As was 3.4% in the Indus River, 1.9% in the Jhelum River, 13.7%in the Chenab River, 17.5% in the Ravi River and 5.4% in the Sutlej River, indicating relatively higher effects of anthropogenic activity along the Chenab River and Ravi River. Material conversion from paper sludge ash （PSA） in NaOH solution was attempted to synthesize the adsorbent for removal of inorganic pollutants, such as Pb^2＋, NH^4＋ and PO4^3- from aqueous solution. PSA of 0.5 g was added into 10 mL of 3 mol/L NaOH solution, and then heated at 80, 120, and 160℃ for 6-48 hr to obtain the product. PSA mainly composed of two crystalline phases, gehlenite （Ca2Al2SiO7） and anorthite （CaAl2Si2O8）, and amorphous phase. Hydroxysodalite （Na6Al6Si6O24-8H2O） was formed at 80℃, and anorthite dissolved, whereas gehlenite remained unaffected. Katoite （Ca3Al2SiO4（OH）8） was formed over 120℃, and hydroxycancrinite （Nas（OH）2Al6Si6O24·2H2O） was formed at 160℃, due to the dissolution of both gehlenite and anorthite. Specific surface areas of the products were almost same and were higher than that of raw ash. Cation exchange capacities （CECs） of the products were also higher than that of raw ash, and CEC obtained at lower temperature was higher. Removal abilities of products for Pb^2＋, NH4＋, and PO4^3- were higher than that of raw ash. With increasing reaction temperature, the removal efficiencies of Pb^2＋ and NH4＋ decreased due to the decrease of CEC of the product, while removal efficiency for PO4^3- was almost same. The concentrations of Si and AI in the solution and the crystalline phases in the solid during the reaction explain the formation of the product phases at each temperature.

The study aims to evaluate the potential of GHG (greenhouse gas) reductions by installing an anaerobic digester in a wastewater treatment facility in Southeast Asia. Then the break-even point of additional investment to reduce GHG is obtained by exchanging carbon price as emissions credits. In the project scenario, the wastewater treatment system has the digester, where methane (biogas) is produced and recovered. Compared with the baseline scenario, the biogas has calorific value to produce heat and electricity, and can substitute fossil fuels for power generation. The objective of the study is to define the relationship between CERs (certified emission reductions) and investment costs, and the beak-even point, finding out the dominant parameters in the system. Financial parameters such as capital costs and operating costs are considered to evaluate the investment costs. The result shows that the methane recovery reduces 54% of GHG emissions. Although the substitution of the biogas for the fossil fuels reduces only 6% of the GHG emissions, the electricity output can satisfy the electricity consumption. The results also show that the maximum CER credit is 73000 t-CO 2 e/a, and the GHG reduction cost is 14 USD/t-CO 2 e.
