Excessive rainfall provides a favorable condition for field mold infection of plants, which triggers field mold(FM) stress. If FM stress occurs during the late maturation stage of soybean seed, it negatively affects seed yield and quality. To investigate the responses of soybean seed against FM stress and identify the underlying biochemical pathways involved, a greenhouse was equipped with an artificial rain producing system to allow the induction of mold growth on soybean seed. The induced quality changes and stress responses were revealed on the levels of both transcriptome and metabolome. The results showed that soybean seeds produced under FM stress conditions had an abnormal and inferior appearance, and also contained less storage reserves, such as protein and polysaccharide. Transcriptional analysis demonstrated that genes involved in amino acid metabolism, glycolysis, tricarboxylic acid, β-oxidation of fatty acids, and isoflavone biosynthesis were induced by FM stress. These results were supported by a multiple metabolic analysis which exhibited increases in the concentrations of a variety of amino acids, sugars, organic acids, and isoflavones, as well as reductions of several fatty acids. Reprogramming of these metabolic pathways mobilized and consumed stored protein, sugar and fatty acid reserves in the soybean seed in order to meet the energy and substrate demand on the defense system, but led to deterioration of seed quality. In general, FM stress induced catabolism of storage reserves and diminished the quality of soybean seed in the field. This study provides a more profound insight into seed deterioration caused by FM stress.

In recent years, the technique of laparoscopic hepatectomy has been developed rapidly, and its indications are approximately equal to open surgery [1,2]. Laparoscopic left hemihepatectomy(LLH) has become a mature and standardized operation [3,4], and there are many reports on the relevant surgical paths and norms [5-7]. Herein, the Arantius' ligament approach for the LLH is proposed, which provides a reference for the standardized path of LLH.

In taiwan,the low birth rate has become one of the most critical problems faced by the government and educational institutions at all *** enrolling student number of kindergartens perhaps is the most directly affected by such *** purpose of this study aims at constructing a system dynamics model to depict the relationships between the preschool children and their stakeholders for deducing the evolutionary trends of,and the interactions of,governmental policies and the operations of the early childhood education *** the interpretation of policies and simulation analysis of the twenty-year growth trend related to the child population in taiwan,this study found that governmental policies and the promotion of education and care services have a positive effect on the growth of all levels of kindergarten ***,the relationship between the education and care service staff and the kindergarten play a causal balancing role in our proposed *** suggest that the system dynamics model proposed by this study can help to observe the dynamic relationships formed by the stakeholders in preschool education and care system based on the“joint responsibility”of taiwan’s early childhood education.

In recent years,the incidence of gastrointestinal cancer has remained ***,surgical resection is still the most effective method for treating gastrointestinal ***,radical surgery depends on open ***,traditional open surgery inflicts great trauma and is associated with a slow *** invasive surgery,which aims to reduce postoperative complications and accelerate postoperative recovery,has been rapidly developed in the last two decades;it is increasingly used in the field of gastrointestinal surgery and widely used in early-stage gastrointestinal ***,many operations for gastrointestinal cancer treatment are still performed by open *** reason for this may be the challenges of minimally invasive technology,especially when operating in narrow spaces,such as within the pelvis or near the upper edge of the ***,some of the current literature has questioned oncologic outcomes after minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal ***,the current evidence suggests that minimally invasive techniques are safe and feasible in gastrointestinal cancer surgery,but most of the studies published in this field are retrospective studies and casematched ***-scale randomized prospective studies are needed to further support the application of minimally invasive *** this review,we summarize several common minimally invasive methods used to treat gastrointestinal cancer and discuss the advances in the minimally invasive treatment of gastrointestinal cancer in detail.

目的:通过悬浮聚合法合成含有Fe3O4磁性核的多孔聚合物微球,研究不同单体比例、致孔剂类型及用量对所合成磁性微球的形貌影响以发现最佳反应条件,最终将所合成的磁性多孔微球应用于从水溶液中去除阳离子染料罗丹明B,并证明成功。方法:1.通过改进的悬浮聚合法合成了磁性多孔四氧化三铁/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-二乙烯基苯);2.通过红外及能谱表征产物的组成,使用扫描电镜及透射电镜表征产物的表面及内部形貌,通过热失重分析表征产物的聚合物包覆率,通过X射线粉末衍射表征产物的晶型,使用压汞法表征产物的多孔性及孔结构,利用超导量子干涉仪测定产物的磁性能;3.通过紫外分光光度法验证产物对于罗丹明B的吸附及其效果。结论:1.通过改进的悬浮聚合法成功合成磁性多孔四氧化三铁/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-二乙烯基苯);2.表面聚合物的包覆并不影响四氧化三铁的晶型;3.产物的形貌及孔结构受到单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯与致孔剂二乙烯基苯的比例、致孔剂类型及用量等多方面影响;4.所合成的产物对于罗丹明B有很好的吸附效果,同时具有很好的重复利用性;5.所合成的聚合物在废水中重金属的去除、酶固定化、药物的靶向释放及生物分离等方面都有潜在应用价值。

Human embryonic stem（hES）cells have the capability of unlimited undifferentiated proliferation,yet maintain the potential to form perhaps any cell type in the *** on the high efficiency of theEpstein-Barr virus-based episomal vector in introducing exogenous genes of interest into mammalian cells,we applied this system to hES cells,expecting that this would resolve the problem of poor transfectionefficiency existing in current hES cell ***,the first step was to establish EBNAl-positivehES *** the Fugene 6 transfection reagent,we transfected hES cells with the EBNA1 expressionvector and subsequently generated hES cell clones that stably expressed EBNA1 under drug *** were confirmed to express EBNA1 mRNA by RT-PCR and to express EBNA1 protein by ***,luciferase reporter gene analysis was performed on the EBNA1 clones and revealedthat the expressed EBNA1 protein was *** the EBNA 1-positive cells were injected into severecombined immunodeficient（SCID）mice,they formed teratoma tissues containing all tl'ee embryonic germlayers and EBNAI protein was detected in these teratoma tissues by Western *** the results showthat we have successfully created stable EBNAI-hES cells,thus laying a good foundation for further research.
