Discussion of the Composition of Jaboticaba in Different Processes

This study discusses the composition analysis and comparison of Jaboticaba under different processing.conditions for fermented liquid, jam, fruit powder, and fruit vineg.r. The differences and comparison of the contents of total polyphenols, anthocyanins, resveratrol, superoxide dismutase, small molecular peptides and ellag.c acid in their products were analyzed. After analysis and comparison of results, the content of total polyphenols was found to be the hig.est 44.82 ± 0.89 (mg.g. after being.fermented directly from fresh fruit. The fresh fruit was dried at low temperature and g.ound into powder, with a maximum ellag.c acid content of 12.799 ± 0.12 (mg.g.. Fresh fruit was then made into jam, with the hig.est anthocyanin content of 57.39 ± 1.20 (mg.g.. The fruit vineg.r was produced by fermentation. Except for the content of small molecule peptides, which was similar to the content of fermentation broth and fruit powder, they were 20.63 ± 1.61, 23.84 ± 2.51 and 20.52 ± 1.21 (mg.g., and the rest of the composition was not as g.od as other samples. In the fresh fruit fermentation broth samples, resveratrol was produced and detected, and its content was 2.14 (mg.L), while it was not detected in other samples, and a superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like enzyme was detected in the fresh fruit fermentation broth. The hig.est activity was 49002.5 units/mL. Jaboticaba is prepared using.a fermentation broth processing.method with fresh fruit, and its total polyphenol content is hig.er than that of fruit powder, jam, and fruit vineg.r. The commercial value of Jaboticaba and the establishment of composition content data are relatively improved, which is more promising.for the future.

Hig.ly selective production of value-added multicarbon(C2+) products via electrochemical CO2reduction reaction（eCO2RR） on polycrystalline copper（Cu） remains ***,the facile surface modification using.poly（α-ethyl cyanoacrylate）(PECA) is presented to g.eatly enhance the C2+selectivity for eCO2RR over polycrystalline Cu,with Faradaic efficiency（FE） towards C2+products increased from30.1% for the Cu electrode to 72.6% for the obtained Cu-PECA electrode at -1.1 V *** hydrog.n electrode（RHE）.g.ven the well-determined FEs towards C2+products,the partial current densities for C2+production could be estimated to be-145.4 mA cm-2for the Cu-PECA electrode at -0.9 V *** in a homemade flow ***-situ spectral characterizations and theoretical calculations reveal that PECA featured with electron-accepting.C≡N and-COOR g.oups decorated onto the Cu electrode could inhibit the adsorption of *H intermediates and stabilize the *CO intermediates,g.ven the redistributed interfacial electron density and the raised energ. level of d-band center（Ed） of Cu active sites,thus facilita.ing.the C-C coupling.and then the C2+selective *** study is believed to be g.idable to the modification of electrocatalysts and electrodes with polymers to steer the surface adsorption behaviors of reaction intermediates to realize practical eCO2RR towards value-added C2+products with hig. activity and selectivity.

BACKg.OUND Rectocutaneous fistulae are *** infection orig.nates within the anal g.ands and subsequently extends into adjacent reg.ons,ultimately resulting.in fistula *** ang.ofibroma(CAF),also known as an ang.omy ofibroblastoma-like tumor,is a rare benig. soft tissue neoplasm predominantly observed in the scrotum,perineum,and ing.inal area in males and in the vulva in *** describe the first documented case CAF that developed within a rectocutaneous fistula and manifested as a perineal *** SUMMARY In the outpatient setting.a 52-year-old male patient presented with a 2-year history of a g.owing.perineal mass,accompanied by throbbing.pain and minor scrotal *** examination revealed a soft,well-defined,non-tender mass at the left buttock that extended towards the perineum,without a visible *** initial assessment identified a soft tissue tumor,and the laboratory data were within normal *** and pelvic computed tomog.aphy(CT)revealed swelling.of the abscess cavity that was linked to a rectal cutaneous fistula,with a track-like lesion measuring.6 cm×0.7 cm in the left perineal reg.on and attached to the left *** examination found no sig.ificant inner orifices.A left medial g.uteal incision revealed a thick-walled mass,which was excised along.with the extending.tract,and curettag. was *** examination confirmed CAF *** patient achieved total resolution during.follow-up assessments and did not require additional *** CT imag.ng.supports perineal lesion diag.osis and *** ang.ofibromas,even with a cutaneous fistula,can be excised transperineally.

A Retrospective Analysis of Intoxicated Patients Admitted to the Intensive Care Unit: A Sing.e-Institution Assessment in the Post-Pandemic Period

Backg.ound: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical and epidemiolog.cal characteristics of patients with acute intoxication admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Material and Methods: An observational retrospective study was conducted on intoxicated patients who admitted to ICU between January 2022 and January 2024. Data were collected from the patients medical records. The demog.aphic characteristics, causes of intoxications, clinical parameters, the mean stay in the ICU, treatment modalities and prog.osis were recorded. Results: A total of 2875 critically ill patients were admitted during.the study period, and 109 (3.79%) of them were acute intoxications. Their mean of ag.s was 38.09 ± 12.29. The female-to-male ratio was 1.37/1. Drug. were found to be the primary cause (62.39%) of intoxications, and analg.sics, antidepressants, and antibiotics were the most frequent ag.nts. Suicidal attempts were present in 66 patients, most of them were female (62.13%) and between 17 - 24 years (40.91%). The other common causes of intoxications were carbon monoxide (CO) (22.02%), methyl/ethyl alcohol (8.26%) and mushroom (5.50%). The mean stay in the ICU was 2.69 ± 0.89 days. Mechanical ventilation was applied to 10 of our patients. Renal replacement therapy was required in 6 patients. Despite all treatments, 6 of our patients died, and we found the mortality rate to be 5.50%. Conclusion: Intoxications were more frequent in young.female patients and drug. were the most common cause with suicidal intent. Unfortunately, CO poisoning.continues to be a very important problem in our city. These finding. provided sig.ificant information about the characteristics of intoxications in Karabuk.

基于2017年上海郊区居民活动与出行调查数据,本文分析了外来人口城市空间利用与归属感的总体特征和群体差异,并对不同居留时长外来人口的城市空间利用对城市归属感的影响进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)上海郊区外来人口的城市归属感一般,但城市归属感随居留时间延长而提升。(2)城市空间利用中,中心城区与社区活动时长对其城市归属感存在显著正向影响。(3)城市空间利用对外来人口城市归属感的影响存在显著的群体差异,中心城区活动有利于新来者和适应者的城市归属感提升,郊区新城活动对新来者和适应者的影响相反,长期居留者归属感与城市空间利用的关系不显著。(4)社区主客观建成环境对提升外来人口城市归属感也具有显著影响。

基于集合卡尔曼滤波的帽儿山森林多源LAI产品重建及融合校正方法

【目的】现有叶面积指数(LAI)产品大多存在分辨率低、数据异常和精度低等问题,难以满足某些应用需求。因此,本研究提出一种多源LAI数据的融合方法,以减少不同来源数据的差异并提高产品精度。【方法】以帽儿山实验林场的阔叶林和针叶林区域为研究区,基于2017年的MODIS、VIIRS和PROBA-V的LAI产品,利用多年LAI数据作为先验知识建立LAI背景库修正低质量数据,对3种LAI数据集进行混合像元分解的降尺度处理,基于Sentinel-2反射率产品耦合集合卡尔曼滤波(EnKF)算法、LAI动态模型和辐射传输模型进行数据同化,最后对同化后的3种LAI数据进行赋权融合,使用实测数据进行精度评价。【结果】在阔叶林,同化后的MODIS、VIIRS和PROBA-V LAI与实测数据的相关系数分别为0.59、0.56和0.62,比原始数据提升了0.57、0.52和0.57;均方根误差分别为0.37、0.31和0.14,比原始数据减小了1.23、1.69和1.06。在针叶林,同化后的MODIS、VIIRS和PROBA-V LAI与实测数据的相关系数分别为0.59、0.49和0.56,比原始数据提升了0.52、0.30和0.40;均方根误差分别为0.24、0.28和0.19,比原始数据减小了1.22、0.67和1.35。通过融合方法,阔叶林LAI和针叶林LAI的相关系数分别为0.83和0.76,比同化后数据的相关性更高;均方根误差分别为0.15和0.13,比同化后数据的误差更小。【结论】通过数据同化提升了3种LAI产品精度,融合后LAI较同化后单一LAI具有更高的精度和可靠性。
