Neuroinflammation and neurodeg.neration are key processes that mediate the development and prog.ession of neurolog.cal ***,the mechanisms modulating.these processes in different diseases remain incompletely *** in sing.e cell based multi-omic analyses have helped to identify distinct molecular sig.atures such as Lg.ls3 that is associated with neuroinflammation and neurodeg.neration in the central nervous system(CNS).Lg.ls3 encodes g.lectin-3(g.l3),aβ-g.lactoside and g.ycan binding.g.ycoprotein that is frequently upreg.lated by reactive microg.ia/macrophag.s in the CNS during.various neurolog.cal *** g.l3 has previously been associated with non-CNS inflammatory and fibrotic diseases,recent studies hig.lig.t g.l3 as a prominent reg.lator of inflammation and neuroaxonal damag. in the CNS during.diseases such as multiple sclerosis,Alzheimer’s disease,and Parkinson’s *** this review,we summarize the pleiotropic functions of g.l3 and discuss evidence that demonstrates its detrimental role in neuroinflammation and neurodeg.neration during.different neurolog.cal *** also consider the challeng.s of translating.preclinical observations into targ.ting.g.l3 in the human CNS.

This paper proposes a robust vector tracking.loop structure based on potential bias analysis. The influence of four kinds of biases on the existing.two implementations of Vector Tracking.Loops(VTLs) is illustrated by theoretical analysis and numerical simulations, and the following.finding. are obtained. Firstly, the initial user state bias leads to steady navig.tion solution bias in the relative VTL, while new measurements can eliminate it in the absolute VTL. Secondly, the initial code phase bias is transferred to the following.navig.tion solutions in the relative VTL, while new measurements can eliminate it in the absolute VTL. Thirdly, the user state bias induced by erroneous navig.tion solution of VTLs can be eliminated by both of the two VTLs. Fourthly,the multipath/NLOS likely affects the two VTLs, and the induced tracking.bias in the duration of the multipath/NLOS would decrease the performance of VTLs. Based on the above analysis,a robust VTL structure is proposed, where the absolute VTL is selected for its robustness to the two kinds of initialization biases;meanwhile, the instant bias detection and correction method is used to improve the performance of VTLs in the duration of the multipath/NLOS. Numerical simulations and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed robust VTL structure.
