BACKGROUND Appendiceal mucinous neoplasms(AMNs),although not classified as rare,are relatively uncommon tumors most often discovered incidentally during colorectal *** identification of AMNs is difficult due to non-specific sym-ptoms,overlapping tumor markers with other conditions,and the potential for *** underscores the urgent need for precision in diagnosis to pre-vent severe *** suMMARY This case report describes the unexpected discovery and treatment of a low-grade AMN(LAMN)in a 74-year-old man undergoing laparoscopic hemicolectomy for transverse colon adenocarcinoma(AC).Preoperatively,non-specific gastroin-testinal symptoms and elevated tumor markers masked the presence of *** tumor,presumed to be an AMN peritoneal cyst intraoperatively,was con-firmed as LAMN through histopathological *** neoplasm exhibited mucin accumulation and a distinct immunohistochemical profile:Positive for Ho-meobox protein CDX-2,Cytokeratin 20,special AT-rich sequence-binding protein 2,and Mucin 2 but negative for cytokeratin 7 and Paired box gene *** profile aids in distinguishing appendiceal and ovarian mucinous *** recovery was uncomplicated,and the patient initiated adjuvant chemotherapy for the colon *** This case highlights the diagnostic complexity of AMNs,emphasizing the need for vigilant identification to avert potential complications,such as pseudomyxoma peritonei.

BACKGROUND Rectocutaneous fistulae are *** infection originates within the anal glands and subsequently extends into adjacent regions,ultimately resulting in fistula *** angiofibroma(CAF),also known as an angiomy ofibroblastoma-like tumor,is a rare benign soft tissue neoplasm predominantly observed in the scrotum,perineum,and inguinal area in males and in the vulva in *** describe the first documented case CAF that developed within a rectocutaneous fistula and manifested as a perineal *** suMMARY In the outpatient setting,a 52-year-old male patient presented with a 2-year history of a growing perineal mass,accompanied by throbbing pain and minor scrotal *** examination revealed a soft,well-defined,non-tender mass at the left buttock that extended towards the perineum,without a visible *** initial assessment identified a soft tissue tumor,and the laboratory data were within normal *** and pelvic computed tomography(CT)revealed swelling of the abscess cavity that was linked to a rectal cutaneous fistula,with a track-like lesion measuring 6 cm×0.7 cm in the left perineal region and attached to the left *** examination found no significant inner orifices.A left medial gluteal incision revealed a thick-walled mass,which was excised along with the extending tract,and curettage was *** examination confirmed CAF *** patient achieved total resolution during follow-up assessments and did not require additional *** CT imaging supports perineal lesion diagnosis and *** angiofibromas,even with a cutaneous fistula,can be excised transperineally.

To explore highly active and thermomechanical stable air electrodes for intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(ITSOFCs),10mol%ta5+doped in the B site of strontium ferrite perovskite oxide(Srta_(0.1)Fe_(0.9)O_(3-δ),STF)is investigated and *** effects of ta^(5+)doping on structure,transition metal reduction,oxygen nonstoichiometry,thermal expansion,and electrical performance are evaluated *** 10mol%ta^(5+)doping,the thermal expansion coefficient(TEC)decreased from 34.1×10^(-6)(SrFeO_(3-δ))to 14.6×10^(-6) K^(-1)(STF),which is near the TEC of electrolyte(13.3×10^(-6) K^(-1) for Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9),SDC),indicates excellent thermomechanical *** 550-750℃,STF shows superior oxygen vacancy concentrations(0.262 to 0.331),which is critical in the oxygen-reduction reaction(ORR).Oxygen temperature-programmed desorption(O_(2)-TPD)indicated the thermal reduction onset temperature of iron ion is around 420℃,which matched well with the inflection points on the thermos-gravimetric analysis and electrical conductivity *** 600℃,the STF electrode shows area-specific resistance(ASR)of 0.152Ω·cm^(2) and peak power density(PPD)of 749 mW·cm^(-2).ORR activity of STF was further improved by introducing 30wt%Sm_(0.2)Ce_(0.8)O_(1.9)(SDC)powder,STF+SDC composite cathode achieving outstanding ASR value of 0.115Ω·cm2 at 600℃,even comparable with benchmark cobalt-containing cathode,Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(BSCF).Distribution of relaxation time(DRT)analysis revealed that the oxygen surface exchange and bulk diffusion were improved by forming a composite *** 650℃,STF+SDC composite cathode achieving an outstanding PPD of 1117 mW·cm^(-2).The excellent results suggest that STF and STF+SDC are promising air electrodes for IT-SOFCs.

Dielectric capacitors with high power density and fast charge-discharge speed play an essential role in the development of pulsed power *** increased demands for miniaturization and practicality of pulsed power equipment also necessitate the development of dielectric materials that possess high energy density while maintaining ultrahigh efficiency(η).In particular,ultrahigh efficiency signifies minimal energy loss,which is essential for practical applications but challenging to effectively ***,we demonstrate a strategy of incorporating heterovalent elements into Ba(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3),which contributes to achieving relaxor ferroelectric ceramics and reducing lattice strain,thereby improving the comprehensive energy storage ***,optimal energy storage performance is attained in 0.85Ba(Zr_(0.1)Ti_(0.9))O_(3)-0.15Bi(Zn_(2/3)ta_(1/3))O_(3)(BZT-0.15BiZnta),with an ultrahighηof 97.37%at 440 kV/cm(an advanced level in the lead-free ceramics)and an excellent recoverable energy storage density(Wrec)of 3.74 J/cm^(3).Notably,the BZT-0.15BiZnta ceramics also exhibit exceptional temperature stability,maintaining fluctuations in Wrec within∼10%andηconsistently exceeding 90% across the wide temperature range of−55℃ to 160℃,and under a high electric field of 250 kV/*** these features demonstrate that the relaxor and lattice strain engineering strategies have been successful in achieving high-performance lead-free ceramics,paving the way for designing high-efficiency dielectric capacitors with a wide temperature range.

Factors controlling the metal fertilization of granitic magma: Constraints from amphibole and biotite geochemistry of the Shangcheng pluton， Dabie orogen， Central China

It is very common for similar granitoids to be emplaced in the same tectonic region， with some being metal-fertilized while others are barren. The reasons for this are still not clear. Here， we take the Shangcheng pluton as an example. This pluton occurs close to the giant Shapinggou porphyry Mo deposit， and we use amphibole and biotite geochemistry as sensitive tracers to explore this issue. The Shangcheng granitoids comprise the Sigudun （SGD） and Shiguwa （SGW） units， with emplacement ages ranging from 140 ± 3 Ma to 134 ± 2.4 Ma， as revealed by titanite U-Pb dating. The geochemical data of amphibole and biotite indicate that the magma intruded from depths of ～3.3 km to ～2.3 km with increasing oxygen fugacity. The modeled results indicate that water content is an essential factor for metal fertilization， as the Shangcheng pluton has a lower water content than the Shapinggou Mo-bearing granite. The Shangcheng pluton is also characterized by fluorine-poor conditions， with lower halogen fugacity values of IV（F） and log (f H2O/f HF)fluid. In contrast， the increasing Y/Ho and Nb/ta ratios of the Shapinggou Mo-bearing granite indicate the F-rich nature of the fertilized Shapinggou magma， and its lower Zr/Hf and K/Rb ratios suggest a greater magma differentiation. Therefore， water-poor and F-poor magma， in combination with low-degree fractional crystallization， may be the major controlling factors responsible for the Mo-barren nature of the Shangcheng pluton.

随着牧区社会-生态系统破碎化问题的凸显,公共草场自主治理引起了学术界关注。然而,中国现行草地承包制度下,自主治理制度的可行性及其实现机制仍有待系统研究。本文连续三年跟踪调查了内蒙古一片公共草场,应用SES框架解构了案例地复杂系统,并依据案例地情形构建了关联博弈模型,解析了公共草场自主治理制度下牧户互动机制。结果表明:草地资源的可持续利用关乎牧户长期生产成本。为了节约长期生产成本,牧区社区制定了公共草场自主治理制度。制度实施过程中,依据牧草长势和牲畜膘情形成了动态的草畜平衡规则,可操作的惩罚制度和地方政府弹性干预促进了自主治理制度的良好运作。同时,牧户之间的放牧博弈和社会交往博弈相互关联,使得自主治理制度以较低成本自我实施。该制度的有效实施有助于提高草地资源使用的公平性,也有利于牧户之间、牧户与地方政府之间信任的增长,提高生产互惠性和生产效率。因此,应探索建立自主治理和承包制度并存的多样化草地资源管理体系。

近40 a昆仑山北麓典型河流生态基流时空特征

生态基流是河流生态系统健康稳定的关键,对于水资源缺乏的干旱区内陆河流尤为重要。以昆仑山北麓克里雅河、尼雅河与车尔臣河3条典型季节性内陆河为研究对象,选取1978—2014年流域水文数据,利用QP法、Tennant法、近10 a最枯月平均流量法和Texas法4种水文学方法,计算确定河流生态基流并据此分析其时空分异特征与影响因素。结果表明:Tennant法更适合昆仑山北麓河流生态基流计算。从时间变化来看,3条河生态基流年内最大值均出现在7月份,最小值均出现在1月份;年生态基流最大值均出现在2010年左右,最小值在1980年前后,分别以1.378、0.653、3.066 m^(3)/s·(10 a)^(-1)的速度增加。3条河流生态基流空间分布,春季表现为车尔臣河>克里雅河>尼雅河,夏季和秋季均表现为克里雅河>车尔臣河>尼雅河,且同一河流波动变化明显,不同河流之间变化差异不显著(p>0.05)。影响生态基流年内时空差异的主要因素分别是气温、降水和人类活动,其中以车尔臣河流域气温、降水与生态基流的相关性最强,相关系数r分别为0.876、0.917。考虑生态基流时空分布与流域气候变化特征,综合提出3条河流年内各月生态基流管控目标。研究结果可为昆仑山北麓河流生态保护与水资源管理调度提供参考。
