Face image analysis is one among several important cues in computer *** the last five decades,methods for face analysis have received immense attention due to large scale applications in various face analysis *** parsing strongly benefits various human face image analysis tasks inducing face pose *** this paper we propose a 3D head pose estimation framework developed through a prior end to end deep face parsing *** have developed an end to end face parts segmentation framework through deep convolutional neural networks(DCNNs).For training a deep face parts parsing model,we label face images for seven different classes,including eyes,brows,nose,hair,mouth,skin,and *** extract features from gray scale images by using *** train a classifier using the extracted *** use the probabilistic classification method to produce gray scale images in the form of probability maps for each dense semantic *** use a next stage of DCNNs and extract features from grayscale images created as probability maps during the segmentation *** assess the performance of our newly proposed model on four standard head pose datasets,including Pointing’04,Annotated Facial Landmarks in the Wild(AFLW),Boston University(BU),and ICT-3DHP,obtaining superior results as compared to previous results.

Immediate intraocular pressure rise after intravitreal injection of ranibizumab and two doses of triamcinolone acetonide

AIM: To evaluate prospectively immediate intraocular pressure (IOP) changes after the intravitreal injection of ranibizumab, 2 and 4mg triamcinolone acetonide. METHODS: Patients who underwent intravitreal injection of 0.1mL (4mg) triamcinolone acetonide (ta, Group T4), 0.05mL (2mg) ta (Group T2) and 0.05mL (0.5mg) ranibizumab (Group R) comprised the study population. Overall, 229 eyes of 205 patients were injected. Fifty-four eyes (23.6%) were in Group T4, 69 eyes (30.1%) in Group T2 and 106 eyes (46.3%) in Group R. If IOP was less than 26mmHg immediately after the injection no further measurement was performed. If IOP was ≥26mmHg, IOP was remeasured till the reading was below 26mmHg at 5, 15 and 30 minutes. RESULTS: Immediately after the injection, the IOP of 28 eyes (51.9%) in Group T4, 22 eyes (31.9%) in Group T2 and 51 eyes (48.1%) in Group R were over 25mmHg. At 30 minutes, IOP of one eye (1.9%) in group T4, two eyes (2.9%) in group T2 and two eyes (1.9 %) in Group R were over 25mmHg. Immediate post-injection IOP was significantly higher in Group T4 and Group R when compared to Group T2 (P tant predicting factor for immediate IOP rise after the injection.

Citrus family especially Grapefruit,has attained considerable attention due to the presence of a number of essential components that have cardiovascular and anti-hypertensive *** juice and essential oil extracted from eight recently released grapefruit cultivars were used to study physicochemical and antioxidant *** total soluble solids(TSS),titratable acidity(ta) and pH of juice samples extracted from various grapefruit varieties differed *** refractive index,specific gravity and optical rotation values for the oil varied from 1.473 to 1.396,0.863 to 0.847 and +93 to +86,*** percent 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical activity(% DPPH activity) and ferric reducing antioxidant power(FRAP) values for grapefruit juice and peel oil varied from 24.06 to 18.79,2.91 to 1.44 mmol g^–1 and 84.87 to 74.73,7.76 to 5.73 mmol g^-1,*** were significant differences in physicochemical,antioxidant properties and volatile profiles of extracted juice and *** oil exhibited higher DPPH and FRAP values than the *** different components identified which accounted for over 99% of the volatile fraction,limonene,myrcene,and benzopyran were major components in all oil samples.

Correlations between the Maximum Standard Uptake Value of Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography and Laboratory Parameters before and after Treatment in Patients with Lymphoma

Background： After the first examination of patients with lymphoma diagnosis, important laboratory tests such as complete blood count; albumin, kidney and liver function tests; uric acid; 132-microglobulin; C-reactive protein （CRP）; erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）; and lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） examinations are recommended. In this study, our aim was to find the relationship between laboratory parameters and the maximum standard uptake value （SUVmax） of positron emission tomography/computed tomography （PET/CT） in patients with lymphoma at the diagnosis and after treatment. Methods： Thirty-tbur lymphoma patients treated at Mustafa Kemal University Internal Medicine Clinic between 2014 and 2017 were included in this retrospective study. Results ofCRP, ESR, LDH, albumin, and white blood cell （WBC） count were recorded betbre each PET scan test, and each parameter was analyzed for correlation with SUV measurements. Results： Spearman＇s correlation test showed that the after-treatment SUV values were significantly correlated with the alter-treatment LDH, ESR, and CRP values （for LDH, ESR, and CRP, R2： 0.453, 0.426, and 0.351; P = 0.007, 0.012, and 0.042, respectively）. On the other hand, albumin and WBC count did not show a significant correlation with the after-treatment SUVmax values （all P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： CRP, ESR, and LDH values may also be good predictors in patients for whom PET/CT imaging cannot be performed.

目的:前瞻性评估玻璃体腔内注射兰尼单抗、2和4mg曲安奈德(ta)后眼压(IOP)的即时变化。方法:接受玻璃体腔内注射0.1mL(4mg)曲安奈德(T4组),0.05mL(2mg)ta(T2组)和0.05mL(0.5mg)兰尼单抗(R组)的患者组成研究群体。总体而言,205例229眼接受注射。T4组54眼(23.6%),T2组69眼(30.1%),及R组106眼(46.3%)。如果注射后即时眼压<26mmHg就不行进一步的测量。如果眼压≥26mmHg,就在5,15和30min后重新测量眼压,直到读数<26mmHg。结果:注射后即时眼压,T4组28眼(51.9%),T2组22眼(31.9%)和R组51眼(48.1%)超过25mmHg。到30min时,T4组1眼(1.9%),T2组2眼(2.9%)和R组2眼(1.9%),眼压超过25mmHg。T4组和R组注射后即时眼压显著高于T2组(P<0.01和P<0.01)。各组中无玻璃体回流眼的眼压显著高于有玻璃体回流眼(P<0.01)。结论:玻璃体腔内注射2或4mg曲安奈德和0.5mg的兰尼单抗后眼压可能会立即显著提高。无玻璃体回流是注射后眼压即时上升的最重要的预测因素。
