We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the CYP2E1 * c1/ * c2 polymorphism and alcohol use disorders, and the potential influence of the CYP2E1 * c1/ * c2 polymorphism on the severity and dimensions of alcohol use disorders in Tibetan。Methods Three hundred and forty Tibetans with Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) score≥10 and another 315 matched control subjects with AUDIT score≤5 were enrolled。The CYP2E1 * c1/ * c2 polymorphism was determined by the standard PCR-RFLP method。Results The frequency of the CYP2E1 * c2 allele in subjects with alcohol use disorders (16.2% ) was significantly higher than that of the controls (10.8%), with a P value of 0.005 and OR value of 1.60 (95% CI: 1.15-2.21)。There was also a significant difference in genotype frequencies between the 2 groups (χ^2 = 8.75 , P = 0.01 )。Subjects with alcohol use disorders had higher frequencies of genotypes with at least one copy of allele c2 (28.5% vs。18.7% ;χ^2 =8.65, P=0.003; OR =1.73) than the control group。The associ- ation of CYP2E1 * c2 allele with alcohol use disorders was much stronger in males than in females, with a male OR value of 2.30。CYP2E1 * c2 allele was associated with increased alcohol consumption and alcohol use disorders in males。Conclusion There is the positive association among CYP2E1 * c2 allele, alcohol use disorders, and the amount of alcohol consumption in Tibetan population。

Background:Shenyankangfu Tablet(SYKFT)is a Chinese patent medicine that has been used widely to decrease proteinuria and the progression of chronic kidney ***:This trial compared the efficacy and safety of SYKFT,for the control of proteinuria in primary glomerulonephritis patients,against the standard drug,losartan ***,setting,participants and intervention:This was a multicenter,double-blind,randomized,controlled clinical *** glomerulonephritis patients,aged 18-70 years,with blood pressure≤140/90 mmHg,estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)>45 mL/min per 1.73 ㎡,and 24-hour proteinuria level of 0.5-3.0 g,were recruited in 41 hospitals across 19 provinces in China and were randomly divided into five groups:SYKFT,losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 mg,SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg or 100 *** outcome measu res:The primary outcome was change in the 24-hour proteinuria level,after 48 weeks of ***:A total of 735 participants were *** percent decline of urine protein quantification in the SYKFT group after 48 weeks was 8.78%±2.56%(P=0.006)more than that in the losartan 50 mg group,which was 0.51%±2.54%(P=1.000)less than that in the losartan 100 mg *** with the losartan potassium 50 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 50 mg group had a 13.39%±2.49%(P<0.001)greater reduction in urine protein *** with the losartan potassium 100 mg group,the SYKFT plus losartan potassium 100 mg group had a 9.77%±2.52%(P=0.001)greater reduction in urine *** a superiority threshold of 15%,neither was statistically ***,serum creatinine and serum albumin from the baseline did not change statistically *** average change in TCM syndrome score between the patients who took SYKFT(-3.00[-6.00,-2.00])and who did not take SYKFT(-2.00[-5.00,0])was statistically significant(P=0.003).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in any ***:SYKFT decreased the proteinur

目的：包括细胞和体液免疫在内的自身免疫机制至少参与了部分特发性扩张型心肌病（Idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy，IDC）患者的发病，且前者介导的心肌损害在IDC中更重要。CTLA-4是特异性细胞免疫的负性调节因子。本研究旨在探讨CTLA-4基因启动子-318C／T、外显子A／G多态性及3＇非翻译区（AT）n微卫星多态性与IDC及血清可溶性CTLA-4（sCTLA-4）水平的相关性。方法：采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性（Polymerase chain reaction—restriction fragment length polymorphisms，PCR-RFLP）方法分析黑龙江省无血缘关系汉族人群（包括72例IDC患者，100例正常健康人）CTLA-4基因-318C／T、49位点A／G多态性及3’微卫星多态性；ELISA法检测血清sCTLA-4水平。综合分析CTLA-4基因型频率、等位基因频率与IDC及sCTLA-4水平的相关性。结果：IDC组外显子1GG基因型和G等位基因频率显著高于正常对照组（P=0．012，P：0．008）；3’非翻译区共发现18种等位基因，106bp等位基因频率在IDC患者中显著增高（22.22％vs1％，P=0.0002，OR=23．56，95％CI：9．65—83．74）；两组间-318C／T多态性分布无统计学差异。与对照组相比，IDC组sCTLA-4水平显著升高[（1．87±1．06）μg/L比（O．54±0．19）μg/L，P〈0．05]；直线回归分析显示，IDC组GG基因型及G等位基因频率与血清sCTLA-4水平（r=0．57，P=0．021）显著相关，而AA、A／G基因型及A等位基因频率与sCTLA-4水平无相关性。启动子-318C／T多态性及3’非翻译区（AT）n微卫星多态性与sCTLA-4水平的亦无相关性。结论：CTLA-4基因外显子1A49-G变异与IDC相关，携带G等位基因者易患IDC，其机制可能为该多态性造成CTLA-4信号肽中编码苏氨酸和甘氨酸的替换，从而影响蛋白翻译后加工、修饰，使sCTLA-4功能发生变化。提示3’末端非翻译区（AT）n重复序列中106bp等位基因可能是IDC的易感基因。

目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-10基因修饰的未成熟树突状细胞(iDC)对实验性自身免疫性心肌炎的作用。方法从Lewis大鼠骨髓培养成熟树突状细胞(mDC)和iDC,pcDNA3-IL-10质粒转染iDC。分别将2×106 mDC、iDC、pcDNA3-iDC、pcDNA3-IL-10-iDC或PBS回输5天前以猪心肌肌球蛋白免疫的实验性自身免疫性心肌炎大鼠体内。3周后观察心肌炎症、超声心动图、Th1/Th2细胞因子、主要组织相容性Ⅱ(MHC-Ⅱ)类分子及共刺激分子表达。以T细胞增殖实验及过继转移实验检测pcDNA3-IL-10-iDC诱导耐受的抗原特异性。结果IL-10基因修饰的iDC显著抑制抗原特异性T细胞增殖,pcDNA3-IL-10-iDC治疗后实验性自身免疫性心肌炎大鼠心肌炎症显著减轻,心功能改善,MHC-Ⅱ、共刺激分子表达显著降低,脾细胞分泌细胞因子呈Th2型。结论IL-10基因修饰的iDC可诱导实验性自身免疫性心肌炎产生抗原特异性耐受,其机制与IL-10诱导的Th1/Th2偏离及MHC-Ⅱ、共刺激分子表达下调等有关。
