酸碱辅以热处理对钛表面生物活性的影响

利用先酸后碱复合处理钛表面,部分样品加热到450和700℃进行热处理,在钛表面获得不同形貌和不同晶型的TiO2薄膜。将样品浸泡于模拟体液中,观察表面HA沉积情况,并进行体外细胞毒性实验以探讨样品的生物相容性。结果表明,酸碱复合处理样品在450℃热处理后表现出最好的生物活性,主要归因于钛表面纳米级花蕊网状结构形貌。酸碱复合处理样品在700℃热处理后表现出最差的生物活性,这是因为此法处理后的样品表面呈现纳米棒晶体结构,纳米棒直径和长度均大于450℃热处理的纳米丝形貌的钛及未热处理钛,而且纳米棒紧密结合程度也高于450℃热处理及未热处理的钛,正是由于这样紧密的较大尺寸晶体结构造成其生物活性低于450℃热处理及未热处理的钛的情况。

以椰壳为原料、氢氧化钾为活化剂,制备高比表面积（2258 m^2/g）、具有微孔结构的活性炭。采用氨水、双氧水进行改性,随后经高温封装法将改性活性炭与硫复合（硫含量为60%）,作为正极材料制备锂硫电池,研究官能团改性对锂硫电池性能的影响。氨水改性引入了大量的氨基,以200 mA/g的电流在1.7-2.8 V循环,首次放电比容量由硫正极的1058mAh/g提高至硫碳复合正极的1 333 mAh/g;双氧水改性引入了羧基基团,对锂硫电池的容量和循环性能不利。

Aluminum alloys are widely used in industry due to their light *** alloys are generally exposed to abrasive wear,which diminishes their effective *** wear resistance of these alloys is enhanced by adding various reinforcements,however,this enhancement comes at the cost of reduced fracture *** paradox of increased wear resistance versus decreased fracture toughness in aluminum alloys can be resolved by using functionally graded materials (FGMs).This study focuses on the abrasive wear behavior of functional graded aluminum matrix composites reinforced with Al_(3)Ti *** wear properties of the composites were investigated by considering the characteristics of the composite such as matrix type and various composite zones,as well as the wear parameters such as abrasive particle diameter,load,sliding speed and *** method was used in the abrasive wear tests in order to get more reliable results in a timeefficient *** recipes were created based on the L_(27)(3^(6)) orthogonal *** a result of the study,it is observed that the wear resistance of the composites increases with an increase in Al_(3)Ti reinforcement content and hardness of the *** addition,the size of abrasive particles and the applied load are significant factors affecting abrasive wear.

In this work,one-step growth models using hyperspectral imaging(HSI)(400-1000 nm)were successfully developed in order to estimate the microbial loads,minimum growth temperature(T_(min))and maximum specific growth rate(μ_(max))of Brochothrix thermosphacta in chilled beef at isothermal temperatures(4-25℃).Three different methods were compared for model development,particularly using(Model Ⅰ)the predicted microbial loads from partial least squares regression of the whole spectral variables;(Model Ⅱ)the selected spectral variables related to microbial loads;and(Model Ⅲ)the first principal scores of HSI spectra by principal component ***,Model Ⅰ showed the best ability to predict the microbial loads of ***,with the coefficient of determination(R_(v)^(2))and root mean square error in internal validation(RMSEV)of 0.921 and 0.498(lg(CFU/g)).The T_(min)(-12.32℃)andμmax can be well estimated with R^(2) and root mean square error(RMSE)of 0.971 and 0.276(lg(CFU/g)),*** upward trend ofμmax with temperature was similar to that of the plate count *** technique thus can be used as a simple method for one-step growth simulation of *** in chilled beef during storage.

The conventional perception of astrocytes as mere supportive cells within the brain has recently been called into question by empirical evidence, which has revealed their active involvement in regulating brain function and encoding behaviors associated with ***, astrocytes in the basolateral amygdala have been found to play a role in the modulation of anxiety-like behaviors triggered by chronic stress. Nevertheless, the precise molecular mechanisms by which basolateral amygdala astrocytes regulate chronic stress–induced anxiety-like behaviors remain to be fully elucidated. In this study, we found that in a mouse model of anxiety triggered by unpredictable chronic mild stress, the expression of excitatory amino acid transporter 2 was upregulated in the basolateral amygdala. Interestingly, our findings indicate that the targeted knockdown of excitatory amino acid transporter 2 specifically within the basolateral amygdala astrocytes was able to rescue the anxiety-like behavior in mice subjected to stress. Furthermore, we found that the overexpression of excitatory amino acid transporter 2 in the basolateral amygdala, whether achieved through intracranial administration of excitatory amino acid transporter 2agonists or through injection of excitatory amino acid transporter 2-overexpressing viruses with GfaABC1D promoters, evoked anxiety-like behavior in mice. Our single-nucleus RNA sequencing analysis further confirmed that chronic stress induced an upregulation of excitatory amino acid transporter 2 specifically in astrocytes in the basolateral amygdala. Moreover, through in vivo calcium signal recordings, we found that the frequency of calcium activity in the basolateral amygdala of mice subjected to chronic stress was higher compared with normal *** knocking down the expression of excitatory amino acid transporter 2 in the basolateral amygdala, the frequency of calcium activity was not significantly increased, and anxiety-like behavior was ob

Backfill is often employed in mining operations for ground support,with its positive impact on ground stability acknowledged in many underground ***,existing studies have predominantly focused only on the stress development within the backfill material,leaving the influence of stope backfilling on stress distribution in surrounding rock mass and ground stability largely ***,this paper presents numerical models in FLAC3D to investigate,for the first time,the time-dependent stress redistribution around a vertical backfilled stope and its implications on ground stability,considering the creep of surrounding rock *** the Soft Soil constitutive model,the compressibility of backfill under large pressure was *** is found that the creep deformation of rock mass exercises compression on backfill and results in a less void ratio and increased modulus for fill *** compacted backfill conversely influenced the stress distribution and ground stability of rock mass which was a combined effect of wall creep and compressibility of *** the increase of time or/and creep deformation,the minimum principal stress in the rocks surrounding the backfilled stope increased towards the pre-mining stress state,while the deviatoric stress reduces leading to an increased factor of safety and improved ground *** improvement effect of backfill on ground stability increased with the increase of mine depth and stope height,while it is also more pronounced for the narrow stope,the backfill with a smaller compression index,and the soft rocks with a smaller viscosity ***,the results emphasize the importance of minimizing empty time and backfilling extracted stope as soon as possible for ground *** of filling gap height enhances the local stability around the roof of stope.
