this work uses isogeometric analysis(IGA),which is based on nonlocal hypothesis and higher-order shear beam hypothesis,to investigate the static bending and free oscillation of a magneto-electro-elastic functionally graded(MEE-FG)nanobeam subject to elastic boundary constraints(BCs).The magneto-electric boundary condition and the Maxwell equation are used to calculate the variation of electric and magnetic potentials along the thickness direction of the *** study is innovative since it does not use the conventional boundary ***,an elastic system of straight and torsion springs with controllable stiffness is used to support nanobeams’beginning and end positions,creating customizable *** governing equations of motion of nanobeams are established by applying Hamilton’s principle and IGA is used to determine deflections and natural frequency *** studies were performed to evaluate the convergence and accuracy of the proposed *** from this,the impact of the input parameters on the static bending and free oscillation of the MEE-FG nanobeam is examined in *** findings could be valuable for analyzing and designing innovative structures constructed of functionally graded MEE materials.

随着全球社会进入知识经济和国际一体化时代,世界造纸业的竞争形势也发生了巨大的变化,与此同时随着越南宏观经济的快速发展,越南的造纸业也进入了快速增长的阶段,成为推动越南国民经济快速发展的重要力量。越南造纸业的高速增长吸引了大量外国投资者来争夺利润,这给越南本土造纸业的发展带来了巨大的机遇和挑战,同时带给越南的政府和企业借鉴国外优秀企业先进的管理手段和丰富的经验的机会。对一个企业来说,人力资源是构成企业管理的要素之一,人力资源管理被视为企业的战略因素。企业用工制度是人力资源管理的重要部分,做好企业用工制度就是做好企业的人力资源管理。越南本土纸类企业在用工制度方面存在很多问题,还没有很好地实现人力资源的目标。根据以上情况分析,本文对越南平阳省工业区三家纸业公司（上海正隆纸业公司、日本王子制纸公司、越南安平纸业公司）的用工制度进行分析和比较研究。在具体研究中,本文采用理论分析和案例分析相结合的研究方法。首先从劳动关系理论,人力资源管理理论,需要层次理论,双因素理论和公平理论,分析了上海正隆纸业,日本王子纸业,越南安平纸业公司的用工制度的状况,分析各个不同企业的用工制度形式差别。其次,从这三家企业的用工制度在四个方面:从员工招聘,薪酬制定,福利发放和员工培训进行比较。在员工招聘方面,本文比较招聘数量、种类、渠道和招聘流程;在薪酬制定方面,本文将以这三家企业的平均薪酬为基础,利用问卷调查法,运用SPSS软件进行这三家企业的员工对三家企业的薪酬满意度的比较;在福利发放方面,本文将利用问卷调查结果和越南劳动法改革,进行每个企业在福利方面的各个因素的分析和比较;在员工培养方面,本文从企业不同的用工制度模型,分析和比较每个企业的人才培养政策、过程、时间和结果。最后根据三家企业用工制度不同点,提出现存的问题和原因,针对其中存在的问题,从社会和企业两个层面提出具有针对性的一些建议,包括:完善劳动法律法规、优化劳动力市场建设、转变政府职能,以及探索新型用工制度、完善职工权益保护制度、塑造以人为本的企业文化、完善职工培训机制、完善职工薪酬制度、完善职工招聘制度。希望通过本文的研究分析,能够对越南纸类企业用工制度产生积极、有效的影响。

this research aims to analyze the static bending and free vibration behaviors of bidirectional functionally graded porous(BFGP)curved microbeams with elastic boundary conditions resting on a Pasternak’s elastic foundation in a hygro-thermal *** analysis based on non-uniform rational B-splines,first-order shear deformation theory,nonlocal elasticity theory combined with the modified strain gradient theories,modified Timoshenko beam theory are formulated to depict bending and shear deformations of BFGP curved ***,because using the modified Timoshenko beam theory,this study removes the requirement for a shear correction factor and describes shear stress by zero at the upper and lower cross-sectional sites of the BFGP curved *** from traditional boundary conditions,where the beginning and end positions of a curved beam are connected by an elastic system of straight and torsion *** allows for greater flexibility in controlling the stiffness of the springs to obtain arbitrary *** assess the accuracy and convergence of the proposed approach,validation numerical examples were conducted in the various examples.

The article introduces a finite element procedure using the bilinear quadrilateral element or four-node rectangular element(namely Q4 element) based on a refined first-order shear deformation theory(rFSDT) and Monte Carlo simulation(MCS), so-called refined stochastic finite element method to investigate the random vibration of functionally graded material(FGM) plates subjected to the moving *** advantage of the proposed method is to use r-FSDT to improve the accuracy of classical FSDT, satisfy the stress-free condition at the plate boundaries, and combine with MCS to analyze the vibration of the FGM plate when the parameter inputs are random quantities following a normal distribution. The obtained results show that the distribution characteristics of the vibration response of the FGM plate depend on the standard deviation of the input parameters and the velocity of the moving ***, the numerical results in this study are expected to contribute to improving the understanding of FGM plates subjected to moving loads with uncertain input parameters.

众所周知,词汇是最重要的语言要素之一,是语言的建筑材料。掌握一门语言,词汇的学习必不可少。同时,词汇也是文化的载体,词汇里面有很大部分是具有特殊内涵意义的文化词语。汉语里存在数量众多的文化词语,这些文化词语集中反映了中国丰富而独特的文化风貌,成为对外汉语教学中不可缺少的部分,越来越受到教学者和研究者的重视。“文化词语往往是词汇中最能体现出文化差异性的部分,也是学习者最难以掌握、最容易理解错误并导致交际失败的部分”①。因此,学习和掌握汉语中的文化词语,对于提高学习者特别是母语环境中的学习者的语言水平与交际能力,具有重要意义。目前,越南的汉语学习者逐年增加,汉语已成为越南的第二大外语语种。虽然越南刚刚有孔子学院,但是汉语在越南大学的推广速度令人惊讶。据不完全统计,越南现在已有60多所大学开设了中文系,或者把汉语设置为专业选修课。中越两国有着深厚的历史文化渊源,因此,两国在文化方面有很多相同和相似性;但同时也必须认识到,两国文化还存在着诸多差异,体现在文化词语上,即中越语言中既有内涵意义相同的文化词语,也有很多内涵意义不同的文化词语。对于越南汉语学习者来说,正确掌握汉语文化词语的内涵意义,对于提高他们的语言水平和交际能力至关重要。综上所述,笔者以在越南使用最广泛的汉语教材《汉语教程》(1-3册)为研究对象,采用调查统计法、访谈法、跨学科综合研究法、对比分析法等,对教材中的文化词语进行详尽的统计与分类,在此基础上进行汉越文化词语内涵意义的对比分析,从而对越南汉语文化词语教学情况进行反思,并有针对性地提出对越汉语文化词语教学的相关建议。本论文的主要内容包括以下四个部分。第一部分是绪论,分别介绍了研究的缘起以及研究意义、研究内容和研究方法等。第二部分为研究综述,对与本研究相关的文献进行了详细的梳理和介绍。第三部分为本论文的主要部分,在介绍《汉语教程》这套教材的基础上,详尽统计该教材里的文化词语,并加以分类,再分别从1.中-越概念意义相同,内涵意义相同或相近的文化词语;2.中-越概念意义相同,内涵意义不同的文化词语;3.中-越概念意义相同,汉语有内涵意义,越语无内涵意义等三个方面进行词语意义的对比分析。第四部分为建议与全文总结。在上面对比分析的基础上,从教师培训、教学手段和文化活动等方面对越南汉语文化词语的教学提出相关建议,之后对全文进行总结,对下一步的研究工作进行了初步规划。

In this paper,two lifting mechanism models with opposing placements,which use the same hydraulic hoist model and have the same angle of 50°,have been *** mechanical and hydraulic simulation models are established using MATLAB Simscape to analyze their kinetics and dynamics in the lifting and holding *** simulation findings are compared to the analytical calculation results in the steady state,and both methods show good *** the early lifting stage,Model 1 produces greater force and discharges goods in the container faster than Model ***,Model 2 reaches a higher force and ejects goods from the container cleaner than its counterpart at the end lifting *** established simulation models can consider the effects of dynamic loads due to inertial moments and forces generated during the system *** is crucial in studying,designing,and optimizing the structure of hydraulic-mechanical systems.

Land use type affects the physicochemical properties of *** value of OM and TN is high in acacia *** acidity of soil is considered a serious constraint for *** cash crops are acacia,cassava,banana,rice and *** fertility is affected by land-use types and land management,which exacerbates soil erosion and various other forms of soil degradation in the mountainous regions of *** study was conducted in A Luoi District,Thua thien Hue,Vietnam to identify the effects of land-use types on specific soil physicochemical characteristics related to soil *** physicochemical properties,such as organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorous(TP),and K+were significantly affected by land-use *** results showed that the soils were sandy in rice but clay loam for acacia and *** mean bulk density value of acacia soil was significantly greater than that of other *** were higher in the acacia soils than those in the rice,maize,and banana *** OM content was significantly higher in the acacia,cassava,and banana soils than those in the rice and maize *** mean of exchangeable K+in the rice soil was higher compared to those in other soils and was affected by land-use *** high exchangeable acidity content in the soils was probably due to intensive ***,both land use type and management did not affect the CEC ***,the inappropriate land use caused the disturbance of soil physicochemical properties,indicating that the conditions of rice and maize soils are becoming worse than acacia ***,lowering the intensity of cultivation,adopting incorporated soil fertility management,and applying organic fertilizer should preserve the existing conditions and enhance soil properties.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of the severe COVID-19 pandemic on neonates and develop strategies to improve their ***:We conducted an observational cross-sectional study at Children's Hospital 1(CH1)from July 25,2021,to May 31,*** neonates who had fever or respiratory symptoms or were born from mothers with COVID-19 and had a positive RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 result would be *** classified neonates with COVID-19 into 2 groups:mild/moderate and severe for *** between groups were analyzed using Fisher's exact test/Chi-square test for categorical variables and Student's t-test/Wilcoxon Rank Sum test for continuous ***:this study included 88 newborns who had positive RT-PCR SARS-CoV-2 *** severity COVID-19 rate among neonatal cases was found to be 13.6%(12/88),with a corresponding mortality rate of 1.1%(1/88).All severe cases showed lung abnormalities as evident on chest X-ray *** addition to respiratory symptoms,a higher incidence of gastrointestinal manifestations,such as vomiting and diarrhea,was observed in the severe group,indicating a compelling *** administration of anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory drugs in the study group resulted in a satisfactory outcome with no significant ***:The COVID-19 pandemic has had a substantial impact on the well-being of *** management of COVID-19 in this population presents significant challenges.
