The compact physical parameters(μ_(α),U_(iα))in multichannel quantum defect theory(MQDT)can be directly calculated with relativistic multichannel theory(RMCT).Here we report a systematic study of the MQDT parameters(fiay Uia)with RMCT along the Ne-like iso-electronic sequence(including Ca^(10+),Fe^(16+),Ge^(22+),Ag^(37+) ions).We find that the physical parameters(μ_(α),U_(iα))show a very interesting scaling behavior along the iso-electronic sequence.

采用LiBO为熔剂,LiBr为脱膜剂,同时加入大量氧化剂LiNO防止钨和钼挥发损失及保护铂金合金坩埚不受腐蚀,制备了X射线荧光熔融样片。通过各种基体校正方式及校准曲线分段处理,建立了X射线荧光同时测定矿物中从微量到主量较大含量范围三氧化钨和钼的方法。该法的测定结果与化学法和ICP法相符。两个样品分别10次制样测量,相对标准偏差(RSD):WO从0.19%到2.84%,Mo从0.15%到3.22%。

建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定锡矿石中8种重金属元素Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Sn,Sb,Pb,Bi的分析方法。通过固体纯物质机械混合研磨配制了校准曲线所用的标准样品。采用混合熔剂（Li2B4O7：Li BO2：Li F=10：2.5：1,质量比）加氧化剂Li NO3熔融制备了X射线荧光法所用玻璃片样品（混合熔剂：Li NO3：试样=20：3：1质量比）。在高温熔融过程中,易挥发元素As,Pb一直存在于熔体中,未随熔融时间的增加而出现挥发损失。使用外加内标元素法（In和Co）对元素Sn,Sb,Fe的吸收增强效应进行校正,其它元素使用Compton散射线内标法进行校正。采用干扰曲线法校正Pb Lα对As Kα以及Sn Lβ1背景峰对Sb Lα的谱线重叠干扰。各元素检出限分别为Fe 0.0074%,Cu 0.0043%,Zn 0.0025%,As 0.0036%,Sn 0.019%,Sb 0.010%,Pb 0.0039%,Bi 0.0026%。对国家一级标准物质锡精矿GBW07232和锡矿石GBW07281分别进行10次制样测量,各元素精密度（RSD）在0.11%~18%之间。

We propose and investigate a novel stable two-dimensional（2D） AlO2with anomalous stoichiometric ratios based on first-principles calculation. 2D AlO2has metallic properties. It possesses the rare in-plane and out-of-plane negative Poisson's ratio（NPR） phenomenon, originating from its special sawtooth-like structure. The absolute value of the NPR decreases as the number of layers increases. The adsorption of volatile organic compounds（VOCs） including CH2O, C2H3Cl and C6H6by AlO2exhibit small adsorption distance, large adsorption energy, large charge transfer and significant density of states（DOS） changes,indicating the presence of strong interactions. The desorption time of each gas molecule on the AlO2surface is also evaluated, and the results further suggest that the desorption of VOCs can be controlled by changing the temperature to achieve the recycling of AlO2. These interesting properties make 2D AlO2a promising material for electronic, mechanical and sensing applications for VOCs.

采用四硼酸锂和硝酸锂作为熔剂熔融制备样品,同时加入Nb和Ta两种元素,分别作为Zr和Hf的内标,通过讨论各种谱线重叠干扰校正效果,分析比较各种内标校正方式,选择了二次干扰曲线法并依据一定顺序校正谱线重叠干扰和加内标元素校正基体效应,建立了测定氧化锆试剂及其矿物中含量范围较宽的氧化锆和氧化铪的X射线荧光光谱分析方法。对3个ZrO2含量差别较大的样品分别制样测定10次,相对标准偏差(RSD)为:ZrO2为0.098%,0.14%,0.78%;HfO2为0.71%,0.64%,3.52%。本方法ZrO2检出限为0.005 1%,HfO2为0.008 4%。通过模拟样品分析,本法测量值与理论加入值相一致;用于实际样品分析,测量值与化学值相吻合。

由于具有预测功能,回归算法是机器学习等领域中常用到的算法,通常是对训练样本的自变量和因变量建立回归模型,然后利用回归模型将测试样本的自变量映射到因变量,但是这个过程没有充分利用测试集中样本的信息,特别是在训练集中样本较少的时候,不能对回归模型进行充分的训练,无法得到令人满意的预测结果。本文将自训练的思想引入到回归算法中,将多个回归算法预测得到的置信度高的样本加入到训练集中重新进行回归,在公开数据集上得到了比传统回归算法更好的预测结果,提高了回归准确率。

Primordial germ cells(PGCs)are the precursors of germline that are specified at the embryonic *** studies reveal that humans employ different mechanisms for PGC specification compared with model organisms such as ***,the specific regulatory machinery remains largely unexplored,mainly due to the inaccessible nature of this complex biological process in ***,we curate and integrate multi-omics data,including 581 RNA-seq,54 ATAC-seq,45 ChIP-seq,and 69 single-cell RNA-seq samples from different stages of human PGC development to recapitulate the precisely controlled and stepwise process,presenting an atlas in the human PGC database(hPGCdb).With these uniformly processed data and integrated analyses,we characterize the potential key transcription factors and regulatory networks governing human germ cell *** validate the important roles of some of the key factors in germ cell development by CRISPRi *** also identify the soma-germline interaction network and discover the involvement of SDC2 and LAMA4 for PGC development,as well as soma-derived NOTCH2 signaling for germ cell *** together,we have built a database for human PGCs(http://43.***.248.15:6882)and demonstrate that hPGCdb enables the identification of the missing pieces of mechanisms governing germline development,including both intrinsic and extrinsic regulatory programs.

Several studies have found that transplantation of neural progenitor cells(NPCs)promotes the survival of injured ***,a poor integration rate and high risk of tumorigenicity after cell transplantation limits their clinical *** extracellular vesicles(sEVs)contain bioactive molecules for neuronal protection and *** studies have shown that stem/progenitor cell-derived sEVs can promote neuronal survival and recovery of neurological function in neurodegenerative eye diseases and other eye *** this study,we intravitreally transplanted sEVs derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs)and hiPSCs-differentiated NPCs(hiPSC-NPC)in a mouse model of optic nerve *** results show that these intravitreally injected sEVs were ingested by retinal cells,especially those localized in the ganglion cell *** with hiPSC-NPC-derived sEVs mitigated optic nerve crush-induced retinal ganglion cell degeneration,and regulated the retinal microenvironment by inhibiting excessive activation of *** analysis further revealed that hiPSC-NPC derived sEVs transported neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory miRNA cargos to target cells,which had protective effects on RGCs after optic nerve *** findings suggest that sEVs derived from hiPSC-NPC are a promising cell-free therapeutic strategy for optic neuropathy.
