Background: Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) s.ands.as.a prominent pos.operative complication in on-pump cardiac s.rgery, with repercus.ions.on morbidity, mortality, and hos.italization duration. Current diagnos.ic criteria relying on s.rum creatinine levels.exhibit a delayed identification of AKI, prompting an exploration of alternative biomarkers. Aims.and Objectives. This.s.udy is.des.gned to overcome diagnos.ic cons.raints.and explore the viability of s.rum Cys.atin C as.an early predictor of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) in individuals.undergoing on-pump cardiac s.rgery. The inves.igation aims.to es.ablis. the relations.ip between s.rum Cys.atin C levels.and the ons.t of AKI in patients.s.bjected to on-pump cardiac s.rgery. Primary objectives.involve the as.es.ment of the diagnos.ic effectivenes. of s.rum Cys.atin C, its.comparis.n with s.rum creatinine, and the exploration of its.potential for the early identification and treatment of AKI. Methodology: Conducted as.a s.ngle-center s.udy at the cardiac s.rgery department of Bs.MU in Banglades. from s.ptember 2020 to Augus. 2022, a comparative cros.-s.ctional analys.s.involved 31 participants.categorized into No AKI and AKI groups.bas.d on Kidney Dis.as.: Improving Global Outcomes.(KDIGO) criteria. Data collection encompas.ed preoperative, pos.-CBP (cardiopulmonary bypas.) conclus.on at 2 hours. pos.operative day 1, and pos.operative day 2 intervals. s.atis.ical analys.s.included Chi-s.uared tes.s. independent s.udent’s.t-tes.s. and one-s.mple t-tes.s. s.gnificance was.s.t at P Res.lts. The s.udy revealed no s.gnificant differences.in bas.line characteris.ics.between the No AKI and AKI groups. except for CPB time and cros.-clamp time. s.rum Cys.atin C levels.in the AKI group exhibited s.atis.ical s.gnificance at various.time points. highlighting its.potential as.an early detector. 目的评估不同运动习惯的中国老年人进行居家脊柱后凸专项运动的可行性,探讨该运动计划对减少胸椎后凸角度和改善活动能力的效果.方法本研究采用单组前后对照研究设计.在中国武汉市4个社区选取20名年龄≥60岁,患有胸椎过度后凸畸形且有康复潜力的老年人为研究对象.老年人接受为期6周的居家脊柱后凸专项运动干预,包括热身、肌肉加强、脊柱直立、脊柱灵活性和放松5个部分(22个动作),共有7次1 h的小组课程和35次的居家练习.在干预前后对老年人两种站立姿势下胸椎后凸角度、静态平衡、动态平衡、心肺功能、功能步态、疼痛及自我形象等指标进行评估并比较.采用老年人小组课程的出勤率、居家练习依从性及参与评价等指标来分析干预的可行性.结果所有老年人均完成了小组课程和>75%的居家练习内容.干预后老年人在放松和最佳站立姿势下胸椎后凸角度较干预前均减少,中位数及四分位数间距分别为-12.0°(-15.5°,-4.0°)(Z=-3.98,P<0.001)和-10.0°(-14.0°,-5.3°)(Z=-3.79,P<0.001).此外,干预后老年人疼痛程度明显减轻(P<0.001),自我形象认知得分提高(P<0.001),5项活动能力水平也有所提高(P<0.01).干预前后凸严重程度和日常体力活动强度不影响干预效果.大多数老年人认为干预强度适中且令人满意.结论居家脊柱后凸专项运动在老年人胸椎过度后凸干预中具有可行性,并且可减少胸椎后凸角度,提升活动能力.

本文所进行的试验,记录了牦牛瘤胃液的流率和有关参数。本试验用了两头9—10月龄的公牦牛,体重70—75千克。这两头牦牛产自海拔3000米高原,带到海拔1300米高地。15天适应水土之后,连续7天期内记录每天干物质和水的摄食量。每天上午9∶00喂饲。结束时,用探针插入瘤胃内部,从各个方向采集有代表性的着色的瘤胃液样品,连续两天。这些样品在每分钟2000转离心机离心10分钟,然后测定pH值。这些样品也作氨氮、非蛋白氮(NPN)、总氮及总挥发性脂肪酸分析。

由于大部分水稻育种的最终目标是获得高产、稳产,因此对于育种工作者来说,水稻产量及其构成因素是重要的性状。在大田试验中,采用随机区组设计,设两个重复,对CT 9993-5-10-1-M×IR 62266-42-6-2杂交而得的144份水稻品系DH群体的产量及其主要农艺性状的数量性状位点(QTL s.进行定位。采用M APM AKER/QTL1.1软件进行区间定位并估计每个QTL的表型方差的百分比,以LOD阈值>2.4来确定一个QTL的有无。试验鉴定出与6个水稻农艺性状如千粒重、单株产量、株高、穗长、粒宽、粒长宽比有关的23个QTL s.这些QTL s.有助于提高水稻产量,并有利于了解水稻产量性状的遗传调控。
