Dendrites growth,chemical corrosion,and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)on zinc anodes are the main barriers for the development of aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs).Constructing interfacial protec-tive layer is an effective way to alleviate the side reactions on the ***,Cu/Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene(CMX)with high zincophilic and hydrophobic property is prepared by the lewis molten salts etching method,and the CMX interface protection layer is constructed by a simple spin *** CMX coat-ing layer can provide abundant nucleation sites and uniformize the charge distribution through the zin-cophilic Ti_(3)C_(2)Cl_(2)MXene matrix,leading to homogenous Zn *** addition,the hydrophobic coat-ing contained anti-corrosive Cu nanoparticles can prevent the Zn anode from the electrolyte,beneficial for suppressing the chemical corrosion and ***,the stable and reversible Zn plating/stripping is achieved for the Zn anode coated by the CMX,which exhibits the lifespan of over 1400 h at 0.5 mA cm^(−2),and even can steadily run for 700 h with 65 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2).Furthermore,CMX@Zn shows a high coulombic efficiency of over 100%for 3800 cycles,which indicates that the CMX@Zn electrode has excellent stability and reversibility of Zn stripping/*** full batteries assembled with ZnCoMnO/C(ZCM)cathodes also exhibits higher capacity(450.6 mAh g^(−1)at 0.1 A g^(−1))and cycle stability(capacity retention of 70%after 1500 cycles).This work enhanced the lifespan of AZIBs and broaden the research of multifunctional coating layer to other secondary batteries based on metal anodes.

YOLO-CRD:A Lightweight Model for the Detection of Rice Diseases in Natural Environments

Rice diseases can adversely affect both the yield and quality of rice crops,leading to the increased use of pesticides and environmental *** detection of rice diseases in natural environments is crucial for both operational efﬁciency and quality *** learning-based disease identiﬁcation technologies have shown promise in automatically discerning disease ***,effectively extracting early disease features in natural environments remains a challenging *** address this issue,this study proposes the YOLO-CRD *** research selected images of common rice diseases,primarily bakanae disease,bacterial brown spot,leaf rice fever,and dry tip nematode disease,from Tianjin *** proposed YOLO-CRD model enhanced the YOLOv5s network architecture with a Convolutional Channel Attention Module,Spatial Pyramid Pooling Cross-Stage Partial Channel module,and Ghost *** former module improves attention across image channels and spatial dimensions,the middle module enhances model generalization,and the latter module reduces model *** validate the feasibility and robustness of this method,the detection model achieved the following metrics on the test set:mean average precision of 90.2%,accuracy of 90.4%,F1-score of 88.0,and GFLOPS of *** the speciﬁc diseases,the mean average precision scores were 85.8%for bakanae disease,93.5%for bacterial brown spot,94%for leaf rice fever,and 87.4%for dry tip nematode *** studies and comparative analyses veriﬁed the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed *** researchﬁnd-ings can be applied to rice disease detection,laying the groundwork for the development of automated rice disease detection equipment.

Nrf2-mediated ferroptosis of spermatogenic cells involved in male reproductive toxicity induced by polystyrene nanoplastics in mice

Microplastics(MPs)and nanoplastics(NPs)have become hazardous materials due to the massive amount of plastic waste and disposable masks,but their specific health effects remain *** this study,fluorescence-labeled polystyrene NPs(PS-NPs)were injected into the circulatory systems of mice to determine the distribution and potential toxic effects of NPs in ***,whole-body imaging found that PS-NPs accumulated in the testes of ***,the toxic effects of PS-NPs on the reproduction systems and the spermatocytes cell line of male mice,and their mechanisms,were *** oral exposure to PS-NPs,their spermatogenesis was affected and the spermatogenic cells were *** spermatocyte cell line GC-2 was exposed to PS-NPs and analyzed using RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)to determine the toxic mechanisms;a ferroptosis pathway was found after PS-NP *** phenomena and indicators of ferroptosis were then determined and verified by ferroptosis inhibitor ferrostatin-1(Fer-1),and it was also found that nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)played an important role in spermatogenic cell ferroptosis induced by ***,it was confirmed in vivo that this mechanism of Nrf2 played a protective role in PS-NPs-induced male reproductive *** study demonstrated that PS-NPs induce male reproductive dysfunction in mice by causing spermatogenic cell ferroptosis dependent on Nrf2.

海洋生物是人类重要的食物来源,其中含有大量高质量的蛋白质。海洋多肽具有抗高血压、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等生物学功能,作为开发功能性食品和药品的来源具有巨大的潜力。本文介绍了近年来国内外利用化学水解法、酶水解法、微生物发酵法以及物理辅助提取法提取海洋多肽并采用色谱法、膜分离法将其分离纯化的相关技术,比较了它们之间的差异性,并对海洋多肽的血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)抑制活性、抗氧化活性和抗肿瘤活性等生物活性以及应用现状进行了综述。

A bifunctional wood membrane modified by MoS_(2)/covalent organic framework heterojunctions for effective solar-driven water evaporation and contaminant degradation

Interfacial solar evaporation technology is considered one of the most promising strategies for alleviating the scarcity of freshwater ***,solar-driven evaporation technology cannot eliminate the pollutants in the residual *** solve this problem,we have prepared a two-in-one solar-driven evaporation/photocatalysis system by decorating MoS_(2)/covalent organic framework(COF)heterojunctions on wood(MoS_(2)/COF-wood).Thanks to the unique porous structure of wood,it provides a strong guarantee for water transport and vapor release during the evaporation *** introduction of MoS_(2) and COFs can promote the breaking of hydrogen bonds between water molecules,which leads to a significant decrease in the enthalpy of evaporation,achieving a water evaporation rate as high as 2.17 kg m^(-2)h^(-1)under 1 sun ***,the resulting MoS_(2)/COF-wood exhibits good salt resistance and *** addition,the heterojunctions formed between COFs and MoS_(2) can effectively inhibit charge carrier complexation and improve the photocatalytic degradation ability of pollutants(over 99%).This study highlights the construction strategy of bifunctional wood-based materials for freshwater production and wastewater remediation.

Realizing the hydrogen economy by water electrolysis is an attractive approach for hydrogen production,while the efficient and stable bifunctional catalysts under high current densities are the bottleneck that limits the half-cell reactions of water ***,we propose an approach of hydrothermal and thermal annealing methods for robust MoO_(2)/MoNi_(4)@Ru/RuO_(2) heterogeneous cuboid array electrocatalyst with multiplying surface-active sites by depositing a monolayer amount of *** from abundant MoO_(2)/MoNi_(4)@Ru/RuO_(2)heterointerfaces,MoO_(2)/MoNi_(4)@Ru/RuO_(2) heterogeneous cuboid array electrocatalysts effectively drive the alkaline water splitting with superior hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)*** synthesized MoO_(2)/MoNi_(4)@Ru/RuO_(2) has high HER activity,which realizes the working overpotentials of 48 mV at 50 mA·cm^(-2),further achieving overpotentials of 230 mv for industry-level 1000 mA·cm^(-2) in alkaline water ***,it also showed an enhanced OER activity than commercial RuO_(2) with a small overpotential of 280 mV at 200 mA·cm^(-2) in alkaline *** building an electrolyzer with electrodes of(-)MoO_(2)/MoNi_(4)@Ru/RuO_(2)IIMo02/MoNig@Ru/RuO_(2)(+),a cell voltage of 1.63 V and 1.75 V is just required to support the current density of 200 mA·cm^(-2) and 500 mA-cm^(-2) in alkaline water electrolysis,much lower than that of the electrolyzer of(-)Pt/CIIRuO_(2)(+).This work demonstrates that MoO_(2)/MoNig@Ru/RuO_(2) heterogeneous nanosheet arrays are promising candidates for industrial water electrolysis applications,providing a possibility for the exploration of water electrolysis with a large currentdensity.

苄星青霉素皮肤试验现状调查与分析

目的了解我国皮肤科医师对梅毒患者接受苄星青霉素治疗前进行皮肤试验(皮试)的实施现状。方法自行设计调查问卷,问卷内容包括接受调查者基本信息(问题1)、梅毒患者拟接受苄星青霉素治疗时皮试时间(问题2)、认为目前青霉素皮试存在的问题和建议(问题3)等3个方面。依托中华医学会心身医学分会心身皮肤病协作学组,以网络问卷方式展开调查,国内皮肤科医师自愿参与。调查时间为2021年7月2日至8月16日。对获得的数据进行描述性统计分析。结果共回收电子问卷366份,确认有效的为358份(回收率97.8%)。358位皮肤科医师来自全国20个省、4个直辖市、4个自治区的247个单位,其中三级甲等医院129家;人数居前3位的为北京市(148位,41.3%),云南省(42位,11.7%),河南省(25位,7.0%)。358位医师中,222位(62.0%)选择"每周注射苄星青霉素前均需皮试",102位(28.5%)选择"连续注射者,7 d内再次注射时无需再次皮试",33位(9.2%)选择"连续注射者,72 h内无需再次皮试",1位(0.3%)选择"其他"并补充说明"在停药48 h后需再次皮试"。三级甲等医院有更高比例的医师(32.5%,64/197)选择"连续注射者,7 d内再次注射时无需再次皮试"。91位(25.4%)医师对问题3进行了回答,均认为目前的苄星青霉素皮试现状给临床治疗带来了困惑,部分医师给出了制定苄星青霉素皮试规范、增加对照试验等建议。结论国内对苄星青霉素治疗梅毒的皮试时间窗和操作无统一标准,阻碍了梅毒的规范化治疗,亟需制定苄星青霉素皮试的指导性文件。

The nickel-rich layered cathode material LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)has high energy density,lower cost and is a promising cathode material currently under ***,its electrochemical and structural stability is poor during *** the many modification methods,cation doping has been consistently proven to be an effective strategy for enhancing electrochemical ***,the NCM811 cathode material was modified by solid-phase reactions with Mg and Al *** addition,the corresponding mechanism of NCM811 cathode material-doped modification is explored by density functional theory(DFT)calculations,and we have extended this approach to other ternary cathode materials with different ratios and obtained universal *** with DFT calculations,the results show that Mg2+occupies the Li+site and reduces the degree of Li+/Ni2+mixture;Al3+acts as a structural support during charging and discharging to prevent structural *** electrochemical properties were tested by an electrochemical workstation and the LAND system,and the results showed that the capacity retention rate increased to varying degrees from 63.66%to 69.87%and 89.05%for NCM811-Mg and NCM811-Al at room temperature after 300 cycles,*** study provides a theoretical basis and design strategy for commercializing cationic-doped modification of nickel-rich cathode materials.
