A new kind of AlCoCrFeNiTi high-entropy alloy(HEA)as a grain refiner was prepared by vacuum arc *** this work,the effects of HEA(1.0 wt.%,2.0 wt.%and 3.0 wt.%)on the microstructure and mechanical properties of pure aluminum were *** microstructure was characterized and examined by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD),electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)to indicate the refining abilities and mechanism of HEA on pure *** show that the addition of HEA refined both the macrostructure and microstructure of pure *** 1.0 wt.%HEA was added,most coarse columnar grains were refined into equiaxed crystals,and as the amount of HEA increased to 2.0 wt.%and3.0 wt.%,aluminum grains were further refined,and the grain boundaries were nearly ***,the morphology ofα-Al transformed from coarse columnar crystals to equiaxed grains,and the mean size ofα-Al grains decreased from 374μm to 27μ*** Al3Ti,Al3Ni,and nano-phase precipitated from the aluminum alloy with HEA in the *** typical rod-like nano-phases distributed interdendritic regions ofα-*** average length of nano-phases is 2568 nm,4372 nm,and 6907 nm and the average diameter is 112 nm,103 nm,and 92 nm when 1.0 wt.%,2.0 wt.%and 3.0 wt.%HEA were added to the pure aluminum,*** ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and yield strength(YS)were improved in all samples,whereas the elongation(El)was decreased with increasing HEA *** 3.0 wt.%HEA was added into the aluminum melt,the UTS was improved by 145.2%from62 MPa to 152 MPa,the YS was increased by 173.8%from 42 MPa to 115 MPa,and the El was decreased by 33.3%from 39%to 26%.

Antiferroelectric PbZrO_(3)(AFE PZO)films have great potential to be used as the energy storage dielectrics due to the unique electric field(E)-induced phase transition ***,the phase transition process always accompanies a polarization(P)hysteresis effect that induces the large energy loss(Wloss)and lowers the breakdown strength(EBDS),leading to the inferior energy storage density(Wrec)as well as low *** this work,the synergistic strategies by doping smaller ions of Li^(+)–Al^(3+)to substitute Pb2+and lowering the annealing temperature(T)from 700 to 550℃are proposed to change the microstructures and tune the polarization characters of PZO films,except to dramatically improve the energy storage *** prepared Pb_((1−x))(Li_(0.5)Al_(0.5))_(x)ZrO_(3)(P_((1−x))(L_(0.5)A_(0.5))_(x)ZO)films exhibit ferroelectric(FE)-like rather than AFE character once the doping content of Li^(+)–Al^(3+)ions reaches 6 mol%,accompanying a significant improvement of W_(rec) of 49.09 J/cm^(3),but the energy storage efficiency(η)is only 47.94%due to the long-correlation of FE ***,the low-temperature annealing is carried out to reduce the crystalline degree and the P loss.P_(0.94)(L_(0.5)A_(0.5))_(0.06)ZO films annealed at 550℃deliver a linear-like polarization behavior rather than FE-like behavior annealed at 700℃,and the lowered remanent polarization(P_(r))as well as improved E_(BDS)(4814 kV/cm)results in the superior Wrec of 58.7 J/cm^(3) and efficiency of 79.16%,simultaneously possessing excellent frequency and temperature stability and good electric fatigue tolerance.

Film dielectric capacitors have been widely used in high‐power electronic *** design of microstructure and the choice of fillers play an important role in nano-composites'energy storage *** learning methods can classify and summarise the limited data and then explore the promising composite *** this work,a dataset has been established,which contained a large amount of data on the maximum energy storage density of *** using processed visual image infor-mation to express the internal information of composite,the prediction accuracy of the prediction models built by three machine learning algorithms increase from 84.1%to 91.9%,80.9%to 68.9%,70.6%to 81.6%,*** calculating the branch weight in the random forest prediction model,the influence degree of different descriptors on the energy storage performance of nanocomposites is analysed.A total of 10 groups of composites with different structure and filler amount were prepared in the laboratory,which were used to verify the reliability of prediction ***,the effective filler's structure is explored by three prediction models and some suggestions for the interface design of filler are given.

Biaxially oriented polypropylene(BOPP)is one of the most commonly used commercial capacitor films,but its upper operating temperature is below 105℃due to the sharply increased electrical conduction loss at high *** this study,growing an inorganic nanoscale coating layer onto the BOPP film's surface is proposed to suppress electrical conduction loss at high temperature,as well as increase its upper operating *** kinds of inorganic coating layers that have different energy band structure and dielectric property are grown onto the both surface of BOPP films,*** effect of inorganic coating layer on the high-temperature energy storage performance has been systematically *** favorable coating layer materials and appropriate thickness enable the BOPP films to have a significant improvement in high-temperature energy storage ***,when the aluminum nitride(AIN)acts as a coating layer,the AIN-BOPP-AIN sandwich-structured films possess a discharged energy density of 1.5 J cm^(-3)with an efficiency of 90%at 125℃,accompanying an outstandingly cyclic *** the discharged energy density and operation temperature are significantly enhanced,indicating that this efficient and facile method provides an important reference to improve the high-temperature energy storage performance of polymer-based dielectric films.

A number of 151695 wheat expression sequence tags (ESTs) that originated from GenBank/dbEST from July 14, 2003 to August 24, 2004 were used to search for simple sequence repeats (SSRs) with motif 2―5 bp, and 2038 simple sequence repeats (EST-SSRs), which accounted for 1.34% of EST database, were identified. Based on these SSR sequences, 249 EST-SSR primer pairs and 166 amplified clear bands in various wheat cultivars were designed. These EST-SSR markers can be used as new molecular markers in wheat and related species. Using Chinese Spring nulli-tetrasomic lines, 93 EST-SSR primer pairs and 193 EST-SSR loci were located on 19 wheat chromosomes except for 4A and 4B. Forty-three loci were mapped on 11 chromosomes of the genetic frame- work map previously constructed using recombinant inbred lines.

High-temperature energy storage performance of dielectric capacitors is cru-cial for the next generation of power electronic ***,conduction losses rise sharply at elevated temperature,limiting the application of energy storage ***,the mica films magnetron sputtered by different insulating layers are specifically investigated,which exhibit the excellent high-temperature energy storage *** experimental results revealed that the PbZrO3/Al2O3/PbZrO3(PZO/AO/PZO)interface insulating layers can effec-tively reduce the high-temperature leakage current and conduction loss of the composite ***,the ultrahigh energy storage density(Wrec)and charge‒discharge efficiency(η)can be achieved simultaneously in the flexi-ble mica-based composite ***,PZO/AO/PZO/mica/PZO/AO/PZO(PAPMPAP)films possess excellent Wrec of 27.5 J/cm3 andηof 87.8%at 200◦C,which are significantly better than currently reported high-temperature capaci-tive energy storage dielectric *** with outstanding power density and electrical cycling stability,the flexible films in this work have great appli-cation potential in high-temperature energy storage ***,the magnetron sputtering technology can deposit large-area nanoscale insulating layers on the surface of capacitor films,which can provide technical support for the industrial production of capacitors.

TIG welding was used to deposit Co-8.8 Al-9.8 W-0.2 B superalloy on 304 austenite stainless steel. The form factor of weld, dilution ratio, microhardness, microstructure and distribution of alloying elements were investigated. The microstructure of cladding layer was mainly hypoeutectic. The primary phases were cobalt-rich solid solution. The eutectic phase was composed of cobalt-rich solid solution,Co6W6C and Co Cx. When the boron content increased from 0.2% to 0.5%,the dilution ratio decreased,the primary phase became coarse and the microhardness decreased. When the boron content was from 0.5% to 2%,the dilution ratio and microhardness increased obviously,but the primary phase was *** hard phase of Co-8.8 Al-9.8 W became refined and the amount was raised,and the performance of cladding layer was improved with appropriate boron increase.

Mathematical Model of Heat Treatment and Its Computer Simulation

Computer simulation on heat treatment is the foundation of intelligent heat treatment. The simulations of temperature field, phase transformation, stress/strain complicate quenching operation were realized by using the model of three dimensional non linear finite element method and the treatment methods of abruptly changing interface conditions. The simulation results basically fit those measured in experiments. The intelligent sealed multipurpose furnace production line has been developed based on the combination of computer simulation on gaseous carburizing and computer control technology. More than 3000 batches of workpieces have been processed on this production line, and all are up to standard. The application of computer simulation technology can significantly improve the loading ability and relia bility of nitriding and carburizing workpieces, reduce heat treatment distortion, and shorten carburizing duration. It is recommended that the reliable product design without redundancy should be performed with the combination of the CAD of mechanical products, the CAE of materials selection and heat treatment, and the dynamic evaluation technology of product reliability.

The self-absorption of γ-ray emitted from cylindrical fissile materials, such as 235 U and 239 Pu, does not possess spherical symmetry. The analytical formulae of self-absorption for γ-ray throughout the cylinder have been obtained. The intensity of γ-ray is a function of γ-ray outgoing directions and cylindrical configurations, accordingly one can acquire the information about geometrical configuration of cylindrical fissile materials through multi-location measurements. Further more, the method is given in this article. The result can be applied to the fissile material safe- guard, such as nuclear monitoring and verifying.
