Collecting green hydrogen(H2)from water splitting driven by renewable energy is a new competition to implement the construction of H2 energy industry and promote new economic growth for global *** common strategy to enhance the efficiency of H2 production is to reduce the potential of electrolytic cell that is the mainstream way to prepare efficient *** double hydroxides(LDHs)are one of the most active electrocatalysts with adjustable active sites in contemporary *** this review,we discuss the recent advanced progress of LDHs for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)on cathode and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)or organic oxidation on anode and emphasize the influence of LDHs structure regulation in water electrolysis process(HER/OER)as well as the current development status of organic oxidation catalyzed by active oxygen species on ***,we propose the current challenges of LDHs in electrocatalysis and prospect their developing tendency and further application.

The prediction of affinity between TCRs and peptides is crucial for the further development of TIL(Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes) immunotherapy. Inspired by the broader research of drug-protein interaction(DPI), we propose an atom-level peptide-TCR interaction(PTI) affinity prediction model APTAnet using natural language processing methods. APTAnet model achieved an average ROC-AUC and PR-AUC of 0.893 and 0.877, respectively, in ten-fold cross-validation on 25,675 pairs of PTI ***, experimental results on an independent test set from the McPAS database showed that APTAnet outperformed the current mainstream models. Finally, through the validation on 11 cases of real tumor patient data, we found that the APTAnet model can effectively identify tumor peptides and screen tumor-specific TCRs.

Electrocatalytic water splitting is considered a clean and practic al method for producing *** this study,COF-Bpy,a bipyridine-functionalized covalent organic framework（COF）,was prepared via post-synthetic modification,after which electrocatalysts for the oxygen evolution reactions（OER） were formed through coordination to single- or double-transition metals（Fe,Co,Ni,FeCo,FeNi or CoNi）.COF-Bpy@FeNi delivered the best OER performance among the studied electrocatalysts,with an overpotential of 399 mV at 10 mA·cm-2in an alkaline electrolyte(1.0 mol·L-1KOH aqueous).Notably,the electrocatalytic performance of COF-Bpy@FeNi showed slight degradation during durability testing,which is ascribable to its irreversible benzoquinoline structure and strong metal *** expected,COF-Bpy@FeNi exhibited a low overpotential of 347 mV at a turnover frequency（TOF） of 0.1 s-1,which suggests that COF-Bpy@FeNi possesses excellent intrinsic electroc atalytic OER ***,density functional theory（DFT） calculations reveal that the Ni site plays a major role,while the Fe site adjusts the electronic structure of the Ni ions,which rationalizes the excellent OER properties of COF-Bpy@*** study not only provides a simple and efficient method for complexing COFs with transition metals,but also offers a novel strategy for designing porous organic polymer electrocatalysts.

Dynamic simulation insights into friction weakening effect on rapid long-runout landslides:A case study of the Yigong landslide in the Tibetan Plateau,China

This study proposed a novel friction law dependent on velocity,displacement and normal stress for kinematic analysis of runout process of rapid *** well-known Yigong landslide occurring in the Tibetan Plateau of China was employed as the case,and the derived dynamic friction formula was included into the numerical simulation based on Particle Flow *** showed that the friction decreased quickly from 0.64(the peak)to 0.1(the stead value)during the 5s-period after the sliding initiation,which explained the behavior of rapid movement of the *** monitored balls set at different sections of the mass showed similar variation characteritics regarding the velocity,namely evident increase at the initial phase of the movement,followed by a fluctuation phase and then a stopping *** peak velocity was more than 100 m/s and most particles had low velocities at 300s after the landslide *** spreading distance of the landslide was calculated at the two-dimension(profile)and three-dimension scale,*** with the simulation result without considering friction weakening effect,our results indicated a max distance of about 10 km from the initial unstable position,which fit better with the actual situation.

Breast cancer,a predominant global health issue,requires ongoing exploration of new therapeutic ***(PAL),a well-known cyclin-dependent kinase(CDK)inhibitor,plays a critical role in breast cancer *** its efﬁcacy is recognized,the interplay between PAL and cellular autophagy,particularly in the context of the RAF/MEK/ERK signaling pathway,remains insufﬁciently *** study investigates PAL’s inhibitory effects on breast cancer using both in vitro(MCF7 and MDA-MB-468 cells)and in vivo(tumor-bearing nude mice)*** at elucidating the impact of PAL on autophagic processes and exploring the potential of combining it with trametinib(TRA),an MEK inhibitor,our research seeks to address the challenge of PAL-induced drug ***ﬁndings reveal that PAL signiﬁcantly decreases the viability of MCF7 and MDA-MB-468 cells and reduces tumor size in mice while showing minimal cytotoxicity in MCF10A ***,PAL also induces protective autophagy,potentially leading to drug resistance via the RAF/MEK/ERK pathway *** TRA effectively neutralized this autophagy,enhancing PAL’s anti-tumor efﬁcacy.A combination of PAL and TRA synergistically reduced cell viability and proliferation,and in vivo studies showed notable tumor size *** conclusion,the PAL and TRA combination emerges as a promising strategy for overcoming PAL-induced resistance,offering a new horizon in breast cancer treatment.

目前“互联网+”公共卫生服务应用发展迅速，但缺乏相应的数据标准，导致建设过程困难，此外“互联网+”公共卫生服务应用兼具公益性和商业性，涉及多方利益主体和利益相关者，导致其发展模式不完善、供需匹配性差、可持续性不足。为此，本文选取了上海市健康云平台和疫苗综合管理平台2个案例，分析“互联网+”公共卫生服务的难点、解决方案和应用取得的成效。在此基础上，总结“互联网+”公共卫生应用的特征，并提出相应的对策建议，为我国其他城市及全球城市“互联网+”公共卫生提供可借鉴的理论和方案。

规划管制下土地发展机会差别对农村家庭收入的影响——以武汉市蔡甸区为例

城镇开发与生态保护等规划管制引致土地发展机会的不平等会影响农村家庭收入,这是客观存在的事实,然缺乏量化研究。测度分解出规划管制下土地发展机会差别对微观家庭收入带来的影响,可为构建国土空间规划配套政策破解规划衍生的区域发展不平衡提供参考依据。选取武汉市蔡甸区的中法生态新城与消泗乡作为城镇开发和湿地保护的典型区,2021年随机抽样调查了573户农村家庭,运用倾向得分匹配、中介效应等方法揭示土地发展机会差别对农村家庭收入的影响。研究表明:(1)城镇开发区土地的非农发展机会对农村家庭总收入、本地务工收入和转移性收入均有显著正向影响,ATT估计值分别为0.112、1.014和0.254,城镇开发经济产业集聚增加村民就业机会,对人力资本质低但量多农村家庭的工资性收入提升有显著的正向效应;(2)劳动力配置在土地非农开发机会影响农村家庭工资性收入的过程中发挥着中介效应,家庭务工人数占比的中介效应为0.116,且在1%水平上显著;(3)相较于湿地保护区,城镇开发区农村家庭的内部收入差距相对较小,主要原因是土地开发带动低收入家庭的工资性收入增长,且对农耕收入的负向影响低于高收入家庭。建议构建土地开发利得向生态保护及农业耕作区转移的共建共享机制,以实现规划管制区与非管制区之间土地增值的分享。

针对含模型参数不确定和环境干扰的水面船动力定位控制问题,本文提出了一种基于事件触发机制的神经自适应控制算法。结合径向基函数神经网络和最小学习参数算法设计自适应项补偿环境干扰和模型参数不确定。设计的自适应项仅有3个在线学习参数,减少了传统神经网络自适应技术的参数学习个数。再结合动态面控制技术和事件触发机制设计动力定位控制器,其中引入一种事件触发机制降低控制器到执行机构的信息传输负担,同时降低执行机构的动作次数。使用Lyapunov稳定性理论证明了闭环系统的稳定性。通过仿真试验和对比分析验证了提出控制律的有效性。
