Background:Ginkgo biloba ***(GBLPs)are a class of Chinese herbal medicine used in the adjuvant treatment of ischemic stroke(IS).Recently,several systematic reviews(SRs)and meta-analyses(MAs)of GBLPs for IS have been ***:This overview aims to assess the quality of related SRs and *** strategy:Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,Chinese Biological Medicine,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,and Chinese Science and Technology Journals databases were searched from their inception to December 31,*** criteria:SRs and MAs of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that explored the efficacy of GBLPs for patients with IS were *** extraction and analysis:Two independent reviewers extracted data and assessed the methodological quality,risk of bias(ROB),reporting quality,and credibility of evidence of the included SRs and MAs using A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2),Risk of Bias in Systematic Reviews(ROBIS),the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses(PRISMA),and the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE),***,descriptive analysis and data synthesis were ***:Twenty-nine SRs/MAs involving 119 outcomes were included in this *** overall methodological quality of all SRs/MAs was critically low based on AMSTAR 2,and 28 had a high ROB based on the *** to the PRISMA statement,the reporting items of the included SRs/MAs are relatively *** results based on GRADE showed that of the 119 outcomes,8 were rated as moderate quality,24 as low quality,and 87 as very low *** on the data synthesis,GBLPs used in conjunction with conventional treatment were superior to conventional treatment alone for decreasing neurological function ***:GBLPs can be considered a beneficial supplemental therapy for ***,because of the low quality of the existing eviden

For the applications of the frequency comb in microresonators,it is essential to obtain a fully frequency-stabilized microcomb laser *** this study,we present a system for generating a fully atom-referenced stabilized soliton *** pump light around 1560.48 nm is locked to an ultra-low-expansion(ULE)*** pump light is then frequency-doubled and referenced to the atomic transition *** repetition rate of the soliton microcomb is injection-locked to an atomic-clockstabilized radio frequency(RF)source,leading to mHz stabilization at 1 *** a result,all comb lines have been frequencystabilized based on the atomic reference and the ULE cavity,achieving a very high precision of approximately 18 Hz at 1 s,corresponding to the frequency stability of 9.5×10^(-14).Our approach provides a fully stabilized microcomb experiment scheme with no requirement of f-2f technique,which could be easily implemented and generalized to various photonic platforms,thus paving the way towards the ultraprecise optical sources for high precision spectroscopy.

The Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)mission is designed to monitor the Gamma-Ray Bursts(GRBs)associated with gravitational waves and other high-energy transient *** mission consists of two microsatellites which are planned to operate at the opposite sides of the *** GECAM satellite could detect and localize GRBs in about 8 keV-5 MeV with its 25 Gamma-Ray Detectors(GRDs).In this work,we report the in-flight energy calibration of GRDs using the characteristic gamma-ray lines in the background spectra,and show their performance evolution during the commissioning ***,a preliminary cross-calibration of energy response with Fermi GBM data is also presented,validating the energy response of GRDs.

A method of pitch-variation moiré fringes is proposed to realize the temporal phase unwrapping for three-dimensional profilometry. On the basis of the principle of moiré pattern,we achieve variable spatial frequencies of fringes in a moiré pattern by rotating two gratings. Furthermore a five-point fitting method is used to automatically compute the central position of side-lobe spectrum of the moiré fringes. Finally,a generalized temporal phase unwrapping algorithm is intro-duced to process the three-dimensional reconstruction. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show the validity of the proposed method.
