Determining asteroid properties provides valuable physical insights but inverting them from photometric lightcurves remains computationally *** paper presents a new approach that combines a simplified Cellinoid shape model with the Parallel Differential Evolution(PDE)algorithm to accelerate *** PDE algorithm is more efficient than the Differential Evolution algorithm,achieving an extraordinary speedup of 37.983 with 64 workers on multicore *** PDE algorithm accurately derives period and pole values from simulated *** analysis of real asteroid lightcurves validates the method’s reliability:in comparison with results published elsewhere,the PDE algorithm accurately recovers the rotational periods and,given adequate viewing geometries,closely matches the pole *** PDE approach converges to solutions within 20,000 iterations and under one hour,demonstrating its potential for large-scale data *** work provides a promising new tool for unveiling asteroid physical properties by overcoming key computational bottlenecks.

BACKGROUND Lymphovascular invasion(LVI)and perineural invasion(PNI)are important prognostic factors for gastric cancer(GC)that indicate an increased risk of metastasis and poor *** preoperative prediction of LVI/PNI status could help clinicians identify high-risk patients and guide treatment ***,prior models using conventional computed tomography(CT)images to predict LVI or PNI separately have had limited *** CT provides quantitative enhancement parameters that may better capture tumor *** hypothesized that a predictive model combining clinical and spectral CT parameters would accurately preoperatively predict LVI/PNI status in GC *** To develop and test a machine learning model that fuses spectral CT parameters and clinical indicators to predict LVI/PNI status *** This study used a retrospective dataset involving 257 GC patients(training cohort,n=172;validation cohort,n=85).First,several clinical indicators,including serum tumor markers,CT-TN stages and CT-detected extramural vein invasion(CT-EMVI),were extracted,as were quantitative spectral CT parameters from the delineated tumor ***,a two-step feature selection approach using correlation-based methods and information gain ranking inside a 10-fold cross-validation loop was utilized to select informative clinical and spectral CT parameters.A logistic regression(LR)-based nomogram model was subsequently constructed to predict LVI/PNI status,and its performance was evaluated using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC).RESULTS In both the training and validation cohorts,CT T3-4 stage,CT-N positive status,and CT-EMVI positive status are more prevalent in the LVI/PNI-positive group and these differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).LR analysis of the training group showed preoperative CT-T stage,CT-EMVI,single-energy CT values of 70 keV of venous phase(VP-70 keV),and the ratio of standardized iodine co

为优选适于挤出搓圆法制备临方浓缩水丸的复合辅料种类和配比,并探究各辅料在临方浓缩水丸制备过程中的影响作用,该研究首先以“零辅料”临方浓缩水丸制备技术中适宜充当“辅料”的纤维料和粉性料中药为对标物料,以粉体物理性质中对软材物理性质影响较大的吸水性能和转矩流变性为依据,确定复合辅料的种类;进一步采用D-最优混料试验设计方法选出最优复合辅料的配比。为了证明最优复合辅料的通用性,选取3个出膏率分别为低、中、高的中药复方对最优配比进行验证;并以丸剂成型质量的4个参数为指标,探究各辅料对临方浓缩水丸成型的影响。优化得到的复合辅料种类及最佳配比为糊精-微晶纤维素-低取代羟丙纤维素1∶2∶4,采用该复合辅料制备临方浓缩水丸工艺稳定,丸剂成型质量好,适用范围广。其中糊精充当稀释剂,同时会加快丸剂的出条速度;MCC主要起黏合剂的作用,增加丸条的内聚性和黏性;L-HPC作为吸水剂和崩解剂,可以吸收、容纳浓缩液的水分,同时具有强崩解作用。

Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the China Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

目的回顾性分析重症监护病房(ICU)与非ICU鲍氏不动杆菌分离株的耐药性、耐药基因及外排泵基因表达差异,为临床合理使用抗菌药物和多药耐药菌的防控提供科学依据。方法对来自于2009年1月-2014年3月中山大学附属第三医院住院患者下呼吸道感染的鲍氏不动杆菌分离株213株按照来源分为ICU组(82株)和非ICU组(131株),对上述分离株进行耐药性检测,同时检测耐药基因(OXA-23、OXA-24、OXA-48、OXA-51、OXA-58、OXA-143、OXA-235、NDM-1、KPC、IMP、VIM、GIM-1、SPM-1、SIM-1、FIM-1、ISAba1和ISAba4)和外排泵基因(adeB、adeJ、adeG、craA、abeM和amvA)、外膜蛋白基因(omp25、omp33-36、carO)的表达。结果与非ICU组鲍氏不动杆菌分离株比较,ICU分离株对亚胺培南有更高的耐药率(达到90.2%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.117,P=0.008);耐药基因OXA-51检出率在ICU组和非ICU均超过95%,OXA-23、VIM在ICU组和非ICU组检出率分别是80.0%vs.60.3%(P=0.007),50.0%vs.29.0%(P=0.002);未检出OXA-48、OXA-143、OXA-235、KPC、NDM-1及SIM-1基因;ICU组和非ICU组相比,adeB相对表达量比较有统计学差异(P23、VIM)和外排泵基因adeB表达存在统计学差异,提示ICU鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性高可能是上述多种耐药机制的结果。

Load reduction sintering for increasing productivity and decreasing fuel consumption

The technical and economical indexes and the physical properties of load reduction sintering processes with the supporting stands of installation at different height levels （300, 350, and 400 mm）： in a sintering bed were studied under the same conditions of raw material, bed height, and sintering parameters. Sintering pot tests with different bed heights and fuel ratios of the mixture with or without supporting stands were performed to decrease the fuel consumption. The airflow rate through the sintering bed was measured with an anemoscope fixed on the bed surface to reveal the effects of supporting stands. The utilization of load reduction sintering can improve the permeability of the sintering bed, and the airflow rate through the sintering bed is increased. When the stand height is half of the sintering bed, the productivity increases by 27.9%, and the drum index slightly decreases. Keeping at the same productivity level with normal sintering, the utilization of load reduction sintering can decrease the solid fuel consumption by 9.2%.
