Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2.year enrollment period and a 2.year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on chinese population data.

The angle-differential cross sections of neutron-induced deuteron production from carbon were measured at six neutron energies from 2. to 52.MeV relative to those of n-p elastic scattering at the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)Back-n white neutron *** employing theΔE-E telescopes of the Light-charged Particle Detector Array(LPDA)system at 15.1°to 55.0°in the laboratory system,ratios of the angle-differential cross sections of the ^(12.C(n,xd)reactions to those of the n-p scattering were measured,and then,the angle-differential cross sections of the ^(12.C(n,xd)reactions were obtained using the angle-differential cross sections of the n-p elastic scattering from the JENDL-4.0/HE-2.15 library as the *** obtained results are compared with data from previous measurements,all of which are based on mono-energic neutrons,the evaluated data from the JENDL-4.0/HE-2.15 library and the ENDF-B/VIII.0 library,and those from theoretical calculations based on INCA code and Talys-1.9 *** the first white-neutron-source-based systematic measurement of the angle-differential cross sections of neutron-induced deuteron production reactions on carbon in several tens of MeV,the present work can provide a reference to the data library considering the lack of experimental data.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-03. during its outburst in 2.19 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2.Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

Differential and angle-integrated cross sections for the 10B(n,α)^7 Li,10B(n,α0)^7 Li and 10B(n,α1)^7 Li^*reactions have been measured at CSNS Back-n white neutron *** enriched(90%)10B samples 5.0 cm in diameter and^85.0μg/cm^2.in thickness each with an aluminum backing were prepared,and back-to-back mounted at the sample *** charged particles were detected using the silicon-detector array of the Light-charged Particle Detector Array(LPDA)*** neutron energy En was determined by TOF(time-of-flight)method,and the valid a events were extracted from the En-Amplitude two-dimensional *** 15 silicon detectors,the differential cross sections of a-particles were measured from 19.2.to 160.8°.Fitted with the Legendre polynomial series,the(n,a)cross sections were obtained through *** absolute cross sections were normalized using the standard cross sections of the 10B(n,α)^7 Li reaction in the 0.3.0.5 MeV neutron energy *** measurement neutron energy range for the 10B(n,α)^7 Li reaction is 1.0 eV≤En2.5 Me V(67 energy points),and that for the 10B(n,α0)^7 Li and10B(n,α1)^7 Li^*reactions is 1.0 eV≤En1.0 MeV(59 energy points).The present results have been analyzed by the resonance reaction mechanism and the level structure of the 11B compound system,and compared with existing measurements and evaluations.

The capture cross sections of the ^(169)Tm(n,γ)reaction were measured at the back streaming white neutron beam line(Back-n)of the china Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)using four C_(6)D_(6) liquid scintillation *** background subtraction,normalization,and correction were carefully considered in the data analysis to obtain accurate cross *** the resonance at 3.9 eV,the R-matrix code SAMMY was used to determine the resonance parameters with the internal normalization *** average capture cross sections of ^(169)Tm for energy between 3. and 3.0 keV were extracted relative to the ^(197)Au(n,γ)*** measured cross sections of the ^(169)Tm(n,γ)reaction were reported in logarithmically equidistant energy bins with 2. bins per energy decade with a total uncertainty of 5.4%-7.0% in this study and described in terms of average resonance parameters using a Hauser-Feshbach calculation with *** point-wise cross sections and the average resonance parameters showed fair agreement with the evaluated values of the ENDF/B-Ⅷ.0 library in the energy region studied.

Theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex is widely acknowledged to be attributed to the interaction between the cosmic rays(CRs)accelerated by the shock of supernova remnant(SNR)W51C and the dense molecular clouds in the adjacent star-forming region,***,the maximum acceleration capability of W51C for CRs remains *** on observations conducted with the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),we report a significant detection ofγrays emanating from the W51 complex,with energies from 2.to 2.0 *** LHAASO measurements,for the first time,extend theγ-ray emission from the W51 complex beyond 100 TeV and reveal a significant spectrum bending at tens of *** combining the"π^(0)-decay bump"featured data from Fermi-LAT,the broadbandγ-ray spectrum of the W51 region can be well-characterized by a simple pp-collision *** observed spectral bending feature suggests an exponential cutoff at~400 TeV or a power-law break at~2.0 TeV in the CR proton spectrum,most likely providing the first evidence of SNRs serving as CR accelerators approaching the PeV ***,two young star clusters within W51B could also be theoretically viable to produce the most energeticγrays observed by *** findings strongly support the presence of extreme CR accelerators within the W51 complex and provide new insights into the origin of Galactic CRs.

Aging biomarkers are a combination of biological parameters to(i)assess age-related changes,(ii)track the physiological aging process,and(iii)predict the transition into a pathological *** a broad spectrum of aging biomarkers has been developed,their potential uses and limitations remain poorly *** immediate goal of biomarkers is to help us answer the following three fundamental questions in aging research:How old are we?Why do we get old?And how can we age slower?This review aims to address this ***,we summarize our current knowledge of biomarkers developed for cellular,organ,and organismal levels of aging,comprising six pillars:physiological characteristics,medical imaging,histological features,cellular alterations,molecular changes,and secretory *** fulfill all these requisites,we propose that aging biomarkers should qualify for being specific,systemic,and clinically relevant.

The full array of the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO)has been in operation since July *** its kilometer-square array(KM2.),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2.2. to August 2.2.,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab Nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous *** the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of *** aspects of the full KM2. array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab *** resulting energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 TeV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from LHAASO and other experiments.

Land use reflects human activities on *** land use is the highest level human alteration on Earth,and it is rapidly changing due to population increase and *** areas have widespread effects on local hydrology,climate,biodiversity,and food production[1,2..However,maps,that contain knowledge on the distribution,pattern and composition of various land use types in urban areas,are limited to city *** mapping standard on data sources,methods,land use classification schemes varies from city to city,due to differences in financial input and skills of mapping *** address various national and global environmental challenges caused by urbanization,it is important to have urban land uses at the national and global scales that are derived from the same or consistent data sources with the same or compatible classification systems and mapping *** is because,only with urban land use maps produced with similar criteria,consistent environmental policies can be made,and action efforts can be compared and assessed for large scale environmental ***,despite of the fact that a number of urban-extent maps exist at global scales[3.4],more detailed urban land use maps do not exist at the same *** at big country or regional levels such as for the United States,china and European Union,consistent land use mapping efforts are rare[5,6](e.g.,https://***/open_land_use/).
