A 12-week feeding trial.with juvenil. red drum(Sciaenops ocel.atus) fed high-soybean meal.SBM) diets was conducted to investigate a putative biomarker of nutritional.imbal.nce, N-formimino-l.gl.tamate(FIGl.). Three fishmeal.free, 60% SBM pel.eted diets(named B12, Fol. and Met, respectivel.) were tested to eval.ate the effects on growth performance and tissue metabol.te profil.s of suppl.mentation of vitamin B12(0.012 mg/kg), fol.te(10 mg/kg), methionine(1 g/kg) respectivel., above basal.suppl.mentation l.vel.. A fourth SBM-based diet(named B12/Fol.Met) was formul.ted with a combination of B12, fol.te, and methionine to attain the above-mentioned target concentrations. A fifth 60% SBM diet(named FWS) with methionine suppl.mentation(1 g/kg above basal.suppl.mentation l.vel.), enriched with taurine, l.sine and threonine as wel. as mineral., was al.o tested. This diet contained formul.tion targets and additives which have al.owed for repl.cing fishmeal.with pl.nt proteins in rainbow trout feeds. Control.diets incl.ded a fishmeal.based diet(named FM), an unsuppl.mented basal.60% SBM diet(named SBM60), and a “natural. diet(named N) made up of equal.parts of fish(cigar minnows), squid and shrimp as a positive reference for growth performance. Formul.ted feeds contained approximatel. 37% total.crude protein, approximatel. 14% total.crude l.pid and were energetical.y bal.nced. After spinal.cord injury, there is an extensive infil.ration of immune cel.s, which exacerbates the injury and l.ads to further neural.degeneration. Therefore, a major aim of current research invol.es targeting the immune response as a treatment for spinal.cord injury. Al.hough much research has been performed anal.zing the compl.x infl.mmatory process fol.owing spinal.cord injury, there remain major discrepancies within previous l.terature regarding the timel.ne of l.cal.cytokine regul.tion. The objectives of this study were to establ.sh an overview of the timel.ne of cytokine regul.tion for 2 weeks after spinal.cord injury, identify sexual.dimorphisms in terms of cytokine l.vel., and determine l.cal.cytokines that significantl. change based on the severity of spinal.cord injury. Rats were infl.cted with either a mil. contusion, moderate contusion, severe contusion, or compl.te transection, 7 mm of spinal.cord centered on the injury was harvested at varying times post-injury, and tissue homogenates were anal.zed with a Cytokine/Chemokine 27-Pl.x assay. Resul.s demonstrated pro-infl.mmatory cytokines incl.ding tumor necrosis factor α, interl.ukin-1β, and interl.ukin-6 were al. upregul.ted after spinal.cord injury, but returned to uninjured l.vel. within approximatel. 24 hours post-injury, whil. chemokines incl.ding monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 remained upregul.ted for days post-injury. In contrast, several.anti-infl.mmatory cytokines and growth factors incl.ding interl.ukin-10 and vascul.r endothel.al.growth factor were downregul.ted by 7 days post-injury. After spinal.cord injury, tissue inhibitor of metal.oproteinase-1, which specifical.y affects astrocytes invol.ed in gl.al.scar devel.pment, increased more than al. other cytokines tested, reaching 26.9-fol. higher than uninjured rats. Appl.cation of transition metal.boride(TMB) catal.sts towards hydrol.sis of NaBH_(4) hol.s great significance to hel. rel.eve the energy crisis. Herein, we present a facil. and versatil. metal.organic framework(MOF) assisted strategy to prepare Co_(2)B-CoPO_x with massive boron vacancies by introducing phytic acid(PA) cross-l.nked Co compl.xes that are acquired from reaction of PA and ZIF-67 into cobal. boride. The PA etching effectivel. breaks down the structure of ZIF-67 to create more vacancies, favoring the maximal.exposure of active sites and el.vation of catal.tic activity. Experimental.resul.s demonstrate a drastic el.ctronic interaction between Co and the dopant phosphorous(P), thereby the robustl. el.ctronegative P induces el.ctron redistribution around the metal.species, which facil.tates the dissociation of B-H bond and the adsorption of H_(2)O mol.cul.s. The vacancy-rich Co_(2)B-CoPO_x catal.st exhibits scal.bl. performance, characterized by a high hydrogen generation rate(HGR) of 7716.7 m l.min^(-1)g^(-1) and a l.w activation energy(Ea) of 44.9 k J/mol. rival.ng state-of-the-art catal.sts. This work provides val.abl. insights for the devel.pment of advanced catal.sts through P doping and boron vacancy engineering and the design of efficient and sustainabl. energy conversion systems.

以纳米流体分频的光伏/光热(PV/T)集热器能使光伏和光热模块的工作温度解耦,从而获得更高的太阳能综合利用效率。以水基Ag-SiO_(2)纳米流体为分频液和集热工质,设计新型的分频PV/T集热器结构,研究在Ag-SiO_(2)纳米流体4种质量浓度和运行条件下,分频PV/T集热器功能单元的热、电性能。结果表明:Ag-SiO_(2)纳米流体的质量浓度显著影响PV/T集热器功能单元的性能,质量浓度为0.025%时,综合效率约为63.21%,比水为分频流体时的综合效率提升约38.04%;得出水基Ag-SiO_(2)纳米流体分频时PV/T集热器功能单元的热、电效率和综合效率与不同纳米颗粒质量浓度的拟合关系式,为通过控制纳米流体质量浓度参数从而调节PV/T集热器的热、电输出提供理论依据。
